thank you so much for posting these workout videos lidia! it is okay to take breaks if you feel unmotivated/tired! You can even just take a walk outside to get some fresh air and move your legs.
>find a good sleep routine to follow, this is key to have good energy for the long day ahead of you.
>pick water over unhealthy, sugary drinks. it is the same with food, although it is totally fine to eat/drink unhealthy once in a while, you should never feel like you should limit yourself! if you can’t do a pilates move the first time you see it, don’t worry, be patient with yourself!
>don’t go on social media to compare yourself to models/influencers, most use filters/special lighting. our bodies are all unique in their own way.

I know I’m not the person you replied to, but I would recommend increasing your calories a bit by incorporating more healthy fats like Avacado, olive oil, probiotic full fat yogurt, cheese, etc to give your body the necessary fuel so that you can power through your workouts, and to help build more lean muscle. Also, this is very important as it is working for me, and that is to increase your protein intake gradually at each meal and snack.
For example in BREAKFAST: Have some oatmeal or overnight oats and add some protein dense yogurt on top like with the brand “OIKOS PRO” which has 15-20g of protein in one cup which is amazing, and it takes great and not chalky! You can then top your bowl with fruits like apple slices, bananas, or frozen and/ or fresh berries for extra fiber and nutrients. You could even add one, two, or however many you want of hard boiled eggs if you like on the side for more healthy fats and protein. This is just one of my options out of many options out there that you could have as one of your meals or for breakfast. You should gradually add more nutritious foods that you enjoy to your meals instead of restriction, because this is a major key to building lean muscle and looking and feeling stronger! Your metabolism will also increase a lot if you continue to fuel your body with nutritious foods, and you might be more hungrier frequently but that is the perfect opportunity to get more protein in by snacking on a protein bar or healthy fats like nut butter and paring it with apple slices or other fruits.
For LUNCH: You could try baked lemon pepper chicken with vegetables, boiled rosemary potatoes made with olive oil, and a cup of mixed berries with yogurt. You could also make a turkey sandwich using “Apple Gates natural roasted turkey” slices and also spreading some of the brand “Primal Kitchen” Avacado Mayo which is perfect for getting healthy fats in, and combined with your protein of turkey. You could then use a whole grain bread like “DAVES KILLER” grains and seeds bread for extra fiber and nutritious carbs. You can pair your sandwhich which some fruits like apple slices or whatever you like, and maybe an additional source of protein like a couple boiled eggs or maybe you want something crunchy, try the brand “Simple Mills” Fine and Sea Salt crackers, they are delicious and full of nutritious ingredients to complete your well balanced meal idea.
Next for DINNER: Try some frozen wild salmon and thaw it out for an hour or how long it says on the package, and then bake it in the oven. You could first squeeze some fresh lemon on top and add salt and pepper for some nice seasonings or use whatever seasonings you prefer. Then you could pair it with boiled or air fried sweet potatoes, and season them with whatever seasoning you desire! I personally love spreading natural honey and ground cinnamon on top after it’s fully cooked, it’s delicious! You could then roast some asparagus or fry it on the stove on a pain, and season to your liking, and lastly on the side, you could add some berries and yogurt for more nutrients and protein. You could also even make pasta or spaghetti using any brand of chickpea or high protein pasta that you think you would enjoy, and spread some “RAOS” marinara sauce on top (just a suggestion because it’s my favorite brand!:))and then add some shredded Parmesan cheese on top for healthy fats. You could pair your spaghetti with whole grain buttered bread and some mixed berries or vegetables that you like to complete your balanced meal idea!
Lastly for SNACKS: You could snack on some fruit and nut bars for healthy fats and protein. I personally love “RX” bars specifically the vanilla almond and the blueberry bars as they are full of protein (12 grams!), full of nutritious ingredients, and taste phenomenal! Another brand is called “No Cow” protein bars and they are also magnificent because they have 22 grams of protein for the full bar, and they are delicious! “Thunderbird” is also another great brand, but I don’t believe the bars have a lot of protein but it does make for a balanced snack because it is full of fruits and nuts and full of nutritious ingredients, and they are one of my favorite bar brands ever! You could also have some apple slices, banana slices, or whatever fruit you crave and pair it with natural peanut butter, I personally love “Smuckers Natural Creamy Peanut Butter” and it’s made with simple ingredients, (peanuts and sea salt!).

Love the workout, it's sweaty, it's efficient, but sadly I will not come back. I think having 3 adds in a 20 minutes videos is a little too much. And I hurt myself a little because they were no warm up. I should do it before if I knew, but it was my first time with your videos and had no advitiser to warm up before and after the video. It's just a constructive comment, I don't try to put it down, because other than that I would follow you :) Love the energy !
