I loved this! I've been focusing way too much on physical results (calories burned, etc) and this really grounded me. I didn't wear my apple watch to track my progress, and I'm using my intuition as a means of measurement. I feel so good and happy. This morning was really crappy for me, but this helped me feel better.
This was simply amazing 💯 great burn then flow at the end 😍

This is my first video of yourse. I really liked how little I had to modify because I have back issues. I will be back. Hopefully, when I get in better shape, I won't have to modify the plank with leg extension.

I didn’t remember that we typically have to do two series of the cycle, my heart sang a desperate song, when you said, let’s do it all again. But you know what, I feel more energized and warm, and stretched out than before I started, so it was great. Thank you so much for sharing your talents.

Pilates has been the workout that makes me sweat the most at the moment! It's amazing how sometimes slower movement has the most impact!
This was just what I needed right now, thank you! For an extra kick, I recommend adding a light/medium pilates rubber band around the thighs througout the class - works well with all the exercises!

At first I thought to myself "just 20 mins? Lemme look for another short video for afterwards" but can I say 20 mins was plenty enough! I was so sweaty towards the end that I stuggled with the last 2 exercises using the forearm planks because my elbows were so sweaty they were slipping off of the mat! Tha ks for another wonderful workout Nicole!

I am a yoga teacher and I love how you incorporate some divineness at the beginning and end of your videos. I am so happy to have found you! I am in California and you are a lifesaver, my body is getting so strong! Can you comment about yoga, I taught (before covid) for years mostly yin/restorative and I think I was doing so much stretching and not enough strength? I began having issues with my hips and legs, knees too. I decided to do pilates to strengthen but was apprehensive because it was not my favorite thing, but I found you and have been doing your class about 5 times a week! Do you do retreats? I would love to come!

I got MPFL reconstruction surgery in April! So I’m still in recovery and this is a perfect workout that isn’t too hard on my surgery leg! Thank you! I love the stretching routine afterwards as well!

I have been doing your workouts all year and LOVE them! I am now pregnant so i have to be a little more particular with what exercise i do - I really loved this workout because i need to do low impact but still wanting to get some cardio in. this was great! thankyou!!
