My neck was hurting more than my abs 😵💫
it is likely that you are doing the exercises wrong and that is why your neck hurts 😅
Use your abs to workout, not your neck
I think that the neck pain is normal because you keep your head high when you workout
Feeling your neck tired during and after the work out is normal since you're keeping your head high, but it shouldn't hurt. If it hurts it means you're doing the exercises wrong.
make sure ur using ur abs and not ur neck. it’s normal to have slight neck tiredness, but if its painful that means ur using the wrong muscles. really focus on making sure ur center is in control of all ur movements
Day 1/14: It was good, there are so many different exercises that it is going really fast and smooth, so this is a big advantage of this workout. I am going to do this for two weeks, with another booty workout and I will record my progress here. Kisses! You help a lot of people!!
Day 2/14: I felt very exhausted the whole day because of the weather, but doing a lot of mini breaks helped me get through it. I know I should have not, but other way I wouldn’t do that at all.
Day 3/14:
I am not sure if this is even possible, but I see a little progress from day 1. I see that it got a bit easier, and I do not sweat so much.
I HAD TO REST FOR 2 DAYS BECAUSE I GOT MY PERIOD AND IT WAS SO HARD AND PAINFUL THAT I COULDNT DO THAT :(
But I will update here new 14 days after this 2 days break (17 days with break after a third day)
Day 1: to my surprise today it was the easiest. Maybe i had needed to rest. I didn’t do any little break during exercises and my abs muscles didn’t even hurt as before. It was pleasant that I would do this video for the second time now.
Day 2: It was harder than yesterday (i had probably just had a good day), but it was still ok. I was doing it outside so nice weather definitely helped me to go through it. But it was really pleasing.

day 2: SORE but feels good, notice my slimmer waist
day 3: still sore but I am bloated cuz I'm on my period but I'm less bloated than I normally am!

It was during a break anyway. I just did some other stretches, a hand stand and some pushups and ignored the ad. 😂

ive been doing this everyday for over two weeks (ive skipped a day or two) but consistency really helps, the results are good! i dont like to work out but this is really manageable!
Don't forget to take breaks!! Your muscels also need time to heal

@@noorsabah1766 im 165cm and around 55kg, previously my goal was to get slim and toned, but i realised it was hard to achieve without strength training. so i started going to the gym around 4x a week (all lifting/strength training + light cardio). my weight did stay around the same because i gained some muscle but definitely lost some fast through exercise + healthier diet. hope this helps!

This things take time so do not obsessed over if you're not getting results from day 1 (or week 1). You've got this :)

this has got to be one of the best exercises, I'm not kidding. This workout gave me instant abs and even tho day 2 is really difficult to the the muscle ache continue to do this workout because it works like MAGIC.
how many weeks to see progress?
Try to do it 4-5 times a week with a balanced diet and try to walk 10k steps every day. You will see small changes after 1-2 weeks prob

im going to do this everyday for a month and give you guys updates!! btw im on a calorie deficit atm and am taking 10-12k steps a day. also my stomach is pretty flat from other pilates workouts ive done in the past so my results may come faster.

day 1: complete! i really love that this is low impact but the burn is real. neck hurt too haha
day 2: complete! i already feel sore 🥴 but it's a good burn. it was a little easier and went by so much faster today!

day 1: Pretty easy i love doing workouts like this, will do it for a week and show u guys my results.
day 2: went a bit harder because my abs hurt from yesterday but over all still okay. I saw a little bit of results
day 3:was really easy, my neck hurts more than my abs 😭 i feel less bloated each day
day 4:didn’t do day 4 🥲 i didn’t have time but in the morning i did a workout against edema
day 5: not seeing much changes cause i can’t force myself to eat healthy 🥲 but at least my abs are getting stronger and this workout became easy
day 6:seeing some transformation but not as much as i would want
day 7:yayyy! 🎉 finally finished. This challenge wasn’t too hard about 3/5 difficulty and my results aren’t too great because i kept binging🥲 but i think they are still good. With this workout i usually walked about 8-10 thousand steps a day and these are my results:

actualmente es 9 de JULIO y peso 65kg.
hago esta rutina de 10 minutos más otra para tonificar los glúteos, también de 10 minutos, durante día por medio y funciona super bien!!

I did this workout today for the 1st time. The 10 minutes went by really fast and I really enjoyed the workout. I felt my body getting hot so I know that it was working. I was able to do the entire workout without any issues but I do work out at the gym almost every day. I'm going to add your videos to my regular routine. Thank you so much!

day 1: I'm still very new to pilates, I really like the slow consistent burn. It was pretty easy but I definitely enjoyed the workout
day 2: enjoyed it again it was very refreshing
day 3: I literally woke up at 600am to do this but its getting easier to do now and I feel a lot stronger in my core
day 4: I'm feeling much stronger in my core, not seeing results so far but thats probably bc I haven't been eating well lately but my core feels much stronger and more cinched
day 5: I forgot to update yesterday when I did it idk if I’m seeing things but my waist looks so much more curvy I think it’s working😍
day 6: sorry I forgot to update after I did it but I am really feeling and seeing changes in my waist
day 7: last day! this workout is so good to improve core strength through a slow burn and I definitly recomend this to anyone who wants to strengthen their core and not bulk excessivly. I really enjoyed doing this workout over the last week and I am definitely adding it to my workout routine.
result: waist is still 67cm but I want to make it clear that I am not someone who loses fat easily and it takes time to establish an effective routine. the important thing is I feel stronger and my core is more defined and as long as you get something out of it that's all that really matters
Hey everyone just letting you know, that I know it’s tough and at the beginning I checked how much of the video I had completed (3:56) thinking that I would not make it to the end. Once I got in the flow, the next thing I know it’s the end of the video! It seriously gets easier as you go along and stop thinking about how much it burns! You have got this, keep it up ❤

day 1✅: it was hard, but got through it. The 10 minutes feels like it went by quickly, I really enjoyed it. This is my first time doing pilates.
day 2✅: finished! I was so sore from yesterday, so I had to keep taking breaks.
day 3✅: finished! Was so much easier, tried to ignore the pain at times.
day 4✅: done! Today, I was so much stronger. I didn’t have so many breaks as before. I also think that my stomach got a bit flatter

Things to know:
I have a wide rib cage that could change results for things
I will be switching from this on one day and the next day a 15 minute one from her
Other then small work outs I’m not very active
I weighed 125 pounds at the beginning of this
Day 1: pretty easy for me
Day 2: I was a little sore while doing the 15 minute work from the day before work out
Day 3: my an muscles hurt quite a bit throughout today while working out I also weighed my self and I weighed 119 pounds meaning I lost 6 pounds in 3 days
Day 4:gained back 3 pounds but have a some what flatter tummy so far meaning the eight I gained is muscle today was a 15 mine video and it was a lot easier then the last few days due to my muscles getting used to this
Have to stop for a bit cuz I had to go to the hospital a few days ago and my iron levels are messed up I should be back tomorrow or Sunday

day 2: stomach was hurting and felt even more painful cuz of yesterday. took a longer break during break time.

@@noorsabah1766 what I’ve learned is that a flat stomach comes from other things, such as dieting (always do it with a doctor helping you) or by walking a lot or by lifting weights in the gym. Abs workout just make you look toner once you’ve got the flat stomach. Hope this helped🙃

day 1 : it really does burn the exercises were really slow and good i enjoyed it even tho i wanted to die but i felt the burn i def will keep doing this for 1 week more and after that i will ad another ab workout. I loved it and i didnt think pilates was SO good !!!😙

Day 3 : Hi guys so this is my day 3 of doing this workout. So at first i thought like that my bodygot used to it because for me this is a pretty easy workout cause i always did pamela reif and her workouts are like SUPER HARD but it was still a bit challenging. On some exercises that i thought were to easy i would make them a bit dificult for example on the hundreds i didnt feel it that much so i did them with streight legs as lower as i could and i felt it. I havent noticed anything diffrent in my physic but i can feel my abs more like in every movement i feel them and for me thats a sign of getting stronger !! I will update again tomorrow !!
Day 4 : Hello guys I did todays workout and I feel the difference already I don’t see it yet but I feel it today I got up at 7 to do the workout cause I’m going on a trip and will be on the road the whole day so the only time was now. Ok, i really want to have abdomen and i really wanted to do pilates so here i am. I will write something everyday because that helps me to do daily
Day 1: My neck hurts to be honest, but I was waiting to eat, so I did the exercises very energetically:)
Day 2: I didn't have muscle fever, which is very important for me to remake some exercises. My neck doesn't hurt today and I feel that today I worked my abdomen, not my neck. I realized that I have more energy if I watch a clip on my phone with someone productive while doing pilates:)
Day 3: Much more tiring than the other 2 days, because I didn't sleep very well because my thighs and back hurt but it was ok
Day 4: Last night I had a sleepover so I did the exercises in the afternoon( I do them at 12 o'clock). My abdomen hurts a bit, but only when I do exercises, not in general
Day 5: Today was a very busy day, so at 11 pm I do this exercises in the bed. Big mistake! it was much harder than normal

How are people this skinny. How do you have literally zero body fat
Eat in a calorie deficit, include lots of protein. Even if you workout a lot if you don’t eat right you won’t get skinny
@@damplamp3259 well. I already knew the answer. Its called good genes. Im slim but not nearly this skinny despite eating around 1600-700 cals a day and walking and exercising regularly. But my goto food is rice and pasta and noodles.

Day 1: Holy crap! Woahh, my abs hurt a lot but I feel really good. Also I think I dislocated something in my right leg (lol😭), but overall really good!
Day 2: I was already doing a workout so I did this afterward and uh oh! But overall, really good! My abs were sore from yesterday so I took 2-3 breaks but I feel improvement!

@@shrek4972 It is for ABS not WAIST! And some exercises in this video are working your obliques which makes your waist wider.... For slim waist you have to work your back!! Try to focus on lats.

never in my life i have liked any abs workout but this one is great, i did this without any hesitations but for only a try, it’s so good, i feel like i burned many calories because i could follow it easily❤❤
