Every inch of this van has been really thought out very well. Love the simplicity of it. The ceiling is super Cool! IMO The Transit is the best chassis. 😁
Cool build. I love the "lounging" /seating area in the front of the van. It's a clever design. The amount of storage throughout is quite amazing. The little mural and the wallpaper in the bedroom makes that space feel cozy and homey. Thanks for the tour.
10 years of watching van builds on a dozen different van build channels and I would put this van in my 10 top ten best van builds including my van. Very impressive design and layout 👍👍👍
That is a snazzy little van. 🌷 I like the artwork in the bedroom - on the wall & the window. Like the smoke-glass divider in the garage to separate the wiring compartment. And the piece de resistance ' - - is the hidden, pull-out staircase for doggie! ... and also for storage. 😊 Renting it out - the way of the future, now. Haha. Thx Patrick as always for showing us all these great builds & guests. 🌷
Thank you Rania and Patrick for sharing this fabulous van build!! Love the little extras she redid on her second van...love the deep cabinets and extended "couch" option...and that ceiling...WOWZA...the slide out stove I have seriously never seen before...adjustable light mirror and slide out drawers for her beauty items...steps that slide out for her doggie...I can't even find words for how much I love this build!
Beautiful build. Great ideas but man that bed would be hard to make and look so. Ice like that. I’m to old to deal with that so it would never be made. Lol. But again…beautiful build. Some great ideas.
I'm in my 1st Transit 250 Short roof, 2018... Next Transit will have high roof. Love my $40,000 Wheel-Estate! Love your ceiling! Happy trails, Ms. CharLee
Very nice!. Love the refrigerator off the floor. Who the heck wants to be on hands and knees to look or check items in the fridge?!?!. Watching van videos for several years and this is the first fridge I have seen that isn't floor level. Great build.
Those latches/locks are great for a van build. We use those in our tradeshow cabinets and I plan on using them in my bus. Keeps everything closed with the option to lock.
This layout is great! Love the size of the fridge, that's what I want if I ever get one. Room for a frozen pizza and ice cream haha. The only thing's I'd want to add is a spot for a TV and a pop-up shower (prob in the door entry area). Who'd the builder? They did a great job. Def saving this in my van-life playlist.
I'd cover the tops of the overhead cabinets to prevent road dust settling on food, clothes, cookware. The sliding countertop is genius! Very smart way to design a cooktop. Bravo! The cedar countertop is light, slim, has a beautiful color, and is not butcherblock- hurrah! A very nice counter, with a generous extension, great job. The ceiling has NYC style, baby! Very fancy and unique. This adds greatly to the ambiance and charm of this van build. The more I look at the ceiling, the more it grows on me. It is a splendid focal point, and sets a stylish tone to the build. Bravo! The Everchill fridge is known as the Never Chill fridge. It has a bad reputation and is unreliable. It is pricey so for the same price I would use Isotherm, Nova Kool, or Vitrifrigo, all of which have the Secop (aka Danfoss) compressor made in Sweden. Very reliable 12V DC or 110V AC only fridge, no propane. Isotherm - US, Nova Kool - Canada, Vitrifrigo - Italy. Bed steps - very clever. I'd open them in reverse though. Hinges on the wrong side. Deliberate? Bed cover and wallpaper - fab colors! Love them. NYC chic. Style does matter. Love the ceiling hatch, so nice to have sunlight warm you in bed, and at night, the stars! I'd put some beeswax on those wood shutters to glide smoothly. Love that sliding panel on power grid - smoked plexiglass, very nice and keeps it dust free. Patrick made your bed? Uh no! Making your bed should be like military discipline. Very important to make your own bed daily, and perfectly. It gives structure and discipline to your day. When you live alone, isolated, it is easy to let the mind slide and become messy. Make it a point to make your bed, brush your teeth, and have some rituals that create structure and discipline and never stray from those backbone things. They will structure your day. Wise words to remember as you go through life. No one should make your bed, that is the first sign of a s lazy mind. No matter how bohemian your lifestyle, maintain a backbone of strict discipline with some things not all. Your electrical grid wiring is a hot mess. This is not good. See how Humble Road does wiring. Use wire looms (covers) for bundling wires, and pin them down to a wood board so they lay flat and organized. You do not want a jumble of wires and visual clutter. You must know what is going on in your electrical cabinet at all times. Learn all you can about it. This is how fires begin and are very common. Some installers do a poor job so you need to know more than them and organize the wires into neat flows from one device to another. Using looms also prevents rodent damage, dust, fraying with vibrations of a van. Great van build! Enjoyed the tour and your lively spirit. How nice to have no rent in pricey NYC. Enjoy your youth and freedom. Lovely lifestyle while young. By the way, protect your catalytic converter with camera, alarms, and lots of chains wrapped around. A motion sensor camera / alarm down there might be smart. Keep some weapons in the van too - a short aluminum bat, tasers, pepper spray, knives, extendible baton, steel knuckles. God help anyone breaking in. Go for it all the way. No one should steal your stuff or trespass. I think the more fierce you are with them, the stronger a message it sends to the vandals at large in big cities.
Nice build..... Love the windows....so important. One change I'd make is your "wardrobe" ....it isn't one because there is no hanging space. With all the clothes storage over the bed. I would put a hanging rod to hang my dresses. I love that the sink is covered.....cannot stand seeing the sink 1st thing. I would, however get a plastic basin 4 washing dishes to set inside. I don't like spitting where I wash my dshes and fruits and veggies. Nice touch to add the stairs 4 you 🐶 pup.😊 Nice conversion......one of the advantages to designing your own campers is the ability to incorporate what is important to the individual. 😊
Wow! What an incredible build! All the pops of art and decor details make the space so fun and cozy! Definitely my favorite ceiling I’ve ever seen! Thanks for sharing!
Nice build! How about doing a features on the several builders in the area, their background, and what they offer. I see tons of us want to know who the builder is for this build. I have see several in the NY/NJ area featured here and want to know more. I love your vids and subscribed. More please!
Thank you for the suggestion. I do feature mostly all of the local builders in the area and they’ve been on the channel multiple times. Those are pro build videos and I mixed them in so thanks for subscribing. You’re gonna see some some of them come up.
I like it, nice simple build..that is great! Very functional, some great ideas with drawers and the sliding part in back window is unique. I kind of like that flat wall on the back....very cool!
Love this van, notably the pull-out steps and lounge extension. The only thing I would change is the hard cabinets over the bed; I’d switch them out for soft storage, a cargo net maybe.
Yo Patrick, beautiful young lady with a beautiful van. Love the L shaped lounge. The sliding dog steps were very cool. Storage everywhere. Another great tour, thank you. Hello again from beautiful downtown Mid Michigan!
Anyone else notice the same guy walked by twice, looking in? I hope she was able to go somewhere else after filming so she was safe! Great layout and use of storage! The ceiling is stunning!
Really nice overall, I like the couch\lounge also👍😊, I have a pullout couch\bed in my skoolie, that ceiling is gorgeous!! Nobody talked cost to build🙈🙉🙊🐶
I love this van with the great steps into the bed . I like the toilet. I love the lock hinges on the cabinets. I want to know where the hinges are from.
I know I've seen Rania and Sequoia before. I can't remember if it was on Jarrod Tocci or Tiny Home Tours. It's good to see them again and get an update. That ceiling is definitely eye-catching. Love the bedroom window cover too, that's brilliant and adorable!
One of the most lovliest presentations. I love your hair! and very empathetic to your doggos needs with the steps...aw...good luck with your life journey! greetings from France.
Nice job Patrick. I tried to book a van (I think in Indiana, next state east of where I live), but the van was sold even though I had it rented, so my ONE CHANCE to try doing a short trip in a van to see how it is was thwarted. My bucket list includes a Maine Lobster - and visiting Maine and NH, and traveling up to the Granite state from NY could be very workable, indeed. I'll keep her link. Thanks for another awesome video.
❤😂❤ oh yippee just what I need is one more idea😂❤❤ ever since seeing the over the top countertop in one of Patrick's earlier videos of that man that didn't want to see anything I have wanted one of those counters over my sink / stove area🎉 your slide over the stove counter does not appear to have a front track of any kind and I don't know what the back track would be and I'm not sure how it went over the cushion. Patrick you're adorable and I love your videos but when you see cool stuff like that would you focus on a little bit longer and ask and show how the Nifty Things Are Done❤❤ the pull-out steps are Nifty as well and I'm wondering whether they went over the wheel well in some way🎉 I wish we could have seen them from the garage side as well🎉 thanks for all the continued videos I'm almost done with reflectix🎉 Best of luck in your new endeavors As Long as You Follow Your highest excitement the universal provide your every need every step of the way🎉❤

One of my favorites
Yes! Amazing!
This layout has everything you would ever need and I love the doggie steps! Simply perfect!
❤This is a favorite build for me, especially being a solo build with the partition wall for safety.
My heart exploded when you opened the partition door and a husky appeared 🥰
I really like the amount of storage and I don't think I have ever seen hidden steps before in a van, unique! Thanks, Patrick and Rania!
Our pleasure!
Every inch of this van has been really thought out very well. Love the simplicity of it. The ceiling is super Cool! IMO The Transit is the best chassis. 😁
We agree!
That lounge space fold-up extension at the entryway is a Great Idea! That was new for me. Lovely build!
Thanks so much! 😊
Yo Patrick! Who was the builder? This one seriously needs a link and shout out for that ceiling alone! ❤

I love that it looks like a legit room. Like the coverup of the vehicle is perfect. By the bed with the back door, you can’t tell it’s the back door.
Ceiling is drop dead gorgeous! Thanks for the nice tour and a nice gal too!
Thanks Annie
Her van ceiling art is freaking awesome. I like the build. It's filled with character and cozy.
Thank you very much for the feedback Lulu
Partitions are common in Europe/UK, but pretty rare in N. America. I love them and it's refreshing to see one here.
