A colour analysis session is a once-off experience to discover your colours for life.
A palette is a collection of colours that emphasise your natural chromatic characteristics, making you look radiant and healthy. Colour analysis identifies your personal palette by examining your natural characteristics (undertone, intensity and value).
A colour analysis session will make you discover something new about yourself and give you the knowledge to shop less and better and to improve your wardrobe and style. - Навчання та стиль
Omg thanks so much ! Was a pleasure to work with you! Thanks so much for the compliments too guys big love 💕
Dear Nelly, it was a pleasure to work with you too! Thank you so much for being part of our channel and enjoy your amazing Winter Bright palette 💖
I bet makeup artists grin when you walk in. It must be an easy job. Your skin without makeup is already perfect! :)
You are too cute, love.
The bright colors look so beautiful on you!
You're so beautiful!
Thank you soo much for having a person of colour!!!
Yes. Please more
And it proves that this system has nowt to do with the colour of your skin but its tone. You would ordinarily expect Nelly to look good in brown for eg, but no. She looks amazing in those bright colours instead!
@@wakingtheworld I would not have expected her to look good in brown any more than I would expect myself to look good in olive (I have olive skin). It's all about undertone, not skin tone.
@@simbalantana4572 Did I mean to use the word UNDERtone? I should have said that.... cos I do know really!
It is so cool to watch the intensity and brightness actually push forward and sharpen the features instead of overwhelm them. Best colour analysis channel :).
Wonderful vid! First time that I've seen an analysis of a winter bright person. You can really see her face light up in her right colors. Nellie is a great model - I hope her career flourishes. I can't help but remember & compare how the summer cool colors worked for Saskia (your summer model), but they were too "blah" for Nellie. Thanks also for analyzing a POC - I hope you do more in future - SE Asians, East Asians, South Asians, Latinos, Middle Eastern, etc - it may appeal to more audiences and make your channel blow up. Grazie & more power to you!
This is so true! Colours that were perfect on Saskia are way too soft for a Winter Bright like Nelly! We will definitely include more POC on our channel. Thanks for watching and commenting ❤
This is one of the most dramatic color drapings I have seen. It is amazing the difference between the cool and warmer colors. Her correct colors added such radiance and elegance. With her correct colors, she does not even need to wear makeup. It just goes to show, clothing in the correct colors always look elevated and polished.
I LOVE how you checked so many other palettes to rule out the other winter subgroups. The spring brights were stunning on her!
I am so happy to see you guys do a black person!!
Color envy here as I am the very opposite: a Summer Soft. She is so astonishingly bright that she literally started glowing as the brighter colors were being unveiled.
I love the soft summer colors : D
Well, soft summer is very nice, I am this colour. We can envy other season brightness, they can envy our softness. Everyone has their own beauty. The wisdom is to emphasize your own natural beauty.
As soon as I saw the thumbnail, I thought, "Bright Winter for sure!"
Stunningly beautiful young woman. The colours in Nellie's palette made her face light up, and her eyes and smile were gorgeous. This was so good to watch! Many thanks 😊💜
She is enchanting, she has that fairytale quality of bright winter, and it is wonderful to see her face light up when she is in her colour pallet! There is something deep down within all people that recognizes when they are in harmonious colours!
Your videos are far and away the best color analysis videos on UA-cam. Excellent analysis and excellent production value. Thank you!
Had a color analysis by these wonderful ladies, I was analyzed by a different company and I was analyzed as a cold summer but I constantly felt off somehow and I had to constantly think on how I should wear my wardrobe. It turns out I am a true winter now I feel much more confident in wearing clothes with colors instead of wearing neutrals
Thank you so much ❤ we really want our client to feel confident, and when you have the right palette just feels so naturally right 🥲 very happy that you are enjoying it!
So wonderful to see this process on someone with darker skin! The brights were SO gorgeous on her 💜💜💜. Amazing ✨
I clicked on the video so quick when I saw the thumb nail. Love it.
What an excellent video! I LOVED seeing someone with darker skin on here because I find people of colour like us tend to have very visible variations in our skin tone, and more hyperpigmentation, which can interfere with how we feel about our colours in at at-home analysis.
Most of us feel at home in warm colours or are told that golden and bronze will suit us best, but that isn't always the case, clearly! I have a medium olive skintone and am so confused so often about what looks good on me consistently, since I adore apple greens and deep reds and vibrant purples and baby pinks all at the same time :')
Having a professional look at the comparison is excellent because when I saw her in the warm colours I didn't think she looked tired or undefined at all - it was only in direct comparison with the cool colours that the difference shone through, and it's always good to hear you don't have to abandon a colour family, just adjust the way you use it to look your best!
Definitely a winter. Just look at how good she looks in pure white 😂
She's stunning and so lucky that she can pull of those high intensity colours so well. I love bright colours.
same
Me too but I am a Summer Soft!
What a blessing thank you so much using different skin tones
I loved her in the warm tones, the golds. She is gorgeous and can probably wear just about anything.
How beautiful does Nellie look in those bright colours.....just gorgeous 😍 I love how the changes in people's skin shows up on camera.....you ladies rock!
Ooo, this is the first example of someone from a bright subgroup on this channel and was so helpful! 😍 I feel like a ditz, but it finally clicked that the way you're getting the second-best season is by going to the only other season in the wheel with the same predominant characteristic.
So in previous videos, we saw that summer cool and winter cool were sister seasons. And we also saw that spring warm and autumn warm were sister seasons. In those cases, the same undertone was key.
Then this one showed us that winter bright and spring bright are sister seasons. And that's because BRIGHTNESS is the main characteristic, not the undertone. Aha! That was an epiphany for me.
I'm an autumn deep, and this confirms that winter deep is my second-best season. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm pretty sure I finally get why someone said that to me before. 😂
Thank you so much for your comment!
Yes, excellent explanation 👏 Autumn Deep and Winter Deep share the depth and therefore they are sister seasons ☺️
Apologies if we didn’t answer to your doubt before ♥️
😱 i’m a winter deep and i was very confused WHY autumn deep also look good on me hahaha i almost got rid of some sweaters 😆
This was fun! As a white bright winter myself it was very interesting to see the same things happen on her far darker skin as on mine.
🤩 stunning bright colours, it was so good to see Nelly glowing in her colours! I found myself grinning seeing the bright harmony. Those bright winter colours are my favourite, Im a soft autumn and just gotta accept that and love my own season. Hope Nelly keeps kicking goals with acting and modelling and has fun using her palette.
You guys always give the best color analysis and i always see it in other videos it's kinda hard to see the difference most of the time. I think it has to do with your studio being really well lit
Yes! So many other analyst's videos I feel like I can't see what they see, or I even disagree with which color is more flattering. But not these ladies! Best content.
Totally agree! The very bright natural light is essential, and we can see exactly what Alessandra and Giulia are describing on screen.
The face she makes every time the color is right is just perfect
What a stunning model, and even more so in her bright winter palette! So happy to see a woman of color, please do it again on a Latina like me if possible ☺️
Hi. The vid before this was about a Latina - from. Colombia.
I'm winter bright, and now I understand why some of spring colours suit me, too - because they are Bright spring colours!
Oh my! I’m so thrilled to see your work on a person of colour! She’s so gorgeous too. Your channel is the best on colour harmony. Every video is gold. Thank you for sharing! Looking forward to seeing you work on the spectrum of human skin tones out there. 👏🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟❤️💯
You 2 girls are legends. Finally the analysis I was waiting for 👊🏾
Nellie's eyes just lighten up when she is wearing winter bright. She is beautiful and striking.
Love Nelly's winter bright! Would have liked to see platinum/white diamond jewelry against her skin I bet she would just shine!😊
I hope to see soon how you would analyze different types of olive skin, I've seen tons of people saying you could only be cool then, but at this moment you are the only ones I trust!
Very interesting to see your process with darker skin, too.
Wow 🙀🙀🙀🙀
I am obsessed with these videos. So fascinating! Nelly is gorgeous, those bright colours were unmistakably harmonious.
I love the reactions of your clients when they can 'see' what colours work. Funny how rust drags Nelly down yet uplifts me! These videos really demonstrate how the system works and you are so thorough, double checking to ensure your client fits in the right category.
What a knockout in those intense colours! ❤️
People of color seem so often cool or sone form of winter. Yet marketing of clothing directs warm to people of color. There is a confusion of overtone and undertone. Undertone in pic seems to lean towards cool.
marketing is to draw your eye to and sell clothes, not to make the wearer look their best
I am an autumn. Two times in my life I recall now I felt terribly wrong and uncomfortable with what I was wearing: a fuscia dress and a fire engine red dress. Now I know why! They are winter bright colors, too overpowering for me! I feel so ME and so COMFY wearing olive green, orange, brown!!!
Wow, she is absolutely stunning. What a beauty. Love seeing a bright winter on the channel.
My first time seeing a clear color analysis video with dark skin😯,the ones I've seen are kinda unclear but with how good the lighting and setup here, I can definitely see the difference! Color analysis is so fascinating❤
As soon as you put the emerald on her, I knew she was a Bright Winter.
This is by far my favourite analysis because the reaulting palette is beauuuutiful, I love bright, saturated colours.
Plus with her beautiful rich skintone, she looks great in every colour, I like her in salmons, reds, whatever!
I'm fascinated by colour analysis and I've been loving to watch you. I have a doubt: periwinkle looks so purple blue, why is it warm? I understand that most colours can be cool or warm but sometimes the difference is so subtle, like the bright winter blue and the royal blue. I would love to watch a video explaining this differences in more detail and helping us to spot it. Just an idea. Greetings from Portugal 😘
The brightness looks Royal on her. Very interesting to see Winter Bright and Spring Bright.
Yayyy!! Thank you for choosing a woman of color!!❤️❤️
I love this analysis, I have never seen someone glow so much with the lemon yellow color!! 💛
Agreed! such a difficult colour for winter, but in her case….WOW 💛
I love the bright winter colors so much. ❤ I haven’t gotten analyzed but everything says I’m a deep winter, (tho not sure it’s right 100, bc it’s tricky)
She is absolutely stunning! I am always amazed how the right colors/shades make a person glow.
I´ve been seing color analysis videos for almos a year now and i have to say this is the best color analysis channel i´ve found. You make it so easy to undestand and follow. At this point im pretty sure im a deep winter but i´ll follow your methos to discard bright winter or deep autumn. It would be awesome if you could share a pdf list of the color names for each season.
I love the way you did this! Testing just one variable at a time is the only way to know... if you want to determine temperature, people should compare colors of different temperatures but the same brightness and the same value ... instead people will grab a bright, dark cool color and a muted, light, warm color and decide that person must be cool... like NO. It was more flattering. because it was dark and that person has dark features....
100%! Science... Isolating the variables! 😊
You are my favorite color consultant s
Thank you so much ❤
I want to see more
I had a personal consultation recently with an experienced consultant. I thought I would be autumn given my medium brown skin but turned out I am a winter (bright) . It was amazing to see the difference in my face with the right colours. It looked like I had put some makeup on.
Your color analysis videos are my favorite! She looks stunning in bright colors
I am so cool, that I diagnose everyone as warm
You two ladies are amazing at what you do! The best colour analysis on UA-cam by far! Love that you use different skin tones!
Nelly looks fabulous in white, even with those you used to cover her clothes. It's like it was invented for her.
Beautiful lady and great color analysis!
Lovely model! Glows in her Winter Brights!
That was fascinating! That first navy really amazed me to see the cool undertone reveal itself and then seeing her pop in the brights was glorious. I love your genuine warmth and enjoyment at seeing someone’s colours come to life, It’s so thrilling. Also I love hearing how clearly you define the qualities of the subgroups it’s so thrilling! Wooo love these vids 🎉
Really enjoyed that you are featuring different skin colors
Wow this is so interesting! To see a cool undertone, with a "warm" skin colour... I can totally see why she thought she was a gold girl, but then when you showed like the rust or the peach she just looked ill and too sallow.. where as the coler colours she looked so vivid and healthy and "warm" but in a cool fresh way..
This helps me understand so much about makeup as well.. its not enough to look at surface pigment, i can see how its important to get the right reflective base colour season before thinking what shade of foundation actually matches surface skin tone.
She really comes alive in full brightness! Already from the start she seems like a vibrant smiley person, but its doubled with the right colours in her best palette! Astounding!
Thank you for teaching us! ❤
This is another great video and I learned a lot! What surprised me the most is that when (in this case) the brightness matches, the undertone isn't that important anymore. She looked amazing with both the winter colors and the spring colors. I thought that wouldn't be possible if the undertone wasn't right. Learned something again!
but out of that Spring palette you would choose the coolest colours, and not orange.
Woohoo new video! Thankyou for featuring darker skin tones, very helpful.
Excellent! Nelly definitely looked best in the Winter bright colours. She can wear a lot of colours but they were harmonious. I love that a winter bright can borrow from summer bright. Previously I had thought one had to stick to the season. That was explained very well. Thank you both for sharing this session.
Before they even analyzed anything, I wanted to guess what she was. I guessed that she is a deep winter. I was close! And I think she looked good in the deep winter colors. Also it was sort of hard to decide which colors were best, I’m sure it’s better to see in person. Bright winter is great on her though!
She is stunning!! I’m jealous of her colors!! Gorgeous! Great analysis video!
Cool tones was my first thought, ❤shes beautiful either way 😊
Yayyy new upload! Cant wait 😍
If I could I'd fly to Melbourne this month to visit you guys! Can't wait to see more videos from you guys. They're so informational and also very calming.
she looks stunning in the winter brights!
She is beautiful 😍
I'm only halfway through the video, but I had to stop and comment when she draped black on Nellie. Something shiny and black would look great on her!!!
This was interesting, not a lot of people can wear winter bright. Most would disappear / be washed out.
Yeeeey new video!! 😍😍😍😍❤️❤️❤️❤️
It was great. Bright winters and bright springs are my favorites. Unfortunately, their colors overpower me. There are many misconceptions about bright spring on the internet. Many celebs that are classified as bright are usually classified wrongly.
This is so true! Bright Winters and Bright Springs are very rare but on the internet it seems like everyone is a Bright Spring!
there are so many incorrect analyses on the internet! It seems to result from poor training; insufficient experience; and simply not using the correct systematic approach. And some people just don't see colour well and are too influenced by their own colouring and habitual preferences.
Make-up can change the skin tone never mind, if you only see a picture of a person (change of colours) and the image is displayed on a screen (more change of colour). I think it is important to an in person analysis. and to neutralized hair colour (with the white scarf).
It has to do with how the face appears (and the skin is the largest factor in that). The stars have (usually) pretty faces, and good face proportions. There is more contrast if they have a professional make-up or even a glamorous one for red carpet events. If a person adds contrast / intensity / drama on their face by being super dolled up (or in everyday life always having dyed lashes and eyebrows, even fake eye lashes), they will look good even in colours out of their palette.
If they have good skin and a tan (or a good make-up to make it look good) not even wearing the wrong colours will take away (much).
This effect was very visible with the analysis of ? Elliot (The partner of one of the stylists). He is handsome, has the blue eyes as an asset, has very nice complexion, a tan and a light blush on the cheeks. Except for black he can wear any colour that was tried out and still look good. Not-ideal colours do not drag him down (much).
And often stars have a very good hair style, excellent cut, and colour, that adds to the overal pleasing appearance - so that masks less than ideal colour choices.
Models have to wear all kinds of colour - and they make those garments look good (in most cases).
I cannot imagine how a distance colour analysis would work on stars. It is more like: this is content that brings clicks, never mind if it makes any sense.
That was so interesting, Nelly is so beautiful - its incredible how some colours highlighted her features more, your colour analysis is so easy to understand and so in depth!
Nellie is absolutely stunning in these bright colors!! I would love to see you analyze someone with acne/scarring/rosacea and describe the analysis the same way. I feel like acne and scarring is the one of the biggest obstacles for me in observing the way a color changes my skin. For example, a color will make my lips look more pink but also make my face blotchy. And a different color will make my jaw line look sharper and more defined but also bring out the purple circles under my eyes and my wrinkles.
for everyone, the right colours will minimise the appearance of skin flaws
@@SueRosalie Well yes that's the premise, but my point is, that's not as simple as it sounds when you have lots of skin inconsistencies. Pink tones are good when it shows up as flushed cheek color but bad when it brings out pimples.
@@coloredpencils01I know exactly what you mean. I am pretty sure Im in the summer palette, and I love these bright blues but I have some dark circles under my eyes and my skin is not always that even. And although I feel they look good on me I havent done a proper comparison like they do in the videos in great lighting.
Her skin is just stunningggg!
These bright winter colours were made for her, wow!!!
I was confused by my test because I always thought I was bright winter, trend out I’m true spring because black and white color look bad on me and ginger hair looks good on me
Definitely warm !
Thank you for your videos! You are literally one of the two youtubers that i have the notifications on for when you upload cause i really enjoy watching you work!❤
Thank you so much ❤
I envy you, Nellie! You are giving life to my favorite colors! 🫶🏽
Great video! I would like to see a borderline season. For example, I think I'm deep autumn, so in the first tests I would lean cool bc the warm tones are too warm, right? Would be interesting to know how that works
If you are a deep autumn, you would lean slightly warm on the first test because autumn is a warm season. But the dark autumn colors would be far better on you than the warm autumn or soft autumn colors, and you'd be able to borrow from Deep Winter. Dark dark dark is the primary characteristic for those two palettes. But out of a cool dark color and a warm dark color (like dark navy vs dark brown), you'd look better in dark brown.
"I am the sun" 🌞 so cute
Make sense. She reminded me of the actress Lupita. She’s also a winter
The emerald green was absolutely amazing.
LOVE this video! It's exciting to finally see someone with a high level of intensity. 😊
Right? Thery're so rare!
@@colouranalysis_studio I'm a Dark/Cool Summer so I thought I was a Winter at first but then the brightest colours weren't wowing me and I became invisible and as for wearing black don't get me started! 😂 I'm very happy with my Cool Summer colours especially and I can just about get away with some Cool Winter colours with a touch of makeup and a lovely silver necklace. 😊 P. S. I love Winter and Spring colours when they look wow on someone!
She's a Beauty! Welcome to the winter bright club! 🎉
E vero è una ragazza bellissima❤
Ahh I’m beginning to understand better now after watching several videos. This woman is neutral! Because she can wear the bright in both winter and spring. Her true season is just bright winter.
Your videos are the best on UA-cam. Hopefully you’ll make more and more and more of them.
Beautiful! Brightness is definitely her defining characteristic. Wonderful session. :)
Nelly looks stunning in bright colors! She pulls them off beautifully.
This is so amazing 🎉🎉🎉
❤ beauty
I'm going to order your online service! I don't have a good place to take a photo. I'll have to find a good spot somehow.
This was very helpful. I appreciate how you walk through the process so clearly. Perfect model for this!
This woman is so beautiful!
That cornflower blue!!! delivers
I loved the Petrol on Nelly.
