i love how she said barbie pink isn’t really your color but you’re still rocking that barbie pink in the video!!!! ❤❤❤
And I guess her make-up choices usually go with her clothes so any possible yellow would have been covered anyway and the rest of her skin and lips is so lovely with this colour!
I love how the colour analysis person told you to stay away from barbie pink 15:13 but you proceeded to wear barbie pink 15:22 😭 BUT ME PERSONALLY i feel like you suit EVERY colour!!!!
She suits every color and palette bc Tiff’s personality is just as colorful💓 she can rock and pull off anything
@@cyberpet9385 100% agreed!!!
Spring can wear any warm or neutral shade of pink in my opinion (I’m not certified but I’ve been studying this at home for 3 years). Except a nude/beige pink, dusty rose, mauve pink, basically any with brown tones. Pink is the spring power color so we can play around with it a lot!!
To be fair the pink she’s wearing appears to be a bright spring pink so it’s still apart of the spring palette. I think most people can get away with palettes that are still in their season.
to all the people trying to explain away why it looks good despite the theory saying different: attractive people can wear any shade of any colour, they dont have to try so hard (though this video was still entertaining to watch). hope this helps
Definitely a winter. Idk what the girl in training at the end was seeing:/
Definitely winter, and not muted or soft, she's clear and bright.
I would have serious doubts about a colour analysis where it’s suggested you dye your natural hair colour to make it suit your season. Your natural hair will always suit you even if you prefer a different shade.
not true. take emma stone for example, who is a natural medium blonde but looks so much more vivid as a redhead
As I said, your natural colour will suit you even if you PREFER a different colour. If you have to colour your hair to “suit” the season someone says you are, that season is not right.
@@jomidwinter and as I said, sometimes a color that's not your natural hair will SUIT you BETTER
@@tarseeeeeee the celebrities exemple is not great, since we get used to seen them in a specific hair and therefore we thik is better, also, they have personal stylists that will chose an apereance that gives out the vibe they want
@@tarseeeeeeeop’s point still stands whether you think it’s better or not it’s a fact that your natural hair color fits you, Emma Watson is the only example you can come up with, clearly.
All I'ma say is that you look good in black and it doesnt overwhelm you, black is strictly a winter color
It seems like it due to the black hair. It's better than on many other people. But I think black is in fact too heavy on her because her facial features seem a bit softer and not as stark and contrasting without make-up.
I believe you are a Winter (contrast, dark, cool and bold colours)…which none of them said 😂😂
8:15 that's actually called reflection lighting! its also why a lot of the time shadows tend to have hints of blue in them because its just reflecting the sky
I can't say for sure if you're warm or cool (though you look cool to me), but you're definitely not light! Light Spring means the lightness of everything (hair, skin, eyes) is the dominant characteristic. Think fair skin, blonde hair, blue eyes. If you're truly a spring, you could only be a Bright Spring with dark hair and eyes. That's because the dominant characteristic is brightness, which can be seen with any hair or eye color. I don't think warmth is your main characteristic, so that would rule out Warm Spring and Warm Autumn. You're more bright than soft, so definitely not Soft Autumn. That leaves Dark Autumn (Dark & Warm) and Bright Spring (Bright & Warm). Now, if you're actually cool toned, and we keep the possibility of Dark or Bright, it would make you a Winter. Ask yourself if you'd rather wear pink or orange? Navy or brown? Most people gravitate toward the colors they look best in, and you look great in pink!
Initially I thought she would be a bright winter or spring, due to her hair color. However her skin is neutral or olive toned, which I think can be tricky. The winter is still complimentary to springs, but her best colors still fall under the warmer side. And soft spring I think is a good balance for the cooler and warmer tones. I think the consultant was correct as she did the process. But of course wear what you love! The bright pink still suits her because it matches her personality, vibrant!
In the black and white filter, it says to match your hair tone too, so there’s no way you’d be a light medium. The deep winter matches you the best and makes you look brightest.
Tbh the $200 girl didn’t seem like she knew what she was doing
You should get analyzed again…. Light spring don’t have dark hair, it’s actually advised to stay in a light range, just like deep winters can’t be or rock blond hair…
Yeah. 🤔
I have the exact same reaction.
Yess!! I'm obsessed with this 😅 I want to find my undertone and what colors look best on me but it's really hard for me 😭
I love the Winter colors for you. I would think that is also my color palette but I will have to try and figure it out!
from an artist perspective, i would say color analysis isn't the best when trying to find what colors look good on you, since normally what looks good on you are things that either contrast you in color or in shade
I always thought this too. Love a good contrast!
i am really enjoying the direction you have taken your content in lately. you pick really interesting and hot topics, epic work tiffyyy
I appreciate that!
why is self analysing what colours suit u best so difficult 😭i cant tell on myself. definitely seems worth it to get it done by a pro
You either invest into someone else's knowledge or you aquire that knowledge yourself and not pay, so you sort of pay by investing time. Honestly it took me years to get a hold of it and now I can't stop doing it. 😂 it is fun after all.
I've been loving your videos for the past months! Great content :)
0:15 “wide rangely” 😭 girl you’re so real for that
I just wanna say i love these recent videos you have been releasing trying businesses and testing things out! Also you look so pretty! Ive been busy but i can’t wait to binge on all the videos i missed ❤
I can’t wait for the haullll I’m loving this type of content 💗💗💗
I loveeee how for the video you chose to wear peach and coral tones in your makeup while wearing a color the analyst said not to wear !! Balance!!!💓
What a fun video Tiff!! I have been thinking about color analysis lately and then video popped up! I loved how you tried to learn everything you can from this experience and shared it with us! 💗
Well at least on camera, you are slaying with that pink!
It was really difficult to see on screen what examples worked best with all the filters. No wonder it was confusing. What do you think about doing a comparison video where you style yourself in the two opposing results: cool, soft, dark vs. "soft spring" (warm, soft, light)? :)
This was so interesting! Thanks for doing this!
I've been waiting for you to do this for so so long :) I'm glad you got to it ^-^
i think barbie pink is so pretty on you, and yellow undertones are so beautiful
all I know is my brother looks like a banana in yellow and I look good in red 😭😂
What kind of red?
i’ve been looking into this lately but it was all so overwhelming and confusing lol this video was very educational! been loving the content lately:)
This was very enlightening! And informed! Lol glad you got the results you wanted Tiffy! Haha and girl yes,you rock and wear that barbie pink ❤️💞
I love how I could actually see your face seem to change whenever the lady switched the colors. Very interesting! Also you look stunning during the in-person color analysis Tiff!
YOURE SO PRETTYYYY 🥺🥺🥺
When the in-person girl did a side by side of one that “was your color” and one that “wasn’t your color” I personally almost always preferred the one that “wasn’t your color” - I do wonder if you’re neutral rather than warm or cool because I thought all the metals looked incredible on you and agree with another commenter that in 95+% of cases people’s natural hair color is actually what looks best on them!
Same I was kinda 🤨🤔🧐 at the color analysis session since honestly I thought the cool colors looked better but 🤷♀️ I wish she would’ve consulted a possibly a more well-established color analyst but unfortunately the ones I know don’t live in the US, I think she just went with the one closest to where she lives which is understandable.
This was so I interesting! Can’t wait to see you try outfits in your color palette💜
How bout this? Whatever colors that makes you happy it your color. You wear you favorite color will bring that happiness out of you because it's your favorite color, which makes you happy. So queen wear whatever you wear because no matter what, you look good in whatever you want and you still look good!
Yeah yeah, everyone says this. We get it. But color is relative, colors influence other colors and as such, your clothing will affect what color your skin will appear as to other people's eyes. I love pink, it's my favorite color. Unfortunately, pink colors just don't go with my skin color. They make me look desaturated and dusty pinks make me look naked. I love to wear them but that doesnt erase the fact that they just look shit on me. It's simple color theory, some colors just look better together
@@bubble_espeon but will it ever make you truly happy, trying to appease other people?
@@avr7120 i'll be happy knowing that i'm wearing colors that look right on me. Does it make you happy telling people what to do?
@@bubble_espeon sorry if it came off like i was forcing you? i worded it like that because i was genuinenly curious if it makes you feel any joy. personally i was miserable when i wasnt dressing for myself (back when i was younger)
I've always wanted to get this done
I was stressed watching this! you absolutely look good in everything you wear yes sister!
The way I've become obsessed with color analysis lately and here come my childhood minecraft youtuber with a video!
ETA: The way the $20 decided you werent Latinx anymore!! Warms and gold all the way
You can be Latin and be cool
I was about to say Wear what makes you happy. Keep wearing that Barbie pink :D
You should do a video of outfits that you normally wear and aren't your colors and buying new outfits and makeup using what you know now to see how you feel
can we talk about the makeup? its flawless!!
So many people discount the contrast. The “lighter” season (summer and spring) are low contrast seasons. So for people who have dark hair and lighter skin I feel like it’s very uncommon for them to end up in the lighter seasons!
Winter and spring are bright and high contrast. Springs can have dark hair (and dark skin). Summer and autumn are soft and muted, so lower contrast.
The content on this channel 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
This video was really interesting! I believe in wearing clothes that express your personality. It's also important to pick colors, shapes, and patterns that flatter you as well. I think you look very pretty in a darker emerald green, because of your black hair and skin tone. But you're gorgeous in bright, fun colors too girl! Rock that Barbie pink Tiffy 😌💅🏻🩷
I've wanted to try this on myself!!! I think I'm a warm autumn since I have yellow undertones, and jewel tones look good on me and pastels look horrible on me, but I want to confirm it. lol at someone using Safiya's thumbnail for their product. I also loved her video on color analysis
I didn’t realize they give all that info in a session 😲⚡️
You actually look amazing in barbie pink!! And salmon pink. As much as skintone and hair makes a difference, I really think personality can really make or break the colors you wear!
I think you might be a Bright Spring or Bright Winter (Spring +Winter, bright and neutral-warm or neutral-cold)
I always disagree with these "rules" and it shocks me lol
Tiffy!!! What blush are you wearing??! 😩 it looks soooo gorgeous!! 🥰🥰
It’s Patrick Ta and it’s my absolute fav!
I tried to figure it out on my own and then I tried via Chat GPT (using a color picker on my phone). I think the AI was more accurate but also, it definitely further cemented that this isn’t an exact science. It’s just fun and maybe helps you expand your wardrobe or feel better about pieces you already have. Also, it validates that you do in fact look shitty in that one color you think you look shitty in.
might be an olive undertone which the color season system doesnt work
Im scarsd to do a color analysis for myself, since i have some specific colours and honesty i just want to dress how i want 😭. Nonetheless, i really enjoyed the video!
You're so lucky U look good in sorbet colours they're my fave but I don't think I pull them off the same 😭
Ooo
hmm light spring isn't correct, in order to be light spring you have to have light features. i suggest you get analyzed by the 2 ladies from italy, their channel's name is color analysis studio. i feel like the closest one was the 20 dollar analysis because if you can rock black then you're a winter
Hi! First, I'm not a professional color analyst or anything closer to that. I see olive undertones in her skin. Like a light olive skin. I don't think a light spring palette is the best on her. She has depth and contrast with her dark eyes and dark hair.
You can have dark hair and eyes and be a spring, common misconception!! Solange Knowles, Jennifer Hudson, Tracee Ellis Ross, Jada Pinkett Smith, Beyoncé are all springs.
@@spacebar9733 I know that. But, in her case I still don't see a light spring in her. Maybe a mix between bright and deep, mix between spring and autumn.
5 minutes in,my guess is you are a bright winter.
ok so the $20 analysis is wrong, you are not muted or soft, you are clear or bright,of you will.
jeez I guess I am wrong but I still don't think you're soft. Oh well. Fun anyway
I would have Carol Brailey do a second opinion before you make costly changes. I don’t think that is your season at all.
I could tell through the screen that you were warm, not cool.
Soft spring doesn’t exist 😅
Light spring 🙃
i think she looked nice in cool and warm tones so hear me out..... she might be OLIVE tone!
You have been glowing a lot these past few months, and I personally think that Barbie pink makes you lively! 🥺🩷 color analysis is so interesting
