@@itray1129 It doesn't matter, as long as you're breathing deeply in and out. Do whichever you find is suitable for you, it could help you much better if you said it out loud like you're releasing things out and you could be one of those people that it doesn't matter and saying it in your mind could be beneficial for you or you live in a place where it's not possible, so whichever you find suitable do it and you can try them both to test it out.
when my chest is tightening I somehow get my mind thinking I’m literally having a heart attack. This video helped me get back to reality. Thank you.

Gosh thank you so much for this. I couldn’t find anything to help me through this chest tightness and heaviness. It felt like I was suffocating or drowning and my panic attack kept coming back because of it. This literally cleared my chest and I feel like I can breathe again like I’ve come up for fresh air and my panic attack has subsided. I am literally crying tears of joy. Thank you so much.

I've been trying to find a way to release the tention in my chest for awhile now. It always reminds me of all the things that are out of my control. My therapist tried to teach me breathing techniques but they weren't working.
This is the first time I've done this, and I feel loads better. It went from an 8 to a 1 or 0. I think a big part is the affirmations you did, which made me feel like I wasn't alone in what I felt. I've never met anyone who feels the same tightness as me, let alone know that it's caused by stress. I don't get panicked by it, since I know what it's caused by, it's just uncomfortable and makes it hard to breathe properly. It doesn't just feel like the emotions are building up, it feels more like they are stuck there and I can't release them properly. This helped a lot, thank you so much! I was able to cry which significantly lifted the tightness quite a bit.
I hope this keeps working for me and that I can use it as a coping mechanism.

I’ve been under a lot of stress lately. Going through a tough year of teaching, trying to get back to my completely healthy physique, just completed grad school and had some stressful courses, trying to plot out my next move to get a new job, a new car, look for a new apartment, just had to go to Jury Duty in the city which had me worried, caught Covid a few weeks ago and recovered after a mild case, trying new anxiety medicines, trying to balance diet, exercise and my passion for writing music and trying to stay on a consistent schedule.
I had all of this bottled up and with now having a few weeks off before the new school year, I was going to go full steam ahead in staying on target with trying to plot my moves accordingly. I didn’t realize just how much I healed stress and anxiety was on me still even after having weekly visits with my therapist and trying to maintain everything.
I woke up with chest pain very sharp this morning and thought the worst. Was Covid coming back? Did I have long Covid? Am I ok?
I reached out to a doctor and they told me to monitor but do mindfulness and drink plenty of fluids just maybe eat light. The tension did go away for the most part this morning within 5 minutes or so but I noticed some variations of tightness and things in my chest area still.
I did sone deep breathing and a few mindful app activities before this and even took my blood pressure which was still elevated.
However after all this, I did this video and now I feel a lot less stressed out and much much more relaxed cool calm and collected. Although I have anxiety, I’ve never been one in the past to have panic attacks but I guess I’ve never felt this level of pressure I put on myself to this degree.
Watching your video alleviated so much tension I have. It really really worked wonders. Thank you so much for this. Greatly appreciated
More power to you all in the comment section... I'm also suffering from chest pains, twisting, shooting pain since a month ... and I'm having panic attacks since two days... I am fighting with my dad I even hit myself a and throw things all around the house and shout to an extend that I have a sore throat now and I can't speak now. And all heart, digestive tests are normal. I did every possible test I could do and all are normal. I can feel you all .. Anxiety is scary . We all will be fine..

A few things could be wrong which also happened to me. Chemical imbalance in the body and brain. Also play the Quran. You might need get rid of jinns.

This was beyond helpful. Never believed in such ways of meditation but now I do. Felt like my body was kinda sad with me but still is trying to help me. Like a mother to her child. Do you constantly feel short of breath? Or it worsens when you think about it? I have had health anxiety for years , but recently after a panic attack before went to sleep, I woke up with shortness of breath, it fade within 10 mins but came back the next day and hasn't left, after like 2 weeks and doctors visits it almost stopped completely after I was simply to excused to care anymore and ignored it, but I went to the doctor for a follow up today and it has returned/worsened again.

I just came across this during a extreme panic attack my chest has been tight for weeks and I was starting to worry, I normally struggle focusing with any sort of meditation, deep breaths ect... my therapist used to try and make me do deep breathing methods but they never worked... I started this video at a 10 and just had it on replay not giving up, on my bed with my back against the wall, head up high, and followed every word and instruction I'm now a strong 3 thank you so much for this.

This was really nice. I started with a 10 of chest tightness and I got it down to a 3. Whenever I am having panic attacks I have always used the technique of tapping my chest with a closed hand or with the fat pad below my thumb to release the tension without hurting myself. This was great and I will continue to explore!

I feel relaxed and less heavy chest
The tightness on my chest feels painful and appears and re-appears and especially increases when I breath and truly this specific tapping session has helped in decreasing the pain, so thank you so very much for this video, it's truly important.
I tried another video before this and it didn't help because their use of words were different and this one was more on this needed important topic.
Wow this works! The focus isn’t on my chest anymore. The focus is not this chest feels tight anymore but this body is being helpful to alarm us that we need to relax.

I did a search "anxiety tight chest" because all day I've not gotten any relief. It's subconscious because like most days I had a pretty good day but I'm a full time mother of small children and a wife with a lot on my plate so it piles up inside. I didn't think this would help but after tapping I can breathe deeply. I just stumbled across this video while trying to find deep breathing exercises. I’ve started to work out again so I wanted to make sure I’m also properly breathing.
I was a 5 when I started this video, and then I’d say I was a 3 afterwards, but it did move to my right shoulder (my shoulders and neck also hold a lot of tension).
