Hello Anthony! You're very welcome! I decided to post them because I couldn't find any descent videos out there either and as you can know it's pretty tricky procedure to do this work on this particular engine. Anyway, I am glad that you found these and hopefully they will help you out a little bit and good luck to ya! Thanks for the nice comment! Richie
Sorry. I didnt remove any hoses. I removed the brake fluid. The air filter main hose. The 4 long bolts. I took the thing with the 2 bolts off the top. The 5 bolts across the front. I got both bolts out of the back. Admittedly the one was a bitch. And dropped the wire harness. Lifted the lid and propped it up while I removed the coils and plugs and replaced them 1 at the time. It was a bitch going back in too. You gave me the courage.
Make sure to get a magnetic spark plug remover from Auto Zone! Also... new coils are super expensive at the Mitsutbishi dealership as in $170 or so each! Ouch. I found them on line for $50 each.
Hey Richie, I want to thank you for this video. There are no videos at all online for changing the spark plugs and manifold gasket. You have been a great help. I did find coils at www.carparts.com for $20 each. I have a 2007 Mitsubishi Endeavor. They have the same engine as yours. Thank again so much.
Hello Anthony I just saw your message. Thank you so much and you are so very welcome!!! I figured I wasn't the only one out there! I hope it helped ya!
Hello John! sorry man! I just got this comment from you and it's been 8 months!!! Were you able to fix your vehicle? I hope that my videos helped a little bit! Thanks :)
Bout to start my 2005 rebuild! I have plenty of issues lol. Thanks for the videos. I will be watching more. I'd like to modify it. Originally a demo.
Hello Randy. I sure will. I'm a little embarrassed cuz I'm not a mechanic! But I will make them public now. All of them are super short.
