Love the little changes from the album version, especially the drumming. They still kept the same feel of the original but added new elements here and there. 12:12 was great too! Really just an amazing live version.
i was at this show (Live Metropolis 2000 DVD). when i want to listen to ACoS live, this is my go to. The new one with MM can't be compared. it's so sterile sounding
God damn, they used to sound this good huh? I am a long time fan, and just went to their show in the Budokan last night... It was a super well produced show but I really feel like I missed the prime of the band like what we see here. You can actually hear Myung's part, which is something that is nonexistent in new DT. Labrie actually sounds good here too, but damn I think he needs to retire now.

I kinda wish prog-rock bands of today can compose like this, including DT. But sadly, due to massive hype and mainstream fanaticism, it gets in the heads of once called 'musicians'. Nowadays, its all about making a name and no more of the art aspect. Shame...
