  • 47 Minute Slow and Steady Upper Body Strong | Supersets with Opposing Muscle Groups - Time to work on increasing lean muscle tissue. This workout, we are focusing on upper body. We will do a 40/20 format, so a little longer than normal for your recovery. This will enable you to lift nice and heavy during the 40 seconds.

    These are my favorite type of workout . I would❤ an osteoarthritis friendly workout especially for lower body ❤

    Another great upper body workout. I liked the callout to a piece of equipment in the gym. I’d love if you did that more. But I’m thrilled to have this either way.

    I loved this one. In a weird way. It was relaxing lol. The slow and steady was great. I did push myself especially on the up/down planks pushups!!!

    Love this one Tracy! The only thing I modified was dolphin push-ups for your up/down plank push-ups, hope it's the same muscle group 😅
