    Who has two thumbs and can make a 35 min video take 47 mins? 👈🏻👈🏻THIS girl! But I hit every rep with good form, lifted as heavy as I could and made it all the way through, which is always my goal. The pause button was my friend. Fantastic workout as usual though! I’m working hard on growing my pancake butt (or concave according to my mother) so I’ve really been loving all the glute videos lately. I appreciate the tremendously hard work that you put into this channel. You have literally changed my life for the better 💗

    Loved this one Tracy! I love a strength workout that kicks up the heart rate without actual cardio. Those knee drives did it 🥵

    I appreciate your workouts because I know we’re not doing anything for nothing. You’re greatly educated. Other channels with enormous subscribers have a weaker audience, and more likely to be dumped faster. You are the real deal. I’ve been coached since I was eight.

    Great workout, thanks Tracy! I have been working out with you for about five months and appreciate all you do! This one went by fast, was super sweaty, and according to my apple watch I burned 354 calories. I have seen my body change over the last few months doing your workouts 5-6 days a week in addition to walking two miles a day. You have also given me a new perspective on how important it is to move daily and build muscle in order to live a healthier life.     Oh wow! This was a burner. I consider myself an intermediate/advance lifter but still had to modify some of the moves. The knee ups on the bench were killer! A great leg day packed into only 35 minutes too. Thanks so much!

    This was amazing! Loved it
    I always have trouble with my step ups .. either to high or to low lol.. I put a balance pad on my heavy coffee table.. today I used my hands and just brought my leg up high as fast as I could🤷🏻‍♀️❤
