I have seen my body change over the last few months doing your workouts 5-6 days a week in addition to walking two miles a day. Oh wow! This was a burner. I consider myself an intermediate/advance lifter but still had to modify some of the moves. The knee ups on the bench were killer! A great leg day packed into only 35 minutes too. Thanks so much!

This was amazing! Loved it I always have trouble with my step ups .. either to high or to low lol.. I put a balance pad on my heavy coffee table.. today I used my hands and just brought my leg up high as fast as I could🤷🏻♀️❤
