    This so enlightening and makes so much sense. My son once said mom you barely eat anything. He was surprise how little I consume but I'm still fat. Wow this all makes sense, I'm transitioning away from dairy and processed foods. I've been struggling with meat, but it's not worth it. When I eat watermelon my swollen ankles disappear.
    Thank you 2 gentlemen, so grateful ❤ yes I would love a part 2.

    Thank You Harold! This was ABSOLUTELY NECESSARY INFORMATION (especially for our community). This was such a great interview 👏🏾👏🏾👏🏾
    I too am a cancer survivor (2 times) and now know that DIET IS PARAMOUNT. I would say, before this video I was about 85% animal product free, which is a huge change from before my initial diagnosis in 2020. I used to be a carnivore where I could literally eat only meat and be satisfied. And I had a bit of a sweet tooth and absolutely loved cheese (for 6-7 years before my 2020 diagnosis I was Keto, eating lots & lots of cheese). But this interview has truly opened my eyes and I know I need to move to 100% plant-based without unhealthy "sweet tooth rewards". The last thing I want is to have another diagnosis of ANY DISEASE OR ILLNESS.
    Keep the great interviews coming 👍🏾and I will be sharing this. See you in the next one! 😊

    The Old Testament states we can eat certain meats and drink milk. The over processing of meats and milk that depletes them of necessary minerals and vitamims and animals being fed with corn and pumped with hormone and antibiotics is why it's troublesome to eat it now.

      Consumption of animal foods was for desperate living environments. If you live in the Western world, you do not live in biblically desperate environments. So even if you are low income, you can still eat a diet devoid of animal foods & be healthy.

    16:30 can we talk about anti nutrients. I heard plants have lectins phytates oxalate which block absorption of nutrients and minerals and those are defensive mechanisms plants produce because they don't want to be eaten. So confused

    • @thegoodlivingnow
      @thegoodlivingnow  10 місяців тому

      Will have Remson back on to address this topic

    • @janeslater8004
      @janeslater8004 7 місяців тому

      Most fruit has no anti nutrients and wants to be eaten to spread seed. An apple falls from tree.Not all fruit vegs have oxalates many are zero to low.its only a few very high. Romaine lettuce has zero rocket watercress and pak cho only 1mg per 100g. Spinach is the one thats very high and rhubarb almonds ate very high but soaking will reduce other nuts are pretty low. Get an oxalate chart. Even you eat carnivore or animal products your liver still makes oxalates. Soaking sprouting removes other anti nutrients. Plants are necessary for life for plant eating species. Animals dont want to be eaten either. Thats even more obvious
