- In this video I show you the production of a custom made crash bar for a KTM motorcycle.
This is not a complete motorcycle project, but I show you the interesting fabrication steps.

hmmm. KRTframework. Your skills are perfect. Do you know anymore of the bike? This looks like a 690 bodywork/fueltanks on the LC8 platform? What about the Rear tank...how did it mount? So many questions.

Thank you for another video! You inspire me to go to my workshop and start a new project again! just started on a Ducati Monster rebuild, making new tank, altering framework and build new exhaust for example!
That makes me happy when I can inspire and motivate others.

Ich find es gut mal zu sehen, wie das ganze angegangen wird. Wie am Motorrad mit Lineal und Augenmaß die Bügel entstehen. Da sieht man das gute Vorstellungsvermögen und das Talent.

Thats a mighty pipe bender ... what gauge of pipe are you using , it looks fairly beefy.
I use here 21.4mm tube, with 1.9mm wall thickness

I thought that the crash bar will be a video with 15 min, but I just realize when cutting part 2 that it will also be so long, but part 2 is a bit more interesting.
@KRTframework i loved the video, no worries at all, i mean in real time, im starting to get into fabrication, its seams like a lot of fun.
