It’s good to see a “proper” workshop where actual work is done ✅ I made a very quick and dirty mounting plate for my CRF450x (2016) but not nearly as much work as this beastie and it still took a lot of time.
Is that a 10 gallon tank? Looks like it hangs below skid plate 😂. Looks like one would have to remove seat and tank to do anything to engine...even oil filter change? Interested in build but I think I will stick with Nomad tank. Keep build videos coming !
Doesn't hang below the skid plate, but does cover the oil filter. It shouldn't be too bad to remove the left tank. Three bolts, two fuel lines, and one electrical connector.
Where is the hydraulic brake light switch from? I’m looking to install a Clake Two Dual Control and only just realised the 450L has a mechanical switch off the brake pedal. Would like to swap it out to get the brake lights to work when I use the rear hand brake
Hi William. This one is from Tusk. They can be had at a multitude of places though. Any good bike shop should be able to get them for you. If your having trouble getting one, let me know and I can sell you one.
I’d look at the RS Honda kit over the MST if you are looking for a Honda kit. The RS kit has been proven and continues to be proven in regional and world rallies. That said, these are race kits only to be installed by people that realize the is no such thing as bolt on when it comes to major parts like this. The level of massaging needed and support given depends on the company though.
Congrats! Looking good so far! I am curious to know if the tanks have extra fuel pumps in order to get the fuel up to where the OEM one sits? ( if you are using the hem pump at all) BTW, I am using Open Guards on mine as of now. Makes the bike look "lighter" ;)
The fuel pump is located in the bottom of the left tank. There is an equalizer hose that goes from the right to the left tank. I like the open guards. Have used the protection of the solid ones too many times to go back I think. If I were in an area that was more open I might do, but there are too many trees that jump out at you here.
Hi Lucas. These are by an Italian company call MST experience. And it has been an experience dealing with them. I would not buy from this company again. If you are interested in a kit for the 450 Honda, I would look at the RS Honda kit. (Agazzi Simone RS Honda on Facebook) they only price out the top of the line on the website but they can configure it to fit your need and budget.

We all hope to see your next videos of the installation of your MST kit !!!
Where did you get the fuel tanks for this build? Maybe I missed the explanation in the video
They are from a company called MST. not my favourite company. I have heard that the tanks are now quite different than these.
Super interesting and informative build. Keep the vids coming!
Those tanks are awesome!

MotoMotion Canada thanks 👍🏻
Trying to find something local in Australia. Is it a M10x1.25 thread into the master cylinder?
... Love that Clake Two. Owen Hutchison is tops.
where can i buy that gas tank set up from. having the fuel weight nice and low would be awesome

Great job. Keep it up.
good video! Would you be kind enough to tell me where you got those fuel tanks? Could you tell me the name of the fuel tank? Thanks

HAHA, I see I messed up me edit. I will redo and repost, but watch and have a good chuckle for now.
how big are the fuel tanks ?
18L total. Or just under 5 gallons.
@@rtrottier14 they look bigger ? :)
@@Baxter658 they are tall, but not that wide.
🔥🔥🔥
Where he buy all the parts
I own MotoMotion Canada. I supply almost all of these parts. Except the MST kit itself.
