We're back with VOLUME 3 of the "Strangest Things" at the Nürburgring! Once again we have selected some of the most awkward vehicles and moments and put them all together in this third compilation of the most strange and unexpected cars & bikes to ride the Nürburgring.
Some parts of the first video were even used in National Geographic Channel's Nürburgring documentary! (Inside the 'Ring)
And to believe that the video almost didn't even made it to UA-cam because we weren't sure if it would be entertaining enough.
Glad we did upload it!

i see in some Nurburgring videos some cars have "save the ring" stickers. What its about?
Save the ring wants to protect local businesses and visitors from paying too high prices to the mighty Nürburgring Automotive GmbH, who is controlling a large amount of the businesses around the ring. You can check out "Save the Ring" on facebook...
I'm in the states , and I work near lime rock sometimes.
I see signs in yards saying to "stop Sunday racing"
They have support by the crackpots.
Why don't you look around the area before you buy a house and complain about a racetrack?

Same thing happened where my shop is, at a small airport.
About 15 yrs ago they built a ritzy development off the end of one of the runways flight paths.
People tried to complain and get it shut down, but the town said go scratch.
Thats sad to hear about lime rock. It seems no track is safe from people moving in and demanding to stop the noise.
So nice to have a place where people can responsibly test out driving skills using a variety of vehicles. Wish we had more of these facilities in the USA. It might reduce some of the irresponsible street racing.
it would be nice to have more of that everywhere and also less expensive
David Hoffman whats a bit unique about the ring is that there are practically no restrictions, abart from like, the car has to have mot and fully working and be able to go faster than 50km/h or something like that. But clearly as u can see at the end they look between fingers apparently. It becomes expensive when you have to have paramedics on scene and rollcages and what not

A 1980s Chevy Suburban just coasting at criminally low speeds, taking up the entire roadway, with their blinker on is the most American thing I have ever seen.
I'm fairly sure that the blinker on is a way for slower traffic to acknowledge that they are slow and encourage others to go around.

nothing weird about a BMW on a tow truck. Just means it's more than 3-4 years old and has followed the manufacturer's recommended maintenance regimen. At least, here in the states, anyway.
@@ExaltedDuck And on the Nürburgring it just means it has done less than 5 laps. Since many people get cheap BMWs and trash them on the Nürburgring, you see tow trucks every now and then.

Almost died laughing when the A-Team van made its pass....awesome to have the theme music....loved it.
The first scooter was going flat out, he didn't even lift in the turn, mad skills.
I was half expecting Snowman and the Bandit to come screaming through that turn.

Normalerweise müsste der zip besser ziehen, auch als Viertakt, der Fahrer ist nur zu schwer. Offen mit 2T kann man mit Piaggio sicher auch sinnvoll mitfahren, was zwischen 45 und 80 bedeutet. Wie ein Reisebus, etwa.

I saw a VW Multivan/ Eurovan TDI @ Le Mans. It had a 'ring' sticker on it and had racing suspension and aero on it. I can't wait to drive the Green Hell in my 83 Mercedes Benz 240D with a whole 67 HP :)
