I got the amazing chance to see them twice in concert and they played this one once - truly one of my happiest concert experience I’ve ever had! Thanks for the reaction👍🏼🙏🏼
She was using a technique called "fry screaming" (there are videos of people explaining how it works). It does sound like she's really belting it out hard but actually, it doesn't use hardly any power (the effect just makes it sound like it). She uses very calm and controlled breathing and uses a different part of her throat other than her vocal chords combined with using the shape of her mouth to produce the raspy growl. Love your channel. Like that you have brought your wife into this as a dual reaction. Awesome! Take a look at Release the Archers "Awakening" Full band play through. I think you both would enjoy the music as well as enjoy a very talented band.
TNT, 1st I love her reaction - eyes opened wide as Tatianna did the "low growl". As you know, Tatianna trained her vocal chords so she doesn't strain them as doing the "growl". I have watched vocal coaches who also seen this video, and they were impressed by Tatianna is able to "growl"
Whenever the reaction is 'holy shit' or 'I was not ready" is always the best/hilarious reaction ever.... props for checking this out! Def recommend Teacher Teacher by Jinjer too!
Great vid. Don’t be afraid to pause the song to make a comment. It was hard to hear what you were saying at times plus you can miss details if you speak over the song/vid. I found your channel because this is probably the best song to watch reaction videos too. I wish I recorded my wife’s reaction when I showed it to her. It was hilarious. Keep up the good work.
wow.... another pisces reaction... ITS 2 YEARS OLD. Jinjer is THE State of the Art Metal band in the WORLD today not since i saw Metallica open for Ozzy in 1984 has ANY new/er band affected me like this Amazing musicianship, saw them LIVE last year Tempe AZ
I love Tati, I love her interviews cause you can hear her accent lol. When I heard them first I had no idea she had such a thick accent. OMG low-key I wish I could marry her voice lol.
The best way I can described this is: An angel once swallowed a demon and every now and then, that demon tries to escape. I'll be honest, I'm not a big fan of growling / screaming. But, in this case, I'm blown away. It fits nicely in this song, it's not over done, she kicks butt at it and, unlike most growling / screaming I've heard, I can actually understand most of the words. After a few more listens, I'll probably pick up the rest. Yet another great reaction. Keep up the good work.
Tatiana has been singing in 8 different bands since she was 15 years old. She was born in the years of Cat (Rabbit), 1987, according to Chinese horoscope and her Zodiac sign is Pisces. As a matter of fact Tatiana tells in this song about her personality, her character. The lyrics of this song are GREAT!
Awesome stuff! Pisces is a great intro to Jinjer for most people. It's one of their lighter songs, and it lulls people in. Most of their songs have a mix of melodic and heavy vocals. You're in luck too, they just released a new EP! 'Perennial' and 'Ape' are my favorites off that, but 'I Speak Astronomy' is a fantastic song from their last album.
I have been a Jinjer convert about a couple days ago. The song Teacher teacher is really good!! If you have not listened to it you should give it a try!
Great reaction from you both... I've seen some other reactions and they weren't very nice..... thanks for your good wisdom and great reactions always.... Tasha..love your hair like this.... you guys are a fabulous couple ... :)
I absolutely never get tired of watching people react to this song. If you want some other awesome female fronted rock and heavy music, here are a few bands, some that are also mentioned in other comments, without a doubt. Nightwish The Pretty Reckless Paramore and my personal favorite...Halestorm Check out pretty much anything by any of them. Though if I get a response, there are always song recommendations to be made.
I always think when I hear Jinjer that she's an empowering role model to young girls. I keep thinking "You hear that there? You CAN do that. You can DO anything you put your mind to."
She has an evil twin that lives within. Angelic voice one minute then..... demon comes out to play the next!!! She does a fantastic job balancing the transition from one to the other!! Oh and the band perfectly suits her vocal style and is tight as hell! Very ethereal and atmospheric then hard and heavy. Loving the bass players little flourishes thrown in. Tasty!!
Tatiana is amazing and so is the rest of the band!! Very powerful band, hard working and extremely humble people! They just released a new EP with 2 videos for the songs Ape and Perennial.

Love your channel. Like that you have brought your wife into this as a dual reaction. Awesome! Take a look at Release the Archers "Awakening" Full band play through. I think you both would enjoy the music as well as enjoy a very talented band.
Love your reaction!! I’m a huge Jinjer fan and loved seeing this 😁♓️
TNT, 1st I love her reaction - eyes opened wide as Tatianna did the "low growl". As you know, Tatianna trained her vocal chords so she doesn't strain them as doing the "growl". I have watched vocal coaches who also seen this video, and they were impressed by Tatianna is able to "growl"
I like your wife's reaction 😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲😲
I never get tired of people reacting to this
Whenever the reaction is 'holy shit' or 'I was not ready" is always the best/hilarious reaction ever.... props for checking this out! Def recommend Teacher Teacher by Jinjer too!
These videos to this song never gets old 😂😂😂👌
I love this band!! Great reactions!!
Jinjer were all gunna be one
Adrian Gonzales Who's Gonna Be The One (official live video) it is
Jinjer- You've set the bar! Good job!
I've haven't been more excited about a seeing the band this October in Philly Jinjer. Since camping out for METALLICA & Rush tickets
She is amazing, such control of her voice absolute talent. Thanks for recognizing.
Hey just found Jinjer thanks to you, keep doin your thing and thanks for the find!
You're in for a treat. I've explored this band extensively because of this song.
EXACTLY! BRO, I feel the same way.
Jinjer was the best thing I discovered in 2019, the underworld part is pure genius
Jinjer is awesome
Hell yes guys!!!! Was wondering if yall were gunna do this one
Y’all should check out some of their live stuff to really see Tati 🤘
Amazing. Iconic.
I absolutely never get tired of watching people react to this song.
If you want some other awesome female fronted rock and heavy music, here are a few bands, some that are also mentioned in other comments, without a doubt.
Nightwish
The Pretty Reckless
Paramore
and my personal favorite...Halestorm
Check out pretty much anything by any of them. Though if I get a response, there are always song recommendations to be made.
ape! All of her stuff This band is f''n awesome. Who needs request just start doin all of em.
I always think when I hear Jinjer that she's an empowering role model to young girls. I keep thinking "You hear that there? You CAN do that. You can DO anything you put your mind to."
The look on your wife’s face had me dying. 😂 Her eyes were bugging out ha ha great reaction video!
Tasty!!
Her singing voice is great.... all three of them
Thank you so much for this resction
Just found you guys. Soon as I read this title I clicked so fast. You guys are great🤘
She reminds me of Otep Shamaya a bit:)
Tatiana is amazing and so is the rest of the band!! Very powerful band, hard working and extremely humble people! They just released a new EP with 2 videos for the songs Ape and Perennial.
NIce...I like reaction vids that don't pause it every few seconds.
First time viewer. From this singular video, I can tell that I wish y’all were my neighbors.
wife(sorry didn't catch the name, i guess starts with a T) you are so cool, in the iron maiden reactions and all other metal stuff. and the other T you cracking me up when you laugh when the songs get to crazy parts. you guys are cool, love your reactions
