    I’m 54 and have osteoporosis…. Found your channel and have done several so far but now that I caught this Session 4, I will go back to do the others and then do them in order. Thank you!!

    Thanks! Just completed all 4 of the series my favorite is number 3. I liked doing all the videos and hope to complete daily. I have osteoporosis and almost 50.

    Is this good for someone with osteopenia also some who has had a stroke and lift no more than 15 pounds?
