Rick Van Dam no one was interrupting anybody tbh, the guy called her out and she responded by addressing the mayor saying she needed to respond at which point the guy said, “I’m gonna involve you here in a minute.” So interruption is not really an issue here.
The issue is the guy spoke to her in a very disrespectful manner, and even said, “When I want you to stop talking I’ll hold my hand up just like the mayor does.” As if he had the same authority in that situation as the mayor. He showed blatant disregard for decorum, and all signs for why point to bigotry.

I pray for all LGBTQ members especially if they are young. I do it because it's a sin, but although it is a sin God also says that pushing your beliefs on others is as bad as not believing in it.
People don’t understand that people are only allowed to have their own freedom of speech and viewpoints if it doesn’t remove from anyone else’s rights or representation. Amnesty International does a good job of explaining this in their article on freedom of expression.

Just because you hear or see conservative media pull up some liberal school living in some district to throw attacks at frame the left as extreme does not mean that that it is indicative of the entirety of the LGBT community. They are people too.
The fact of the matter is that there is still huge stigma around people of LGBT background and identity and for many in this community, it’s quite unbearable. This isn’t about pushing a leftist agenda and indoctrinating our schools, this is about representation.

Thank you! This is what being a good human is. I taught my own daughter & other children I've helped raise that love is love. I can't understand why these people are so threatened not only by the LBGTQ+ community, but it often coincides with being a bigot in general. You see, symbols have connotations and as humans, symbols and idols mean certain things and serve to promote ideas. A Confederate flag is used to symbolize a rebel nation built around slavery, just as a pride flag represents the lgbt community.
I dont think youd see a train symbol and think it led to a church.

Literally all my fam and friends despise that community cause they force ideology and imaginations in your face and get insanely offended when people say anything against it (like if it's "hate" to disagree). Pretty much all the hate i've seen is *against* LGBT+, and while I have seen some people complain that straight white males are the most "evil creature" (average twitter user, there's nothing to do about a room-temp iq)
But - especially in the context of the above video - it's being used to show solidarity with a community that is not just marginalized, but *also* is a part of their state, as they've done with OTHER communities in their state.
