I like Colter solos with the guitar.
Very intimate, and his voice stands out well, without a big band behind him.
John Prine will carry on. R.I.P. John.

I cannot get enough of this guy! He renews my hope in the musical potential of his generation. I believe he's a "once in a generation" talent. I hope all those who pray, pray for him daily -- I sure don't want him to join the 27 club.

Colter is such a National Treasure. One of a kind, and way ahead of his years! Love the music he's putting out, and covering! Takes me back to the good ol days...the days I didn't have the privilege to be around for!

One of those performances that seems like it's the first time you hear it, ever time, even on the hundredth time. Thanks Colter, I hope you realize the impact you have on people. I discovered you at a pivotal moment in my life of now 23 years, and there's no doubt you've influenced the man that I have become... A better man than I would have been otherwise, and always hoping to be better.

I watched this video and listened to this absolutely beautiful version of this John Prine classic on Colter's Instagram page, just 3 days ago. Immediately grabbed my guitar and started playing it non stop, 24h a day.
