My daily yoga practice has fallen by the wayside the last six weeks with illness and caring for my children with covid. I'm finding it hard to get back to the mat. Hi Paula I thoroughly get so much benefit from your exercises and there’s so many choices I can make according to the needs of any particular day. They are just marvellous and I love your methods. I have extremely tight left under thigh and sometimes painful to stretch. Do you have an exercise which I can do daily to slowly work into the muscles to release it. 🙏🏼

Hi, Paula! This was such a great yoga session. Thank you so much for putting this together. If possible, in the future can you avoid putting ads at the end of the video. I decided to stay in corpse pose after you were finished and then all of a sudden music for an ad came blaring on and it was not the preferred way to end my shavasana. Anyway, thanks again!
These videos are free, while she puts a lot of time into this. I get what you mean, and her voice can be so gentle that the commercials sound very harsh. But I'm glad she's getting a bit of income (it's still not a lot at all) from giving us all these free, amazing practices

I love this mat too! I bought it about 20 years ago from a yoga studio I was practicing in - no brand, just a heavy duty, long mat (rubber material). Wish I could get another one but this one is still doing so well! Manduca have some great mats too :)

Lululemon makes heavy rubber mats - although I have never had one. I like my Jade mat :)
