[IMO] Darrell Brooks is an arrogant, petty, insignificant, sad excuse for a human being. Killing 6 and wounding 61 without showing an ounce of remorse. Inflicting further harm by making a mockery out of the judicial system. He acts like he’s the smartest person in the room, while throwing tantrums the minute anyone tries to correct him, no matter how gently… much to his detriment. The suffering, the pain, that he has caused throughout his life; ex friends, ex girlfriends, relatives, and to everyone personally affected by the traumatic events that unfolded during the parade. I pray that justice will prevail, and that that justice somehow gives the Community he so deeply hurt a sense of peace.

@@0Shane13 He’s never been held to one actual consequence ever. He went years out of jail after crime after crime. He never paid child support. This trial was the first time EVER his feet has been held to the fire.
He has been surrounded by enablers. His mother bails him out of jail and lets him drive her vehicle when he does NOT have a license! She never told him No or held him accountable for his actions.
Especially the daughters. This man has two baby mommas. TWO. And a daughter that already has a baby by 16. EWWW! Women who aren't mentally broken would never find this man attractive. He disgusts me just looking at him.
@@RozettaVyper Well said! He impregnated Erika when she was 14 or 15 and then was "pimping" her. And you know what the worst part is? The fact he's been enabled by his mother. That I find very hard to digest.
It's disgusting the way he disrespects the judge, court and victims. I believe his tears in closing was because he feels sorry for himself and no one else. He thinks it's the Darrell Brooks show. He forgets or doesn't care about the devistation he has caused to so many. I will be glad when he is put in jail for life. Prayers for these families.
Would it be fair to say this POS killed out of malice and decided it was so called white privilege to blame? Media is triggering low IQ morons like DB to act on their impulses.
I live in Waukesha, and the boy who was killed, Jackson, was a 3rd grader at my son’s school. His brother was injured. I can’t watch the trial but I do watch your analysis videos. I find your objective measured approach to be helpful when trying to deal with the anger towards this man and the sadness for the lost lives, especially Jackson. I actually started crying when it hit me that he will not be trick-or-treating this year and his mom can’t help him pick out a costume.
It hits us a lot harder, when we know/know of, one of his innocent victims. It's not just a case. It's the inhumanity of one sick individual. My heart goes out to Jackson, the other victims, family, you, and the entire community. ❤
I wish I could do more than pray. . . I know how horrific it is when someone we know and love is murdered, because I'm part of the 9/11 community; so I've been praying for healing for Jackson's family and for all of the families and survivors ❤🙏🏽 I was briefly in Waukesha years ago, on a trip (we live in Minnesota) and it's a lovely, safe town; and although I'm not white, and much of Waukesha is, everyone treated me kindly, no one was racist. The compassionate, generous man who thought Brooks was homeless, and welcomed him inside to warm up (not knowing Brooks had just killed people) is the kind, generous spirit I remember your town being. I'm praying for all of you ❤❤❤
It’s awful y’all have to go thru this circus of a trial. If only he could get an immediate death penalty. May justice prevail and I hope you and the townsfolk can heal. 🙏🏼🛐
I am sorry for the pain you and all the families are going through. I am in no way excusing his behaviour but I do wonder are the community angry woth the state at all for allowing him out on 1k bail against their own guidlines. His previous conviction were quite serrious including running someone over as well as reports from a police officer they thought he was going to run him over. From the convictions and complaints it seems to show hearings on cases were significantly delayed and information about prior convictions were not put on the computer resulting in him not being detained in for other pending charges before the parade. No need to answer if its too painful I just wondered how people close / in the community felt.
Today Brooks said during his closing statement, "my conscience is clear". He spoke only of missing his family and that we don't understand what God plans. So he spoke only of his losses and that his choice to kill people was God's doing. Absolutely unbelievable.
It's all about him. What he lost, what he feels, what he wants. I watched the whole trial and saw how childish he is. He is also manipulative. I'm glad the jury saw through his bs and found him guilty
@Jonelle Land I feel for his mother. She recognized that he had mental issues and even had a restraining order on him. Did she seek help and not get it?

From what I’ve heard, him actively trying harass and piss off the judge is his main goal. Get her to finally snap and then try and aim for a mistrial for her being bias against him. She’s done a great job thus far and probably sees exactly what he’s doing. I’ll be surprised if the jury takes more than 5-10 mins to decide.
The jury could decide to vote Guilty on everything, all at once. But I expect the judge to make the jury wait around for at least an hour anyway, just for the sake of appearance.
from a case analysis perspective, it is astonishing. Brooks has not failed to exhibit virtually every characteristic if narcissistic personality disorder and in the forum of the courtroom no less, in the face of 6 murders and multiple life sentences. its abhorrent yes, no doubt, but also astonishing how far the narcissist is willing to double down on their lies and manipulation against all odds. truly dangerous individuals.
Yeah. People know it's kind of a joke, but yet we keep watching. Why? I guess some of us may keep watching just because we want to see what he will say (or do) next.
The part of the trial where he hides behind the boxes is simply priceless. Never, have I ever, seen an adult man act like such a damn child. Every psychology class could watch this case and know everything possible about the personality disorder known as NARCISSISM.
What about when he pulled his suitjacket over his head??? He looks like a lunatic. Or when he took off his shirt and tried to throw his shoe?? OMG what a sad circus that trial was.😵💫
Its apparent that his mother never taught him responsibility or held him accountable for his actions. I'm sure he's following in his father's footsteps. She continues to defend him, in that she says she doesn't believe he remembers the tragedy. Thank you doc for pointing out the racial hostility that is common in this community. It's taught at a young age. The targeted violence is seen as a civic duty. The media does everything it can to foster this delusion through a false narrative of system oppression.
Interesting comment... I'm not familiar with the jargon and had to look it up. It really fits in with what I'm seeing in that Court. Lesser narcissist '...need for control through his sense of entitlement, the rejection of accountability, his lack of conscience" I don't think he's as out of control as he appears, a lot of his behavior seems very manipulative to me.
@@windywednesday4166 HG Tudor is the one who created the term but this guy is an unbelievable example. Fighting with the judge for control about everything from what he wears to court to actual legal matters.
Definitely a borderline narcissist personality disorder of the worst we can see! Not sure if he is a overt or vulnerable narcissist. He definitely is a racist with his overt posts on his Facebook account! I think he planned this since George Floyd death to get vengeance on vulnerable white people! He is a racist terrorist narcissist and that will never leave him. He will be a huge problem in prison to guards!!!
I truly believe that it's all about hate for females and rage with men. He doesn't try to belittle men, only women. When men challenge him, he attempts to strike a familiarity with them, many times having a jovial conversation. Then only rage and physical anger comes out. It's obvious in his interviews. I think the choice to have a female judge and female lead prosecutor is made purposely. This is evident even in his prior convictions to include the rape.
The good thing about his antics is it shows the jury he's mentally conscious and aware enough to be so manipulative and narcissistic, proving he's not "insane" (in the traditional sense) which will likely get him a harsher sentence.
Cluster B Personality disorders. Obviously NPD & just my opinion, aligning with this Doctor, includes ASPD formally known as “moral insanity” (not the legal definition of insane aka cognitive separation from reality).
Insanity defences very rarely succeed. And even when they do, there's a good chance the person will spend decades (or life) in an institution that in many ways is worse than prison. Regardless of his representation, this guy was always going to prison for life. The evidence against him was insurmountable for any defence attorney, and no jury would ever have dared to acquit him and then show their faces in public. It's one of those cases where the outcome was certain.
He's shown himself to be very competent despite saying otherwise. He will say he doesn't understand in one breath and then make a legal argument or site case law in the next trying to support his case. IMO he has done a great job of proving the states case, even the intent part because he questioned people on him honking his horn which means he saw and knew people where around him and wanted them to move.
@@aarondavis8943 Insanity is for people who at the time didn't know from right or wrong. Brooks doesn't qualify for insanity. He has express knowledge what is right and wrong. He also has not put into evince that he was insane at the time. He is to much of a narcissist to have people he is insane. He thinks is is more intelligent then anyone else in the room.
I still can't believe this happened. We almost went to that parade and I'll be forever grateful for having a last minute change of plans. My heart breaks for the families. That man is disturbed.
Wow! What did you feel prompted to do instead of going to the parade? How scary and horribly awful of a thing to happen. This will cause lifelong trauma to all personally involved and my heart aches for them.
@@LisaPFrampton We were invited to go down to the event with my boyfriends family and friends, who live in Pewaukee. It was something so simple but could've been what saved our lives. Then we all heard what had happened and couldn't even believe it. It made me never want to be apart of large crowds ever again.
I honestly feel that I would have an emotional breakdown if I had to be in that courtroom day after day. The jury, the prosecution, and the judge all deserve a nice long vacation when this is over.
I think anger takes over. There is no way you could not resent Darrell for his behaviour. A few days of that and you'd want to see it through. My thoughts anyway! This guy tested everyone's patience. He certainly has me cussing at him through my phone lol. He's going to get his.
Brooks seems to be taking entitlement to the level of a psychosis. The impression I got was that he figured all those people needed to move out of the way because he was coming through, and when they didn’t he just drove over them. Also, I think Judge Dorow must have a couple of “spirited“ teenagers at home. That’s the only explanation I can come up with for how unbelievably well she handled this guy for almost 3 weeks without coming completely unglued. Bravo to her!
As mentioned elsewhere and at 7:39 the judge had a clear goal of completing the trial without holding him in contempt of court which would prolong the trial indefinitely to the advantage of the murderer.
That’s exactly what happened, he was mad, people were out laughing and having fun, they were in his way so he just ran them over , he’s garbage who needs to be in prison with someone like that out no one is safe
I agree with your assessment and I think he has Antisocial Personality Disorder. People with this disorder have a narcissistic attitude and believe themselves to be smarter than everyone else. I think he thought it through and maybe thinks that even if the jury doesn't acquit him, he will have a shot at an appeal by acting crazy. He would not meet that insanity standard, though. I lean towards APD more than just NPD.
Oh yeah she`s so strong. No matter how much he tries she gave him no chance for a mistrial. Nothing to appeal with. Because everyone knows he`ll appeal he will try over and over again. But there`s nothing to find. She helps him so much, he waved his right to council she gave him a long lecture what that means and gave him the chance to decide as is his right, he wanted it this way. Picking you victims as defense witnesses is a very bad idea but he`s got nothing.
I was just starting your last video when this notification popped up! I’ve been glued to this case, DB is a truly awful person. Such a sad case and a wild trial! The judge is far more patient than I ever could be.
I was glad to see that today, 10/24/22, Judge Dorow seemed to distance herself from Brooks. She didn't try to coax him back to the courtroom innumerable times. She made liberal use of the mute button and didn't engage with his complaints as much as usual. She also exposed another of his lies by having the audio system tested. 🙂
@@thebluehotel426 yea now.. he thinks if he just claims to "not understand" anything things will go well..full blown narcissist. I love watching him unravel.
This was the craziest most combative trial I’ve ever watched. And OMG!Judge Jennifer Dorrow has the patience of a saint. This case is 🤞🏻 totally appeal proof.
There are only 2 things that concern me for appeal. 1. The judge had a personal connection to the father of a victim. The appellate court might see that as a conflict of interest. 2. It's possible to appeal saying that the trial should have been held in another county so the jury pool wasn't biased. Those are the 2 things that concern me regarding an appeal. Hopefully the appellate court slaps him down HARD! Even IF he got another trial there is sooooooo much evidence proving his guilt he would be convicted all over again. I just dont want that to happen because it would be extremely traumatic for the victims to have to go through another trial. So 🤞 this is one & done!

As someone who's been watching this entire trial, THANK YOU for this latest video! In my opinion, your analysis is spot on. Darrell Brook's closing argument and his reaction to the guilty verdict will provide more fascinating insight into his sick, deluded and sad mind...
@@oddshot60 One might say that an appeal will be as certain as a guilty verdict. However every legal expert I've heard comment on this trial has said a) how horrible Brooks has behaved b) how poor his defense strategy has been c) but, most importantly, how careful the judge has been to make this trial free of any appellate issue whatsoever. She's given Brooks so many chances and has shown restraint and patience worthy of a Saint! In short, Brooks has a legal right to file an appeal but he will not win on appeal. I predict 6 consecutive life sentences plus several hundred years.
@@swadams2 Yes indeed. He's become the poster child of why you shouldn't represent yourself! Just wait until his closing. He is rapidly melting down. Today, he gave a glimpse of what he "wants to tell the jury." More of his sovereign citizen nonsense and -- jury nullification. The judge immediately warned him that all of that stuff will be shut down immediately. So, I predict Brooks will either purposely get sent to the other courtroom and refuse to do a close OR attempt to spout off some nonsense, which will immediately get him shut down. If I had to bet, I'd say the latter, and I'm expecting plenty of fireworks!
I just feel so bad for the victims and their families that had to sit through Darrell Brooks’ courtroom antics. The jury definitely got it right today! Guilty on all charges!
The most annoying aspect of sovcits is that they think the law is invalid when they get caught breaking it, but they won't hesitate to sue others for perceived trespasses, which are usually petty BS.
If people who want to be sovereign citizens actually followed their ideology to its logical conclusion it wouldn't be a good deal for them. As anti-government as I am I understand we need one for a multitude of reasons and the country wouldn't function without one.
In one breath he explains the law doesn't apply to him, then turns around and cries about his "rights" being trampled. Can't have it both ways, sovcit.
DB is not a Sovereign citizen, he's a black lives matter activist and a racist who hates white people. So let's stop labeling this guy something he's not just to be politically correct.
I saw an interview with the Kirby guy(friend of Erika Patterson), who said he was sorry he told Brooks the cops were coming and to leave. Kirby said if he hadn’t told Brooks that, maybe the paraders wouldn’t have gotten hurt/killed. Poor Kirby. That’s a load to bear.

A defendant loses the opportunity of claiming ineffective assistance of counsel if he acts as his own attorney. And 4 psychs said he was competent to stand trial.
Hey thanks for the like! I'm considering law school and you videos do a great job of mentioning the elements of the crime such as the men rea and actus reus. No music no distracting logos just facts and science and a bit of dry humor .
Another crazy part of the trial. When the prosecution brings up his sex offender status and he yells out, "Did you know she said she was 18 when I met her"? Guilty. 100% Guilty.
I am so glad you did this. I have been watching this trial. I know the Judge is trying to be fair considering he considers himself a “Sovereign” but their are still rules in the courtroom. I feel like the Judge, prosecutors, jury and families need an open bar tab somewhere after their day is over.

I’m a forensic psychologist and I think you’ve captured the essentials of this defendant’s personality features as best we can capture them from a distance. He certainly overestimated his understanding of the system and in his ignorance was hopelessly unprepared for how quickly his pretense of being one of the competent adults in the room would evaporate. That humiliation was the driving force behind his tantrums. I understand the judge’s intentions in allowing him so much latitude but at times it was excessive and I confess to cringing when she told him his behavior scared her. I’m assuming he will testify and it will be fascinating to see and equally interesting to see how he deals with cross examination.
Do you think his personality disorders will be an adequate defense for the humiliation he's been experiencing and the increased stress of cross, or will he start to decompensate?
@@secretTarg Agree. Steven Cody's statement, "That humiliation was the driving force behind his tantrums.", I find pleasingly astute, as my line of thinking is quite similar. I find MOST people commenting on these videos, and there are SO MANY videos, just don't fully get what is really going on in that complicated mind of his. And, Dr Grande was speaking most of my thoughts.
@@evelynwaugh4053 We are seeing moments of decompensation in each of his tantrums. He is trying to act like a grownup, wearing a suit, using grownup words he doesn’t understand, etc. Personality disorders very commonly involve a lack of insight, so he can’t see how much he presents like a little kid putting on his dad’s suit and saying dad’s big words. His defense (psychologically) is to blame the judge and prosecutor by claiming they are unfair and “being mean to me.”
Losing control ( or the ability to bully) which he sees as "humiliation" also seems to be have been the driving force behind the crime itself. He couldn't get money off his baby momma, he hit her, she got away from him and got help , and he being mad just drove his car through a crowd of people. And he really doesn't care one bit about the victims or the baby momma or anyone else but himself. He turns all the blame on others. Never takes responsibility for his actions. I personally think he was really enjoying playing the lawyer personna, but as could be predicted, as the control he thinks he had in such a role (even though he knows full well he is guilty) is slowly slipping away from him he acts out more and more. I actually hope he gets violent in the end and goes to attack a prison guard or a bayliff ( I don't mean for them to get hurt but just to show his real nature) However to be honest that probably is not necessary unless people are particularly dumb or inclined towards the "bipolar" theory (which is an insult to people with bipolar ) I sometimes wish we could just lock up the bad ones without having to go through all of this process, but I understand that everyone has the right to a fair trial and no one can ever argue that he was not given that opportunity.
Wonderful articulation. Came across this randomly and so glad I took the time to like and listen. Although I was not able to follow the trial each day, The Impressions I took away are spot on with everything you offered for consideration. Well done. DB
Let’s not forget he tried to paint Erika Patterson (ex gf he assaulted before the parade) as a bad mother even though he got her pregnant when she was 15 when he was 24, which is why he is now on the SO registry. Unbelievable
A total failure of logic on his part. Teens aren't ready emotionally or mature enough to be parents, so maybe he shouldn't have impregnated a 15 year old if he wanted his kid to benefit from decent parenting.
My fear is his behavior sets a crazy precedent that furthet clogs up the courts and degrades any respect for authority. I find it really scary that abusers get to question and intimidate their victims. If that "must" be allowed why not on zoom. Thank you for the analysis..here I thought just nuts applied.
I have no problem with defendants cross examining victims in the course of a trial. But I do have a problem with the criminal justice system going through this kind of charade over and over because they keep letting offenders out after meaninglessly short sentences, probations, or bails that are paid by family and friends who fear the defendants repercussions when they inevitably get back on the streets. It seems we're crossing into a point where the justice system is more concerned with protecting criminals from victims than with protecting victims from criminals.
Dr. Grande I enjoyed listening to your commentary. Personally speaking your way of expressing yourself, the sound of your voice is so professional. I will seek you out for future commentaries.

She did a pretty good job. I somewhat think she kind of went a little overboard on what she was willing to tolerate but given she was tolerating it to secure a failure of any appeals it is forgivable. My favorite thing she did was when he said, "I'm not stupid, you honor." She answered, "Well, I disagree." Granted, she was disagreeing with his previous argument but when she said it it landed perfectly and she was still right. He is, in fact, stupid.
Ty Dr Grande. I'm addicted to this trial because its such a train wreck! I'm afraid this might open the door for other criminals to start representing themselves just for the notoriety.
@@ludacrees This depends on which side of the stand you are. His mother would be wise to not show up in court on Monday. I'm sure there was a very good reason the Prosecution said they would not be involved in calling her in to testify and if Brooks wanted her he would have to get her to come in.
Glad you covered this, been watching this to trial and is pretty shocking to see, so disruptive and disrespectful but think the judge is managing him effectively as she can whilst preventing appeal rights.
Your videos are how I’m going to put cap on following this trial. I hope that you do a summary on how his narcissism and antics escalated throughout the trial.
Well said. I've had the impression that most of what he's doing in court is calculated manipulation...
I think that killing 6 and wounding 61 makes him pretty significant. We need a better mental health program.

Hope there isn't some blm sympathizer and it turns out like o.j.!
That's a very interesting and good point - that his humiliation was a driving force behind his tantrums.
I have been waiting for this all day. The patience of the Judge is incredible.

I'm hoping more comes out about the letters/pictures he supposedly received in jail.
A total failure of logic on his part. Teens aren't ready emotionally or mature enough to be parents, so maybe he shouldn't have impregnated a 15 year old if he wanted his kid to benefit from decent parenting.
Crazy! - and I don't know where I heard it - maybe on court TV but she's now a grandmother, with their daughter recently giving birth.
@@secretTarg yes it’s true. Their 15 yr old daughter just gave birth last May. The cycle continues.
My fear is his behavior sets a crazy precedent that furthet clogs up the courts and degrades any respect for authority. I find it really scary that abusers get to question and intimidate their victims. If that "must" be allowed why not on zoom. Thank you for the analysis..here I thought just nuts applied.
I was thinking the same.
@@carridaddono7291 That was deep!
Same here😀
I have no problem with defendants cross examining victims in the course of a trial.
Considering how well it went, I wouldn't worry.
As always, great summary and analysis peppered with dry humor by Dr. G!
Dr. Grande I enjoyed listening to your commentary. Personally speaking your way of expressing yourself, the sound of your voice is so professional. I will seek you out for future commentaries.
How sweet and thoughtful
My absolute glee at the idea of hearing a professional’s insight on this whole situation.

I just saw Ashley Bamfield give a really good rundown.
I couldn’t understand why he’s doing this.. now I do, he’s trying to get thrown out of the court and the trial, but because he’s his own lawyer, if he gets thrown out, a lawyer gets thrown out and the trial would stall. The judge is doing a fantastic job to keep the tria on track
She's pure GOLD
SHE WILL NEED A VACA WITH A MEGA PINT 😂😂😂❤️
WELL DESERVED 🦾🦾🦾
Oh that explains why he keeps repeating that he doesn’t consent to be called brooks and that he’s appearing as a special guest or some wild sh*t.
Watching him flip between crocodile tears and pretending to be remorseful, then arguing and throwing a fit trying to find loopholes, proves just how arrogant and uncaring he is. I am glad that he is finally going to face justice for the first time in his life.
The judge deserves a vacation, she had a lot of patience.
"So, uh, everybody good with Guilty?" Was hilarious
That decent prosecutor line slayed me. Thank you, Dr. Grande, for your one of a kind delivery.
He´s definitely good in that. Everyone of his witnesses solidified the case against him.
Ty Dr Grande. I'm addicted to this trial because its such a train wreck! I'm afraid this might open the door for other criminals to start representing themselves just for the notoriety.
That is also my fear. They need to start drafting rules to deal with so called Sov Cits on a consistent basis.
@@sharonhoyt2133 any rules they make to 'deal with' people like this are going to be weaponized against people like us. Think long and hard.
Nothing wrong with accused representing themselves.
@@ludacrees This depends on which side of the stand you are. Take, for example, the following trials:
Trevor Summers - he examined on the stand his ex-wife whom he had kidnapped, raped and tried to kill.
Ronnie O'Neal - he examined his 11 yo son whom he had stabbed and set on fire after the child had witnessed the brutal murder of his mother and sister by the monster.
and of course, Brooks who
All three knowingly, intentionally and intelligently revictimized their victims. And to me that's wrong.
@@StellaFl Does it make it better or what difference does it make when an accused represent himself compared to when being represented by an attorney?
Actually, this poor jury has to fill out a jury form that covers more than 67 counts with numerous questions to answer for each. Gee, if it were only so simple for these surely exhausted jurors. I certainly feel for them and this judge, oh my goodness, she will need some time to get over this one!
I love your channel brother. You pull no punches whatsoever and you speak the truth right down the middle every time……….
Keep up the bad work!
Thank you for covering this! I'm watching the trial and was hoping you would. The Honorable Judge Dorow is doing an incredible job imo.
She did an amazing job.
No she didn’t, she babied him bc of his race
@@GeneralDisgust she babied him to ensure there wouldn't be a mistrial or any appellate issues.
@@gr-eg3ld if you believe that then I’ve got ocean front property for sale in Arizona at a great price for you. They babied him because of his race and you can’t reprimand blacks for their shitty behavior now. Put a white guy in the same exact situation and if he behaved the way that feral animal did you would see the system coming down to crush him
Grande a savage for this one.
"I dont know if hes a good defense attorney, but hes a decent prosecutor, at least in his own case" 🤣🤣
So true. Every one of the witnesses he called for his defense made him look even worse. I wonder what his mom will say if she shows up? I'm hoping to hear more about the pictures/letters...
Dr. Grande, good evening! I am so glad you are reviewing this trial, thank you!❤
This man should not have been free in the first place. This nonsense should not be tolerated.
Where is the US Justice Department with hate crimes against Darrell Brooks?
It disgusts me to look at the minimal coverage the media has given this tragedy.
I know. This was pretty much swept under the rug. Well, the Law&Crime livestream had more than 100k viewers at times. Looks like people are indeed interested in this case.
You need to watch COURT TV😀
In this day and age we have to go and find our news and information. We can’t rely on traditional networks to inform us anymore due to narratives and bias from all sides. They trial has been covered extensively, you just have to search for it online.
Well, yes. But I'm glad he's not receiving the notoriety and popularity that criminals get over their victims. THAT sickens me!
I went from the Johnny Depp trial, then the Nikolas Cruz trial and now Brooks' trial. In my opinion, _this_ one stands out the most. (New sub here, love your stuff.)
You might want to check out Trevor Summer...trial was about 2 months ago? Another Pro Se.
I thought the Johny Depp trial was boring.
@@pamelaolson5614 Which I can totally get, he even seemed bored at times. The fangirl in me bitchslapped any negative effects that case brought, even the boredom because I was '😍😍😍😍🤤🤤🤤🤤' the whole time. I was pretty bummed when it ended.

@@emilyflotilla931 OH, that guy! Just searched and now got it. His case was hard to watch for me for some reason. I just couldn't look at him or even hear him. That vibe was just odd. If I may be a little theatrical, he creeps me out more than Cruz and Brooks'.
His trial is like watching a locomotive falling from the Empire State Building.
I love how you mix deadpan humour in your analyses. ..Makes it entertaining as well as informative
it’s odd that this is one of the trials everyone watched this year but the news said next to nothing about it
Brooks hasn’t shown any remorse for his victims, he cries only for himself. This man is a scary, dangerous individual who belongs to prison. He’s not able to control his anger and he has no respect for anyone and for that reason no one is safe in his presence. I can’t wait to hear the jury’s verdict of a minimum of 6 life sentences to get some satisfaction and relief to the victims and to protect public against ruthless delusional man who doesn’t respect a human life and who thinks that he’s above the law and order.
So true, So true….
Dr. Grande I've been eagerly awaiting you to give another informative analysis of Mr. Brooks. I recall watching your initial review of Mr. Brooks earlier in the year. Given the time since and the opportunity for firsthand observations of Mr. Brooks abhorrent behavior within the court room, your insight into this individual's mindset again provides a clear and concise description of him. Thank you for your time and analytical breakdown.
Brooks really was out here proving the prosecution’s case
Yes! Have been waiting for this!! Watched the whole trial, it’s unreal.
I love your educated 'takes' on various topics Dr. Grande, there's alot to be learned from it!
His mother stated in an interview that she knew something was “wrong” with him at the age of 6. She reportedly wrote a letter to the judge stating that DB is mentally I’ll and should not represent himself. She said he would demonstrate manic behavior and would not watch the trial . She expressed feeling culpable because she paid his bail and if she hadn’t this tragedy wouldn’t have happened.
Yet no doctor has gotten up on that stand to testify that he has said mental illnesses.. hm I think mom has put way too many excuses for his behavior.
I was thinking about his mother as I watched this video. I feel so bad for her. She must have done what she could, the best she could, but in the end he is who he is, and whether she bailed him out or not he would have killed someone sooner or later imo. It's just a shame she has to carry that guilt
@@Stinkydinkydo He's calling her as a witness tomorrow. I believe his words were "if I say she gon' be there, she gon' be there".
@@miss.behave I didn’t hear any excuses. She said he needed to be in person and he needed treatment because he hadn’t been taking his medication. 4 evaluations to test his competency to stand trial resulted in a personality disorder diagnosis but found to be competent. He had been ordered by other courts to have mental health treatment and never complied.
@@Christ_Is_Life10-10 She also said he needed to be put in an order institution. I disagree this man is a pure Narssasist no good evil person. He feels for no more ne but himself.
I think he drew the most patient judge on the bench.

I've been waiting for you to profile this case! Great insight as usual.
I really appreciate your analysis.I was wondering what others thought
I was waiting for this analysis! Thank you, Dr. Grande, for continuing to put out some fantastic videos!
Thanks for covering this case. It is really shocking I to see this level of arrogance, anger, and hateful resentment. He tries his seething creepy stare downs on several people in the courtroom. I imagine he has terrorized his family and other people who are unfortunately in his orbit. He doesn't seem remorseful, blaming everyone for the suffering of his family and getting angry at victims, completely avoiding responsibility. I think the reason so many people are watching is because it's almost unreal to witness this outrageous behavior. He has traumatized many people besides the murder and injury victims. Please give us some updates.
Yes, exactly!
He's incomprehensible to me, but I find myself watching because it's so bizarre to see such blithe, casual evil IRL. . .
Thank you for continuing to cover this case. It would be hilarious entertainment if he had no killed 6 innocent people and injured many others. I understand why the judge is being so lenient on him, but it’s so infuriating that he’s allowed to continue to make a mockery of a trial where 6 people were murdered. Thanks doctor Grande, we love watching your videos with my employees at the hospital.
Thank you for your professional take on this insane trial! Your calm voice is so very soothing! Love your posts!
Great analysis Dr.Grande!
That poor judge will probably wind up with PTSD after dealing with this case.
Seriously. I feel so bad for her. She honestly seems like a genuinely nice person. She’s always very warm and cordial to the jury and others. I don’t envy her in having to deal with such horrible gaslighting and crazy making.
I think she will be in his nightmares. The last woman he tried to intimidate, gets to sentence him.
@Gerard Gearon
And…she’ll be a /white/ ghost!! Lol! His own personal nightmare.
I think we all need a support group.
He is one of the most obnoxious individuals I have ever come across. I used to work in a prison, too.
I don't expect he will find prison much fun. Bullying and intimidating men won't be as easy as abusing women and children.
Yep, you can see how people get so fed up they just let him have his way - the arguments he makes over every little thing said, amazes me.
What do you think is going to happen in prison if he acts like that?
"a decent prosecutor on his own case". 😂 I love it!
Thank you for covering this! I've watched every minute of the trial, up until day 10 or so. I was very interested in your account of the proceedings.
Ditto 🦾
Superbly written. Delivered with precision. This guy has no chance, and you articulated that perfectly.
Man....can you imagine what a girl friend or his mother has to endure as he seeks to demand complete control over them?
His mother would be wise to not show up in court on Monday. I'm sure there was a very good reason the Prosecution said they would not be involved in calling her in to testify and if Brooks wanted her he would have to get her to come in.
I would laugh like crazy if his mother's testimony gets him convicted.
Judge has the patience of Job.
And St Francis
Glad you covered this, been watching this to trial and is pretty shocking to see, so disruptive and disrespectful but think the judge is managing him effectively as she can whilst preventing appeal rights.
Well said. She has an incredible amount of patience and wisdom, she's the perfect judge for this monster, she won't let him trigger her.
Your videos are how I’m going to put cap on following this trial. I hope that you do a summary on how his narcissism and antics escalated throughout the trial. He appears to be a fish out of water and more respectful in the beginning. Then he mimicked the prosecution for courtroom processes and became an expert in law in two weeks 😅. To me, his raging narcissism and stall tactics were defense mechanisms. He tried everything in the book!
I imagine that judge is exhausted emotionally every day dealing with him!
This trial has been turned into a circus by a mad man monster that cant accept what he done
