Hiya mate, haven't checked in for a while, glad to see that you are still doing a great job getting rid of vermin. Hope that you and your family are safe still, cheers buddy
Fantastic video mate always quality content, I have one in .22 and its amazing, keep the content coming you should use the rm8 more often id like to see more videos
Cheers Liam 👍I haven't used it much in the last couple of years. I don't use it on rats much because of the shot count. It's around 100 to 110 good shots in 177, the wolverine is 150 so no need to take a tank with me
Another brilliant video mate, great footage, and top noth shooting as always, Wow thats a lot of scaly tails mate, you certainly cleaned that place up, cheers
Nice vid wich shows us the big problem with those critters . And my question is ; do you have some knowledge about rabbits underground activities are responsible / can be connected to land slides ??
Great video, wasn't expecting to see the guts like that 😮 took me by surprise being a target plinker and not live quarry yet. I have the RM8 too, great rifle. Been using a hawke scope on it but as you know from other video comments I've just upgraded to the 008P LRF. We have all forgot the pellet count in the magazine 😁
Tks, would like to know ur shooting setup, pic at start of video shows tripod and stool. I trying to find perfect setup indoor and outdoor . I use rifle bipod and shooting stick bipod but not easy for 180⁰ shooting
Crackin vid and shooting once again m8. Loved the 'head-shot' pidgeon footage. I own an RM8 (amongst other air rifles) as well. Accuracy is spot-on for a budget rifle. I'll never part with mine.
@@Wolverineverminshooting A few things about your rabbit gutting technique, being an expert rabbit gutter myself (started aged 10). I can understand that gutting this way reduces the weight to carry around. If you are using the rabbit for ferrets fine, but if the idea is for humans to eat the rabbit meat no, this is not a good idea. Why? Two reasons. First, on the liver there is a little bile sack. For an adult rabbit it is quite small, about the size from the last knuckle to the top end of your little finger in an almost clear skin thin bag attached to the liver. You need to remove that intact without bursting it, because if the intent is to eat the rabbit meat, the bile, if exposed to the meat sours it and makes it taste awful when cooked. By squeezing out the guts, the likelihood is that the liver bile sack can burst as it is quite fragile. The bladder too, but this is less likely as it is more robust. Second, the liver itself. You can eat this, the heart, and the kidneys BUT the liver has to be closely inspected. If it has yellow spots or yellow circles on it, then the whole rabbit has to be thrown away. Why? Because the rabbit is infected with mixy (myxomatosis) and can make you ill. You can see that externally too, but the liver is a tell tale sign when there are no external signs. Sometimes you have to look really close because the spots or circles can be very faint, but that's it, if you see them then chuck the entire rabbit away. Useful? Had plenty of rabbit pie! It is a delicious low fat meat, as good as chicken any day. By the way still loving the videos. Keep them coming.
I don't eat the rabbits I give them to my dog and others I give away to my dog groomer that feeds them to her dogs. The little ones get left where they are for buzzards or foxes
@@Wolverineverminshooting Fair do's. But for human scoffing, they are best guts in and then they can be dressed properly. Wow, dogs eating rabbit. They are delicious cooked. Ever tried rabbit? Every bit as good as chicken. But you need adults, not leverets. In a pie fantastic. Not had rabbit pie for some time now. My mother used to make the best, but unfortunately she is no longer with us. Still good memories of gutting, and some nice grub.
When gutting a bird I stick my fingers up its butt, pull the intestines out, then reach up with my hand and grab the esophagus, windpipe, and pull that out. Now I can get the heart, liver, and gizzard. I never saw the rabbit trick before, that was different.
13:23 act´s like drill ! I think it is a personality/ character thing wow they behave when they being shut . But do not count on that ! It´s my guess ;)
Re: the rat bobbing, I’ve heard it’s the ones who survive eating poisoned bait. Something about them struggling to breathe properly. No idea, but I read it somewhere, so make of it what you will. More humane to shoot em in the head if you ask me.....!
Love to see a poleaxed pigeon, like you say little rabbits turn into big rabbits, i lose count my Hw100 at night on the rats and that mag has a marker on it lol
Great video, I fully agree with your comments regarding the RM8, probably the best value for money regulated PCP on the market.
Superb for the money 👌
Fantastic job I've got the rm8 ultra compact 22cal on test I'm very impressed by this little gun thanks for sharing buddy
No worries 👍let me know how you get on with it
How does it perform?
Is it accurate over 30 meters?
Love my RM8 uc in .177...never skips a beat. Great bang for buck.
Loved the fieldcraft tip again. Thanks for sharing it👍
Thank you for watching Martin 👍
A good night's work there,, what night set up and camera are you using
That's a pard nv007 on a Hawke 4-16x50 sf

That was the slickest way to gutt a rabbit
It's easy 👍
That field looks promising matey 👍 nice shooting
Cheers kelv 👍 it's pretty good all over, difficult to get to them. Probably 200 plus rabbits around
Torn between a rm8 or a hw97 springer for my first air rifle. My intended use is exactly this. which should i get?
Rm8 is easier to use but you will need a bottle or pump to fill it
Good video. I have Daystate wolverine R, what suppressor is the quietest? Thanks.
Cheers Graham 👍 the suppressor is just a cheap one, no idea of the make
Fantastic again garry, nearly finished them all off now! But still looks good for the rabbits
Cheers Frank 👍plenty of rabbits to go at😁
i just got a rm8 but i have been told the bottom of the stock is to thin for a rail for a bipod
You have been told wrong, scroll down and you will find a video of how I fixed a bipod
Amazing video mate,im new to air rifle hunting, can you reccomend me a good thermal please?
I use a hti ht-a3 but plenty others to choose from
Great video and spot on shooting
Cheers Donald 👍
Good shots, I like rm8 too
Great gun for a budget one👍
@@Wolverineverminshooting 😃
Cheers shaun 👍 it saves a lot of weight when carrying them😁
Another brilliant video mate, great footage, and top noth shooting as always, Wow thats a lot of scaly tails mate, you certainly cleaned that place up, cheers
Cheers Casper 👍 it's a struggle to see them there now. 19 in 3 visits so very few left
Brilliant.
Thank you😁👍
Well underestimated gun them Rm8 I have had a couple of them . Good shooting pal keep up the good work 👍
A very nice job 👍
Cheers David 👍
Lovely job matey! Rm8uc owner and love it👍👍👍👍👍👍👍😎
Cheers Alan 👍 people that don't get the accuracy out of a rm8 are using the wrong pellets
What thermal spotter do you recommend?
It depends on your budget and what you want it for, all do the job
@@Wolverineverminshooting what do you use and are you happy with it?
I use a hti ht-a3 25mm, they were £700 when I got it. They are around £1400 now
Well done again mate. Top shooting. Lovely. 🤠🤠🤓
Cheers sir 👍
I’m thinking of buying a r m 8 watt r the pros and cons before i by please can some one help with advice
Look through my videos, some videos on there
You vote the thing up because of the commentary/enthusiasm
Nice and clean guts removal thanks for the tip👍
😁👍
Great shooting well done 👍 I agree with the thermal spotters never leave the house without one 👀
Cheers Paul 👍 once you use one you will never be without one
Excellent job
Thank you 👍

Done it several times with the rm8, easy to lose count
have you managed to fit a bipod to your rm8
@@nasserisback488 yeah, it's pretty simple. A quick release picatinny fits on the front perfect
what is the make / model of the mod on the end ??
I don't know its the cheapest one I could find. Think it was £26
Great video 👍
Cheers Simon 👍
brilliant vid loved the hack with the rabbit / gutting it
Cheers 👍 easy to do
How to get a air gun like this ? Can you let me know
Plenty of gun shops sell them👍
What’s name of that gun. By the way I’m in USA
Rm8👍
Is that a sub12 foot pound rifle?
It's on the beginning of the video 👍
@@Wolverineverminshooting thank you
Small rabbits very good for frying, drop of olive oil, knob of butter...lovely jubbly.😋🐇👍
I give them to my dog😁

I've had it 7 year and never had any problems with it, I just don't use it enough. I've put the pard nv008lrf on it now😁
That last head shot “pigeon” looked like a stock dove as had no white band and very red legs
Young pigeon, I watched it for a while before I shot it
Could you not make a small cut to allow the guts to come out more easy .
Your Channel is My favorite when it comes to killing pests...
Thank you 👍and thank you for watching 😁
Wow, whish I was with you matey. Some of those rabbits would definitely be in the pot!
They are not easy to get to, had 7 last night though

I took note of one I did the other night, the liver doesn't come out, just the guts
Dont know why ppl pay 700-1000 for a rifle. My .177 rm8 hits 10 shots inside a 5 pence at 30 yards. Brilliant gun for the money
