Hi Matt , another cracking vid!! So nice to see Andy showing a great respect for his Quarry. Some people might say "its only a pigeon" but we need to apply respect for every type of quarry that we are privileged to control be it deer right down to even rats, they all have feelings and we should all make sure of a clean kill whenever possible.
Good program as always. I agree about using a shotgun near houses and have used a sub 12 on pigeons/stubble a few times to good effect. The only downside is the fast and furious sessions that pigeons can be. And tongue in cheek I would say shooting a flying bird is more challenging and fun. Still, if needs must then grounded birds can still be taken as this proves.
My first air rifle was an ASI Sniper which (i think) was also part of the Gamo stable and I loved it sooo much. Hope you're enjoying the Varmint and your shooting!
Great shoot by Andy, he knows his trade well. Congratulations on the Bog Triathlon time/win too! That looks a cracking (if slightly heavy) combo, just one question -is the rifle regulated? Great value either way. Looking forward to the next video. Russ
Hi Andy. I see you using the Walther rm8 a lot recently. I know you own(ed) air arms s400 and s200 and weihrauch hw100 so just curious why you favour the Walther. Thanks
Had the exact same on one of my permissions, i struggled to get a decent shot on the stubble. It’s been bladed through now so hopefully next time better shots will present themselves 😁 awesome footage Andy, I seen one of your old UA-cam videos of you doing a pigeon and bacon sandwich.... jeers you was a lot younger (no offence mate!)
DEAR ANDY, BRILLIANT SHOOTING, LONG STUBBLE PROBLEM, GET YOUR SELF AN OLD PETROL STRIMMER TAKES LESS THAN 5MINS TO CLEAR A DECENT SQUARE LOW AREA,SUPER CLEAR SHOTS ALL THE WAY. MICK THE GARDENER, FROM SURREY
John hears how to get rid of the auto safty catch this is the web site to go to ...walther dominator 1250 triggerunit (bondQ80)... first de cock the hammer take the gun out off the stock undo 4 plane scews lake plate off and ull see how to remove safty bar died easy 😆 no auto safey 😉...hi from ireland...😊
Sorry john looking at that review on trigger unit i was wrong the flat link bar from safty to back off trigger dont take it out youll have no safty ... behind the cocking bolt youll see a pece sticking up the bolt hits it and pushes the safty back in safe ....i think u can remove it in front off the safty unit or else cut that pece off ... up to you if you biy the air gun ...
Great vlog again team. Pest control implies in the word pest that what ever the quarry there is justification in the shooting. You see the abhorrent photographs of trophy hunters who shoot wild animals for no reason.

Shooting pigeons and rabbits is my absolute favourite thing to do just find it really relaxing been on my own in the countryside
FOR SURE.JUST THE BIRDS SINGING, AND NO PEOPLE, BRILLIANT. MICK FROM SURREY.
Great work team and congratulations to Andy on his triathlon win.👍
Love the sound rotex makes is so distinctive
THE RM8 WOULD BE REALLY NICE WITH A SIDE LEVER ACTION!!! LOOKS A GREAT GUN.

That's not something we see everyday,..decoying pigeons, then laying them out with the air rifle,...you're correct Mat.
Good show!
Nice shooting Andy
As always nice to see a professional at work and letting others know how to hunt probably 👍
Great show with good product reviews and advice. Bought my first air rifle a few weeks ago, it's a Gamo Varmint. 177. Cheers from New Zealand.

Well done Andy "Bog man" Watkins !!
Nice shooting andy👍
i know a few folk who shoot the rm8 and had a go myself, its a fair gun but dont feel its worthy of the £700 range just my thoughts..
It's not. RM8 is way cheaper. You're paying for the bottle and the extras
Hi good shooting on the pigeons Just wondering where you got the cover and chair from? Cheers

Wondered if you could mention using the scopes a bit more.

Is the hide a nitehawk and would you know if it is waterproof or at least resistant to the odd shower?
I looked it up from that seller & they want 1049 now. Plus doesn't look like they sell to US.
To Andy. Bring your brother and set up either end of the field, he’ll send them your way and you’ll send them his, easy.
Dave Kendrick good call mate :) I usually shoot with Tom but he was off on his jolly’s in Aus :) alright for some. Maybe next time hey
I'm in the hide now, and I'll popup me 'knobbers' facemask to scare any passing ladies walking the dogs!
Matt when will you be back out with the gun i miss your videos
Where is the hide from please Andy?
That safety catch would do my head in😡 !
