My first full and almost last Ironman 70.3 training week | first outdoor swimming session - Ep 01

I’m two weeks away from my next Ironman 70.3 in Victoria BC. This is my first full week of training for the race since my marathon training has finished. It’s finally warm enough so this week we hit up the lake for the first outdoor swim session. This was a nice change from going to the pool, but still very humbling.
