- My FIRST Triathlon | 70.3 Miles | IRONMAN PREP
I signed up to Outlaw Holkham Half as I've never done a triathlon before and in 2 MONTHS I'll be taking on Ironman Barcelona (the full distance). Thought it would be sensible to do a shorter distance triathlon to get a feel for what is to come. This is my first EVER triathlon.. I was scared but it was an amazing experience and lessons have been taken from it!
ps. The organisation at Outlaw Holkham Half was amazing, insane atmosphere, would highly recommend!

I know everyone thinks you’re superhuman, and things like this are a walk in the park for you… but they are not, you have had to push through fear of riding the bike, learning to swim / open water swim… and somehow mix upwards of 15 hour training weeks into your already busy life. So proud already and there’s more to come! Anyway, enough compliments… you’ve got a FULL DISTANCE to train for ;) ❤

She is genetically gifted. THAT is how she does all this and has visible abs all year round. Sure she trains hard. Most people could train as hard as her. Some would die from it. The rest would never achieve her VISIBLE abs ALL YEAR ROUND nor her fitness level and abilities. Genetics is everything.

@@harshneesalsation7582 no. NO. WRONG. Another example. The better you were born looking, the more money and easier you'll make it. Supermodels make millions for turning up to photo shoots. They have much more free time than the average person.
Genetics. Is. Everything.
Another example. Someone born mentally and physically disabled CANNOT do what nutty does. They will never have visible abs and couldn't do anything fitness related she does, let alone reach her fitness level. No matter how determined, disciplined etc they were.
Genetics. Is. Everything.
Usain Bolt was born genetically gifted. Almost no one can run as fast as he can, no matter their drive, effort etc.
Body shape, muscle mass shape and size without working out, height, shoulder width, neck width, strength, etc are all determined by genetics.
You never fail to amaze me with your hard work, dedication, consistency and pure determination 👏❤

Congratulations!! You did amazingly well! I used to feel the same way for dance competitions, thinking I could never keep up with more experienced dancers, but then you realize that everyone there had a 'first time' too! It makes it feel a lot more human in the end! :)

Btw, agreeeeeed about the footage - I wasn't planning to even make a video about it because I didn't want the extra pressure about filming in the morning etc so didn't take my vlogging camera. Only reason there is footage is because Grant is the MVP and got some 'just incase'!
