My problem I'm having is too many updates. And it changes some of my settings when it updates. I can't get an SD card from my camera to automatically upload when I put it in the laptop. So frustrating.
I actually found this same exact model (and a white one) in the pawn shop for $60.00 and it looks new. Just started using it and so far impressed with the speed of it. Some fun facts about this laptop 1. its passively cooled meaning it doesn't use any fans but instead copper to help transfer heat 2. the ram is upgradeable to 16GB max (Id recommend upgrading to at least 8GB) 3. storage is NOT upgradeable :( 4. this laptop does support windows 11! :)
@warrenmcclure7819 I've found it doesn't updates A LOT and when it does it changes some settings. I was able to put in an SD card to transfer footage one time and the next time was after an update, and I wasn't able to transfer footage again. I've tried to go into settings but I can't figure it out again lol. Do you know how I can get my laptop to where I can transfer SD card footage again?? XD I'm so sad about it. It was supposed make youtube easier for me XD
@@AllyBurnett0932 Yes I might know how to get it to work again. It sounds like a driver issue, in case you dont know a "driver" is software telling the computer how to use that piece of hardware such as the monitor, SD card, speakers and so on. What I would do is to reinstall he driver for the SD card. You can usually find it on the companies website.
I'm going to order one! Did you have any issues or is this one touch screen by chance? I always get nervous ordering when it's not directly from the retailer.
This one isn't a touch screen, but I use a mouse anyway so I'm ok with it. I actually do love it though so far. It does want to do updates often for me, but I guess that's like how our phones have updates as well. It's so beautiful though lol

noo unfortunately it doesn't. I was trying to look for one with that too, but I just fell in love with the color and price.
