- As with everything, this does not work EVERY TIME ALWAYS EVERYWHERE, however, keeping a clean environment for your animals will help them stay illness free. Rotating your animals around and letting the land rest is a big way to insure they remain healthy. A proper diet and plenty of fresh air also help! We are trying to move several groups of pigs out of holding pens and into a larger open area. Will it work? Or will the swine be to pig-headed?

This reminds me of the part at the beginning of Wizard of Oz when Dorothy fell into a hog pen.
It also reminds me of the part in Loansome Dove where Jake Spoon chastises Capt. Gus for speaking to pigs.

Too funny, watching the pigs just meandering...well done, getting them all in. My son in law decided to move our chickens in daylight, not wanting to move them after dark, when they were in the coop, captive. He thought they would follow me, 30, like my furst flock, 10, used to, lol, it was fun, frustrating, and I held my peace...but we move them at night now!

What can you do to help with parasites if you dont have alot of room to rotate pigs?? We want pigs,but don't have alot of room to rotate them. We have .79 acers and we have chickens,garden,fruit tree's and fruit bushes. Also we have a dedicated place for pool and play structure for kids. Any ideas welcomed thanks. BTW it's nice to see ya feeling better Brian.
Its hard naming bacon 😂 after years of using a rock or a sledge i can tell you i was 100% a fool a tpost driver is like 20 bucks and sooooo worth the funds.
