Err... I think u mean keep ur spine neutral through a movement so ur muscles are moving around a neutral spine. Like for example when u squat u want to look up cos at the bottom of the movement looking up helps u engage the back which supports the neutral spine.

Im confused. I remember specifically in a tricep video- Mike saying once you get in the correct position, he could turn his head and move it and look around. The point being not to be too tense in the neck and head while doing the tricep pressdown properly . Seems contradictory a bit
