These has changed my physique
Literally almost 6 weeks I’ve been following wycked wycked and i can see massive changes in my body.
feeling the muscles and holding the tension and rock are also few knowledge points.
Wycked wycked
You who about to rock I salute you🤘🏽
These are the little things no one talks about but makes a huge difference in connecting with the exercises.
I didn't even realize what my wrists were doing when I was lifting. This is going to help me a lot! Thank you Mike!
Posted 40 seconds, this is awesome I now feel like I know more secrets than the rest of the world. For a few more minutes anyway
good 40s of more gains to you
I had two back sessions with Mike and my back development has improved 100%
It's these little things that make a massive difference
Big Mikes techniques have been %100 effective in my training. Way more mobility and much less joint pains. Thanks Big Mike.
Dam Mike….I’ve been working out for 15years and nobody has ever explained proper wrist movement in that way. I appreciate you spending the time to teach us amateurs how it should be done. Wycked approved!!!
You've transformed my training and approach to form. Thx
I have been implementing your style of working out to my routine,Open palm, and scooping has made such a difference on my bi-cep workouts. On chest i use your sliding technique on pec - flies what a difference. I can talk about back but you get the point. Thanks bro you don't know how valuable the gems you drop are. "The Pump Don't Lie" that's how I know it's working. There's a slogan for you on a T- shirt, "The Pump Don't Lie".
Such great tips Mike! These have helped me tremendously.
Get the pleasure of seeing you train many people and no matter their experience, I see them moving way better within a few reps.
Dude every effing video you do I learn so much. You say it in a way to that I feel I could turn around and teach it to someone else
It makes so much sense. I’ll have to pay attention to that. I think I do some of that but I’m not sure, but I will pay attention to it. Unfortunately, My Gym does not have a lot of those machines which is really bothering me. as far as the Tricep exercise, I do that the only difference I do is I push away from me instead of down I find I get more activations that way, but thank you for the advice. I’ll definitely be paying attention to it.
Yes the first hour gang gang💪💪💪
man this is honestly one of your most helpful cues. It goes so unnoticed but makes such a difference
🔥🔥🔥. Great back tip. I noticed I’ve been hugging the seat way too much lately instead of rocking. Gonna drop the weight and the let my body rock and the wrist move!
This is why we need to have a training session with you. Everyone is just looking at videos and trying to decipher what/how to do.
Literal gold. Thank you so much Big Mike, everything is clicking.
seeing all of these amazing machines makes me fn SICK
Thankyou for all videos
The best video so far👍👍👍
Thank you Mike! This video was awesome, one of your best yet!
Thank you Big Mike
Thanks for all the tips it’s really helping me feel what I am training.keep the vids coming😊
The amount of people you're putting on game, and the gym gems you drop are huge. Been a huge fan for a while, happy to see you getting the success you deserve. Keep it up Big Mike!
i only train the wycked way... shits getting me jackd im soaking all this knowledge.
PRICELESS ADVICE
i just recently found your videos but they have helped me immensely. thanks Mike
Loved this video. It clicked what you've said in the past about wrist on the tricep pushdown. Killer content man
Always something valuable in your content. The wrist thing on tris I typically fuck up and I’m excited to try it today. Chest and back I picked up on previous videos. Gratitude as always big dog.
can you do a video on leg workouts for herniated disc lmfao 😂
Thank you Sir will be incorporating this tomorrow in my push workout..
Thanks for all the amazing videos... changed my whole approach to lifting. Can you make some videos on your approach and opinions about diet. Would love to hear your no nonsense take on it.
Theses details have helped me and my patients a million times more than the BS videos focusing on set x reps per some study. Thanks 👍 pure gold advice 💯
Masterclass!👍
Hey coach Mike, can you do a brief introduction of your team that films your content. I’ve heard the lady behind the camera ask you some interesting questions and I think it would be cool to learn who they are! Thanks for the content!
Pure knowledge
Great points! Your head movement tip for chest has really helped my lifts. That one arm rear delt high cable exercise is AWESOME. Thanks for sharing these tips!
That rear delt move is the bomb. Love that one.
This dudes a master
I've been lifting with that grip for time, all my gym bros kept giving me shit about the way I grip. At least I know I was doing it right thanks for the info.
Omg 😲 😱 thankyou going to try this tomorrow tell you how it works
Thought about what you said about the seated cable rows...changed movement.. lifted my chest and pulled .. felt Different a lot better... Thanks to you Sir I am taking a second look at what I thought was right ...and building more mind muscle connections.. your awesome.
I've been doing all that...for a few moths...and I've got big changes!!!
Thanks coach
On Point!
Funny enough i was doing chest today i was wondering where my wrist should really be, this will help me out a tone on the next session, thank you!
Thank you for the great content Mike! Does that last part work the exact opposite way for like bicep curls and lat pull-downs?
I love how he drops the personal pronouns and the articles before various body parts. Absolute legend.
Just in time for back day
Big facts 💪🏾🦾💪🏾🦾💪🏾🦾
Game changer
U da best
So interesting.
its never "my palm" or "my elbow" or "my chest" it's always just palm, elbow, and chest. i don't know why i find this so fascinating.
My back is still s*** but it's better since these videos have come out exercise selection and execution. That's what you learn from this
Hey Mike, talk about straps ,gloves and wrist wraps etc.did you ever use?
I can feel it so much during back exercises. That’s wild. If I go for a fist while pulling, it dumps into my shoulder. Claw grip? Shoulders stay low and I can feel my mid back
Big Mike,
Had a question regarding this grip and does this apply to all pulling motions you've talked about regarding back movements. Sorry for the rookie question just trying to clarify. Thanks for all the content you put out boss
💪💪💪
May just be me, but lately I see alot of people dieting like bodybuilders, training like a power lifter but lifting like a wellness person and then wondering why they aren't achieving their specific goal
Mike I just saw one of your videos where you was showing some sweatshirts you’re going to be selling. Did you ever release them, if so do you have any more for sale in size 2XL. Thx much
Great Vid as usual... wondering if anyone ever has tried those FatGripz ?
They’re pretty valid. I use them mostly pull-ups and arm movements
Huh always did this nothing realizing others don't do this. Cool.
Hey Mike, I’ve been trying for some time now but I can’t seem to get a pump in my chest, I’ve done heavy weight low reps & low weight high reps but nothing seems to work. I.e. rest pause, cluster, super sets..
I agree but a false grip defo activates the chest more.
Hey Wykid for that first exercise that you did on the chest press machine on you said that "they understand squeeze back" but do you have to hold the scapulas and keep them retracted the whole time like a bench press ? For the entire movement ? Or are you letting your scapulas protract at the end when pressing?
What does everyone else do ?
Do they keep their scapulas retracted the whole movement on this machine like a bench press or let their scapulas come out and protract on this machine?
ah man that chest press looks soo smooth and sexy.
Where is this place at ,every video i watch huge dudes and women just as big working out in the background
This might be a crazy video but imagine mike doing a week at planet fitness.
Out of curiosity: how do you feel about rest periods? You seem to super set or giant set a lot. So you just try to keep a pump going? Or do you rest the way these science guys tell you to?

"FUCK OF THE WRIST"
I’ve always done bench press and Dumbells for chest, for the first time on Saturday I thought I’d give the converging chest press a try to see what the activation was like, and I can’t believe I actually did the technique Mike has demonstrated I didn’t mean to,I tried gripping it first as normal but didn’t feel right to me I felt by using this grip with the wrist flexion I could manipulate the travel of the press a little bit which took out some front delt activation, but tips like these of Mike are priceless and it’s the difference between great and elite at lifting
