These are the vids where i learn the most. Mike corrects form in real time. Very useful as opposed to mike doing the demo himself

I'd find it so hard to make the adjustments and not hold my breath and not have it all fall apart lol

I agree. Although Mike explains the movements very well, when he does the movements they seem very natural and fluid. When he was having Steve correct his form it was very easy to see.

Amazing to watch these raw vids compared to the over the top edited crap that's out there. Also, agree that somehow when you adjust other athletes it makes more sense to me then when you are the model. I think its because it is very hard for you to do it wrong, I mean, you can, but most of the time its so over exaggerated that most people think that they "never: do that. Then you watch an athlete being adjusted by you and you start to realize that its the little things and timing of those things that make a huge difference. . Thank you !!!!!

Die Beherrschung der Kopfpositionierung und Blickrichtung der Augen während des kompletten Bewegungsablauf ist einer der Gamechanger.

It’s amazing. You can really see how most people (who are in good shape to start with) can’t even get INTO the correct position that Mike is trying to get you in. They’re body has never moved this way. You can absolutely see it. So tense!!

Whoever says going to gym is just lifting and putting down weights
knows nothing about science and art.

Hello Mike - it would be great if you could make a video in which you would do similar movements (e.g. on the same machines) -one for lats and one for upper back back-to-back showing the difference in execution for lats vs. upper back (e.g. when to lean the head forward vs.when to keep it pressed back, rounding your spine in the bottom of the movement vs. keeping the spine arched, etc.). Very informative video as always

Big Mike thank you so much for this channel!!! Any good cues on how to remove delts from any pulling movement ? I get a ton of delt in my rows and pull downs to the point where I gas out because of my delts.

This dude has a good physic but this type of intricate training will put this dude to the next level. I can verify that since I have been listening to these details, my physic has improved. Remember to be humble with the weight

    Deep sleep is king.
Minimise caffeine intake prior to bed times. Aka try not to drink caffeine 8hrs before bed and many other factors, just an example.

    Interesting,
Steve’s Viet Nămese ? Surprised to see Tiếng Viet fonts and characters haha
Experimental video production branch off ?
Perhaps Steve can even start his UA-cam talking in Vietnamese for all mike’s content that has been absolutely golden in helping others to get their basic training game on point
