Just a trivia about Indrans: His actual name is Surendran. He started his career as a tailor, and later joined malayalam industry as a costume designer back in the 80s. And then he started doing small roles, mostly comic relief type roles, in films. From that point he started growing and by 2018 he became Kerala State Award winner in Best actor category.
If you check out some old malayalam films, you might see "Costumes by Indran's" in the title credits.

Addition : Indrans was also shortlisted and was a close contender for the best actor at the national awards for the movie Aalorukkam.

"Indran's" was the name of his tailor shop/ costume business in Thiruvanathapuram.... you can see 'Indran's Jayan' for costume design credits. He is the cousin of Indrans. Jayan carried on the legacy under 'Indran's' label and done costume for 300 plus movies. He won two successive National Film Awards for costume designing for Shaji Karun's movie "Kutty Srank - The sailor of hearts"in 2009 and for "Gramam" in 2010!

I totally agree with you Jammy. If we are told to describe a perfect movie we always tend to say long takes, visual cues, specific angles, the tone of film, a gripping narrative and things like that. But sometimes instead of all this a simple comedy movie or a feel good movie without these fancy things resonates and stays with us more than the movies with the aforementioned qualities. This is like when we ask about best tasting food we may say biryani, butter chicken naan, paneer do pyaaza and all but sometimes the home made Rajma chawal hits the right spots. And although I was a bit apprehensive when I saw the length of the movie it quickly faded away and I didn't realise the passage of time.

Movies can't build one character properly and here in this we had more than 10 proper characters, with unique identity and their own stories and equal amount of screen time. For every good movie in Malayalam we have 2-3 not good to bad movies . We in Kerala know that. It is unfair to set high expectations for every movie that comes out from Kerala. Hopefully the Malayalam industry keeps this good run for some more time. In the mid 80s to mid 90s we had a similar successful period followed by a decade of mostly forgettable ones

    Spoilers ahead
There's a small detail I noticed in the movie .
The first time when Anthony asks his dad to write the apology letter to the super star , he gets his dad to write it very neatly and also he keeps the paper on a table and clicks the pic in such a way that everything is completely clear and is perfect to look at with no shadows in the image . By the end of the movie , when he again writes the letter , he himself writes the letter with imperfections and also when he clicks the pic the second time , he doesn't pay much attention and casually holds the writing pad with the paper on it and clicks the pic with the shadow of his hand on the left side . Idk if I am overthinking this but that clearly shows his character arc , from acting like a good guy and putting up a show to the usual normie he is and being himself .
