If you put the car in Neutral and turn it off, then press and hold the TCS button while you start the car and instantly let go after the engine had turned over you will have bypassed the traction control and its gives you a horsepower boost.. now if you continue to hold the TCS button after starting it will turn itself off like you demonstrated except you can continue to turn it off and on as you choose
To shut off all assists I take off the TCS fuse out, downside is that it triggers abs light, brake light, and a few others I think. But other than that never thought about holding the button down. hhhmmmmm
The point is I like my 350z's low profile tires and if I don't want the person i'm letting drive it to burn out and drift my shit then im going to use this trick. That's why it's called valet mode. No mr.valet no crazy driving today!
I just experienced a total loss of power in a major Orlando Road. Luckily the car kept going and I pulled under a shaded tree incase I had to look under the hood. But I decided to research the lights on UA-cam and ran into this video. I had turned off the car a few time and restarted it and nothing got better. Then I turned it off held the button you showed while restarting the car and I got my horse power back. The engine light still on though. That didn’t go away. It wasn’t there before all this happened. What do y’all think is going on with my 2005 350 z?
@@luishuerta4424 it was a joke cause his is an automatic But since u said u work on them My rear defroster doesn't come on and the light on the HVAC knob for the defroster doesn't come on either. Is it a fuse? If so where is it located I read on the 350z forums that it's probably the HVAC ribbon cable kinked behind the switches Thanks in advance dude
Also I'm sure ur aware of the 03-04 trans grind Mines grinds going into 3rd and 5th sometimes 4th I don't know shit about transmission I know these trans have bad synchros Will changing the trans fluid do anything? I don't expect it to go away Completely
What is your point here man? And what could this possibly have to do with a "valet mode?" I fail to see how getting the light to stay off nor where there's any connection at all whatsoever with a tcs system and valet parking or a valet mode.
WTF....and your point was what ?
How could the myth be "busted" when it wasn't really challenged ?
