Finally! I've waited forever for a 350Z review from Scotty. Nervous to hear what he would say and now I'm just glad I bought one and keep decking it up.
Hell yeah Scotty there are alot of forgotten Nissan and Infiniti models during this era, I don't think we felt the effects of Renault until much later. With that being said the brand as a whole isn't as people make them out to be.
I remember in HS I had a buddy who had one. I learned to drive stick in it. Car had headers, exhaust intake, build bottom end, coil overs, strut braces and bars and a bunch of extra goodies. Fast little car. Fun to drive for sure. Not a great car to learn how to drive stick, especially if it’s got a performance clutch like I did lol
I own my 03 Z since is was new it has 167,000 miles on it. I still love driving it! never will sell it!! Been beating it for almost 20 years n it still runs like a champ. I can't break the dam thing! Only thing I have replaced on it was $60 cam sensors, two coil packs and oil every three grand.
The 07-08 don’t have those problems they are the best ones, I’m personally looking for an 07-08 model which is the because of the hr and I don’t want to even think of dealing with the trans and oil consumption issues😫

Had my 03 350z for 6 years now and still love it. Have some work to do now but has been my daily driver and surprisingly reliable.
I am about to purchase one with 106 miles on it $5k
Should I?
@@mariavaldez7933 I bought mine with 112,000 miles for $12,000 in 2016. I don't think that's bad at all. It's now at 199,239 as of today and still going. Just be prepared for some sensors to go bad but just replace them with upgraded ones and your golden. If you do buy it I hope you enjoy it as much as I have been.
I bought a 2007 350z 10 years ago and am I happy I did. It has been the best car I have ever owned! It is a blast to drive! It is fast, responsive, handles extremely well, minimal maintenance, easy to maintain, decent gas mileage, low insurance cost, sporty and looks great! The Japanese got this one right! 👍 😀
Great video *Scotty!* I've always loved the design of the original 2003 Nissan 350Z! I drove the 370Z a few times, although I preferred the design of the 350Z. The analog speedometer & tach *2:34* look very cool as well! 🚘😎
I didn't expect Scotty to be positive about the 350Z, I've never been happier to be a Z owner.
does that mean he’ll be positive about the g35 :D
I love the 350z it's one of my dream cars. That star roof looks cool lol
I had a 2006 350z roadster, I miss her everyday. I own a 2019 370z sport now I had to upgrade. If you're looking to get into the car scene 350z is definitely a good car to start.
“You could probably get one for 5 k “ me in 2023 trying to buy a cheap one for 15k
They have sold on bring a trailer and other sites with low mileage for 15k
350Zs are reliable with no major Achilles heel. I’ve seen tons of em blown up with oversized intakes and/ or shitty/ low oil. Get it fine tuned it’s critical. Keep the DEs under 400 tq and the HRs under 500-550 (although I’ve seen them pushed as high as 700 (on e85)
I’ve had my 350z for 5 years now and I love it. It’s a fun car and very reliable.
How the car doing you now
@@eddycervantea7882had mine for 6 yrs. Probably about 6k or more in repairs. 2200 for a fuel issue where they took my gas tank out. 1500 for control arms. 1500 for the coolant and radiator issue. 800 for camshaft sensor. 1000 for front passenger knuckle.
Always love to see a Scotty Kilmer vid in my inbox 😍, he’s like the grandpa i never had
Funny you speaking on the Z. I was at the stealership yesterday getting something for my FX45 and saw a prestine g35... basically a 350 370z in immaculate condition. I believe it was on 05 black on black with 100,000 on the dail. Guess what stealership wanted for it..... Wait for it.... $9000. Like you said, the 350 370 g35 g37 os a rock solid car as long as it hasn't been wrapped around a pole lol. Good stuff man. Keep on keeping on!!!
when the car you want is complimented by Scotty you know it's good
Can we just take a moment to appreciate the Itachi sticker
Amaterasu
ITACHI IS IN THE WINDOW!! HE MUST OF FAKED HIS DEATH....
He's with the akatsuki now 😳
Literally started watching your vids today while dealing with on going car troubles so much knowledge 🐐
I use to own a 350z and absolutely loved it. I currently own a 370Z Nismo and it’s also an excellent little sports car.
In the UK I am a spray painter and I literally get like 1 a week in to repair and spray. stock ones, modded ones, nismos, all variances. And I crave to own one. Great throttle response. You can feel the power vibrate through the gearstick. You can feel the turbo smoothly vibrate the entire car. Amazing machine. One of the best cars for the money im telling you.
man I love when scotty goes for a drift or a race
?
Bro's been clapping cheeks in this car. Peep the two Magnum wrappers behind Scotty. 3:05
Love my 04 350Z. Costs the same to maintain as any other Nissan, extremely fun to drive.
I love my 350Z. I just bought my second one after the first was totaled (nope, not my fault). I missed it so much, I had to get another. I just love driving this car.
So glad to see it has Scotty's approval. 🤘🏻
I found a g35 sedan 6mt man 110k and mint. Love it
155mph sounds right,i tested that on my old 350z with the 6speed and its right 💯 👍
Omg he had magnums in the back. Lmao 😂
I was getting ready to comment that lol
@@klondikebar48 lmao me too!! That’s hilarious
What do you mean?
Nice magnum condoms the owner really cares about being safe😂😂
He learned a lesson from the previous owner.
Charles Powell my god dude that’s a Golden comment lol
@@and1chewy1 who knows they could have been the previous owners.....
Not everybody that buys Magnums can fill them. They serve, for some, as a clever prop.
Finally! I've waited forever for a 350Z review from Scotty. Nervous to hear what he would say and now I'm just glad I bought one and keep decking it up.
*Fact* :You've probably seen a lot of 350z videos, but when Scotty came out with this one *your head exploded from excitement*
You are the most enthusiastic gearhead I've seen on camera and it's really contagious. Subbed!
The 350z with the VQ35HR is insane.
In the membrane... great car, time less style
Proud hr owner here 😀
Me too hr gang lmao 😂
Hell yeah Scotty there are alot of forgotten Nissan and Infiniti models during this era, I don't think we felt the effects of Renault until much later. With that being said the brand as a whole isn't as people make them out to be.
I remember in HS I had a buddy who had one. I learned to drive stick in it. Car had headers, exhaust intake, build bottom end, coil overs, strut braces and bars and a bunch of extra goodies. Fast little car. Fun to drive for sure. Not a great car to learn how to drive stick, especially if it’s got a performance clutch like I did lol
I’ve driven a 2005 Infiniti G35 coupe for 12 years and I still love it. It’s pretty much a 350Z with two back seats. Same engine
Finally. I’m about to buy a 07-08 model
Good video 👍! I have a 94 ZX and it is an awesome ride! Bring back T-Tops!
Never thought I'd see Scotty sending it like that LMAO
he never drove it in the video...
So no one saw the condoms in the back of the car 3:04 LMAOOOO>_
Lol wtf, maybe the production of the child was being made on a 350Z
Scotty knows what he's doing 😎
Why I think he had to get rid of it 😃😂
that was the whole reason I came to the comments LMFAOOO i thought I was the only one
I did
My aunt got a new one every few yrs free from the law firm she was a partner at. These were fun cars to drive and boy did she enjoy driving these
I own my 03 Z since is was new it has 167,000 miles on it. I still love driving it! never will sell it!! Been beating it for almost 20 years n it still runs like a champ. I can't break the dam thing! Only thing I have replaced on it was $60 cam sensors, two coil packs and oil every three grand.
Note: the interior paint does chip very easily
Check oil pressure when buying one
No transmission problems and you pretty much got a very reliable Z
I just bought one 2 days ago at 82k miles from a used dealer. Any more tips?
The 07-08 don’t have those problems they are the best ones, I’m personally looking for an 07-08 model which is the because of the hr and I don’t want to even think of dealing with the trans and oil consumption issues😫
@@DragSlicks I’d still check it tho
@@outlander22 Oh yes
Loving the new set up Scotty, lighting is amazing and the sound from your mic is phenomenal. Definitely sounds like a professional podcast. 😁
Scotty is secretly John Lennon.
I trust this man with my life, great review Scotty.
I went from a 2015 Kia Optima to 2003 G35 couple. Best switch ever.
