Great tip. I was struggling on understanding how people get into handstands with their arms straight (my arms start bending) Turns out its due to my form and a bit of my shoulder strength
Yeah. Often in the kick up the arms bend because you don't get your hips all the way up! Keep practicing and focus on keeping your shoulders solid and in place!
Omg thank you so much, I've already held a handstand hold (off the wall) for 10s, but I never get why everytime I kick up to the actual handstand I always fall hard, now I know i have to kick straight up. Love the vids ❤

I am not sure I understand. Sorry :/ Do you mean you have discomfort in your hamstrings? IN this case you need to work on your hamstring flexibility more!
