Omg thank you so much, I've already held a handstand hold (off the wall) for 10s, but I never get why everytime I kick up to the actual handstand I always fall hard, now I know i have to kick straight up. Love the vids ❤
can you help me because when i kick up in to the handstand with my foot it feels like there is a string in the bottom of my foot getting pulled and its really uncomfortable
I am not sure I understand. Sorry :/ Do you mean you have discomfort in your hamstrings? IN this case you need to work on your hamstring flexibility more!
