At first, I was wondering why cookie monster...then it quickly made sense with the tail number and story. I love Edwin's story; I'm glad he'll be back to tell us more.
Big thank you to Edwin for sharing his story and allowing us along on the ride. I would love to see a continuation video with him. Of course, thanks to Rich for making it all possible. Every story and video, offers inspiration and knowledge at some level, so not simply entertainment only IMO. Good stuff !
It’s always nice to see people who have gone through a lot in life and to owning personal Jet and that’s is why I have enjoyed Fly with Rich and one day we will be flying together and the number could be next
Mate, that’s a story of hope and inspiration for all of us, especially those who have experienced similar health issues. Overcome and adapt is the motto for life... well done!
Hi rich , I don’t know why , but I have the nice feeling that , most of your customers are more than customers, they are friends or kind of Pilots buddies…..!!! Cheers from the French alps America.
Great story and video Rich. The real story that’s most interesting is always more about the owner in the left seat, and how he got there, than it is about the airplane. This is what really makes the videos interesting. How many hours pilot time does Edwin have and how many hours must he fly with a mentor pilot before insurance will let him fly solo ?
Rich let Edwin know that’s how we never give up on your goals in life in Aviation and now owning his business to travel in style with family members and friends and no matter what we go through we all know who to thank
Always interesting content and people in your videos Rich. What a story that Edwin has about overcoming adversity. Great channel! That is one cool CJ. The chick in the back was pretty sweet too! 😆😆
I’ve always wondered about that airplane when I’ve walked by it in the hangar on the way to my airplane. Very interesting story and an interesting guy. I hope I run into him in the hangar one day. I guess that you don’t have problems with the Tamarack winglets until you do. And then it’s a bad problem. Hopefully, Tamarack permanently cured the problems with the winglets. I have to say that I think their response to the problems was unethical. But it’s clear that they improve performance.
Yeah - you should meet Edwin. Great guy. I’m on the fence on the Tamarack winglets. Have heard different feedback and I don’t have first hand experience on a longer cross country.
Not sure on definitive outcome but I saw some recent concerns regarding those active winglets involved in crashes . Not a expert though.. I just watch too many video on aviation and crash investigations.
You are correct. There are some issues and the FAA grounded them for a period of time. I’m not 100% certain on the specifics of the incidents but they are back installing them and flying.
Dan Gryder made a video about the Tamarack winglets how dangerous they are causing to one fatal crash and some close ones. May be the problem has been resolved. ua-cam.com/video/Y1r_kdmQ55o/v-deo.html NTSB came out with a probable cause that it was the Tamarack winglets.
Pretty cool to see him progress to where is in aviation just since I have known him. He had a specific vision the first time we talked and he made it all happen!
Thank you All for your comments and kind words. Stay tuned video #2 coming soon.
Legendary edwin well done

Ulumni from the University of La Verne. I don’t hear from folks who went to school in La Verne very often. This is a great story Rich.
Thank you. Glad you liked it. Pretty impressive story!
Excellent video and the owners inspiring story of success overcoming his medical event.
Thank you!
You Never Gave Up!!! Great Video!!!
Rich let Edwin know that’s how we never give up on your goals in life in Aviation and now owning his business to travel in style with family members and friends and no matter what we go through we all know who to thank
Will do.
Rich puts you in great planes and great people. PS. I live in Havasu our airport is so under utilized.
Thank you for sharing this video.
Thanks for watching!
Wow! Great story…Great airplane!
Beware of those winglets. Lookup Dan Gryder and “Probable Cause”.
Awesome story brother. Many blessings to you and the family.
Thanks.
Good stuff Edwin Fly safe

Good to see Edwin doing well after his illness…
Yeah - he’s doing great and has lots of energy!
Sick plane I’m from the lake Havasu area and have never seen it I’ll have to keep an eye out for it!
It will be back. Thanks for watching!
Looking forward to more videos on the CJ1+ / we get ours in december to expand our charter operations
Thank you! Exciting to be getting a CJ1+ - great airplane.
Awesome story 👏
He sounds like he has the judgment of a good airline pilot!
great one. i prefrer the pro line 21 x g3000.
Great video. Great story…thank you
Thanks.
Ok whoever painted that aircraft was definitely high. 😎🤓
Great story, if I see your plane on the tarmac I will say hi!
He would live it!
Love your videos Rich! Great story!
Thank you!
Are those Costa wader sunglasses 👓 you are wearing?
Rich, what are the blue cylindrical devices between your cameras and the suction mounts?
I think just part of the camera mount - adjustable shaft between the mount and camera to give so extra space between camera and mounting surface.
He needs to watch Dan Geyer probable-cause with Tamarac so wingtips and look at the number crashes I believe
Not sure on definitive outcome but I saw some recent concerns regarding those active winglets involved in crashes . Not a expert though.. I just watch too many video on aviation and crash investigations.

I’ll fly with Edwin anytime
❤️
Gives new meaning to getting high.
he owned the baron you showcased a month or two back?
Correct - he owned it for 15 years!
Great story, great respect, but not sure I could remain focussed flying with constant chatter worse than my mother in law :)
Where there is a "WILL" there is a "WAY" . . .
Pretty cool to see him progress to where is in aviation just since I have known him. He had a specific vision the first time we talked and he made it all happen!
I wonder how this guy does everything financially, considering Banks don't want to have anything to do with marijuana businesses.
Believe this plane is for sale now? Edwin, moving on to something else?
Correct!
