Lyrics:
We're caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Why can't you see
What you're doing to me
When you don't believe a word I say?
We can't go on together
With suspicious minds (suspicious minds)
And we can't build our dreams
On suspicious minds
So, if an old friend I know
Stops by to say hello
Would I still see suspicion in your eyes?
Here we go again
Asking where I've been
You can't see the tears are real
I'm crying (Yes, I'm crying)
We can't go on together
With suspicious minds (suspicious minds)
And we can't build our dreams
On suspicious minds
Oh, let our love survive
Or dry the tears from your eyes
Let's don't let a good thing die
When, honey, you know
I've never lied to you
Mmm, yeah, yeah
We're caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Why can't you see
What you're doing to me
When you don't believe a word I say?
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby
Don't you know I'm caught in a trap
I can't walk out
Because I love you too much, baby

What a different time it was when Elvis was still here, no words can explain it, truly a great entertainer.
its hard to beleive his was nervous for this concert. He has such confidence and control of every aspect of this event. But if people tell you a billion people will be watching, well maybe a little nervousness kicks in. What a showman, he is The King
He had major anxiety every single time before he went on stage. He was actually a very shy person, but he has this amazing charisma that embodied him when performed. His love for his fans and the wonderful feedback they gave him was energizing.
I say yes

Truly the two greatest specials in Television history are Elvis' "Come Back" special and the "Aloha" special. Man! There is not an entertainer alive today that has his ability to command a stage.

@@janineedwards5981 what type of music do you like and who’s your favorite?
I recently saw the film "Elvis" that I didn't particularly like (especially for the direction despite being wonderfully interpreted) but I discovered episodes from Elvis's life that were completely unknown to me .., I think he had a terribly hard life, he was just a kid catapulted into the limelight of a success that completely got out of hand due to his young age and a weak family, just as unprepared as him him for dazzling success, and a cynical businessman ..
But how much purity there was in him ..!!! ... his look, rightly as you say, expresses such insensity ..
And Elvis thought he would be forgotten when he was drafted. It will be 45 years this summer since his untimely death and we are still listening to his music, watching his movies and videos of him ! Miss you Elvis. RIP Elvis.

May be his best song ever, to his American Trilogy. It’s amazing how moved we are to this day, by seeing Elvis in concert in all this footage. Nobody ever reached such heights. Just a blessing to us all.

Elvis has such a distinctive style and achieved an unnatural level of excellence in his prime - as an artist, vocalist, and entertainer. It’s hard to believe he actually roamed this world and that many people still alive today witnessed his greatness in person. Amazing legacy.
I saw him at the Oru Maybe center in the summer of 1976. 13 months before he died and he Rocked the house as always.... 1 OF A KIND NEVER TO BE DUPICATED

Elvis is always be the best frontman of any band past and present..He had the look, stage presence and charisma, larger than life personality, he is 2nd to none...
As he got older he could feel the emotion of the words throughout his body
Elvis was the best friend i ever had in my life we met when i was a teenager he only wanted a real true friend that didn't want anything from him. We were friends for 10 yrs. up until his death he asked nothing of me and i asked nothing of him. Elvis didn't make friend easily because he knew people just wanted something from him. i will love and miss my friend always and forever i walk past Graceland everyday sometimes i go in they know me there lol... Elvis was a flesh and blood man. He was not a super hero like most fans made him out to be Elvis knew he was dying for some time a few days before his death we had a short conversation i cried a lot he was extremely emotional as well. That was the last day i saw my friend alive. The funeral was a blur and that day was one of the most heart breaking day of my life. I will love and miss Elvis forever. If anyone has the chance to visit Graceland you really should you will not be disappointed. Regards from the one and only Memphis Tn.

I was just turning 10 years old when I watched this concert on T.V., and I was mesmerized through the entire show. My parents went to Las Vegas several times in a year, and I would beg them to take me to the International Hotel to see him in person, but they would always tell me that we would see him the next time we were there. I was blessed to see a lot of different performers in Vegas with my mom, but I would have given them all up to see Elvis one time on stage! I was in Iowa visiting my grandparents on their farm the day that Elvis died, and I clearly remember my grandmother ringing the dinner bell, and I was up in hayloft with my cousin! We climbed down the ladder and ran to the house to find out what happened, and that’s when my grandma told us what was on the news. I think I was literally in shock, and I was glued to the TV for the next several days and I cried a lot. Now that I’m 59 years old I realize just how young Elvis was when he left us, and it makes me so sad that nobody was able to get him the help he really needed. ❤️🔥❤️🩹❤️🔥❤️🩹❤️🔥

I remember being home, getting ready to leave in September as a freshman for college and the news came over the radio, of Elvis dying. Heart rending. Exactly five years later, my mom passed away from cancer after hanging on to see her first grandson. We brought him to see her about 8 pm August 15, and got the phone call about five hours later that she had passed away. Heart shattering.

@@annettemurray1594 Maybe you would like the film afterall? My grandma is a huge Elvis fan and very much enjoyed it. I loved it too. I think that they put Elvis in a positive light in the film. They wanted to show how he persevered.
I absolutely agree. So different from current "singers" who don't sing live any longer, or on rare occasions.
I am very impressed by Elvis Presley's performances. I realize our current era has produced fake performers. Most of the "SINGERS" in recent decades DO NOT sing live. They lip sync. To watch Elvis singing live at ALL his performances.... Wow! And to watch a LIVE band.... Just impressive. How difficult it is to put on hundreds of shows LIVE!!! How hard on your body, nerves, mental sanity. What a toll it takes on you, eventually. So, while our contemporary "singers" move their lips and use all the lights and glitter, most of them aren't authentically talented without the help of auto- tune. So my respects to Elvis Presley and all those real singers from the 40's-70's.
Best performer in history.
