Nice work! Just found your uploads after watching alec steele, simple little life etc love the start to finish nature. Would love some commentary or even subtitles on materials, process, reasoning, particularly in relationship to coatings leather and the like. But I love the speeded up one stop shop for a project.
You aren't a blacksmith but you got some great skills with your hands, good job.
thats awesome!
You ake it looks so easy and simple...
I would love to buy it. What a craftsmanship you have
What a great little knife, and the sheath is perfect for it, too.

very nice
Beatuful work.
Very beautiful
Great knife and some possibly redundant questions. 1. Heat Treating? 2. That sheath. Is it secure. Maybe Kydex if you did it again? 3. Is a knife like that legal to carry in California under your shirt?
I'm not the maker but I think the steel was already heat treated (it was written 59HRC on it before cutting)
The sheath seems tight enough so that it hold the knife great without anything else securing it
You are very talented!! Beutiful work

Nice work! i am making knife making videos myself :)
I would like to buy one GODBLESS
Same, was watching and I kept thinking I would want one if he would sell any
Very gut
👍
I make a lot of leather sheaths,,I’m thinking over time the leather notches inside will wear down and get lose. Kydex would have been the better choice. All in all it’s a very nice build.
Perfect for when someone is annoying you
Elijah Salinas jajaja better than nothing :v
Coooool 👍
Franek Oli dingin sekali

Do u have an online shop! I’d love to buy something like that
Do you sell this??
Very good
Howdy there, Koss. Really quite impressive craftsmanship! Do you execute commissions? If so, do you have the means to do mail-orders, domestic or otherwise? I saw this and then I saw your Modern Tanto project, I'm kinda interested. Regardless, I look forward seeing more great content and projects: Cheers!
silent but deadly
Дуже класно! Успіхів в розвитку каналу!
Fantastic job !! That's a great neck knife 👍👍
where can i get one ? ist soo ...
i love it
Amazing
That little knife is awesome. I do have 2 questions, though.
1. What was the purpose of the black/dark brown solution you put on the inside and edges (rough leather parts) of the sheath?
2. What was that little tool that looked like a piece of angle steel you were rubbing againt the knife after applying a solution to it?
Answer to number 1. I think it was a waterproofing solution so the blade doesn’t get wet while in the sheath
2) That's just an angle steel used as a sanding block. He applied polishing compound (the paste) and lubricant from a can to polish the knife up.
@Gno Gno , @Abel Babel - Many thanks for the replies guys. Those totally make sense, appreciate it. All the best with your projects!
Do u sell these
Amazing job on the katana do you think you can make me one
Thank you, this made me laugh more than it probably should have.
What power did you pour into the water at 5:40?
Salt maybe...
It was baking soda
Whats the liquid you drop it in at about 6:30
it's ferric chloride
Wait, did you heat treat it or not? I didnt see anything in the video.
I dont think the steel comes hardened man. tho it could have. I did see an HRC value on it. so it was pre heat treated?
Where can you buy that kinda stock? I would love to know!
I dont currently have a forge since i moved into an Apt.
I ordered this steel blanc from the smith, which hardened it and flat grind. So it left only dont burn out it while grind to desirable shape.
When you see a numbers and HRC THat is the hardness
