- This my Second Video I'm made for UA-cam and ES Forums of me troubleshooting my Ebike Hub Motor.
I'm thinking it's the Hall Sensors are out so far from the clicking sound and the Multimeter not changing when I hook it up to the Blue, Green and Yellow Wires. - Авто та транспорт
It is the hall sensors! I had the same problem, same sound, same symptoms. The manufacturer told me it are the hall sensors. And indeed, when substituting the original controller which needs Hall sensor, to a controller that does not need hall sensor, it works. The funny thing is that when measuring the Hall sensores, they seem to be all right, ie, the alternate between 0V and 5 V when spinning the wheel. I will later test substituting the hall sensors and using the original controller.
My hun motor is making clicks sounds when I pull the throttle it does not move like what yours is doing what would I do I need help
Remove the chain to have a better feeling... Keep just a bit of throttle and try to spin the wheel. Both sides If you feel an uneven resistance between the 2 wise it's the controller otherwise in may be the hall sensor (4 small wires from the hub)
I have the same problem I really need help how did you fix yours
have you considered this being a controller issue? Sounds like when the wires cut off it most probably sent a surge to the controller. That's of course depending upon the amount of voltage. Try switching your controller maybe.
I got a Lyen SensorLESS controller and did a phase wire upgrade. Inspired by Luke Live for Physics. Also removed all the old low quality Chinese aluminum looking wire that kept on breaking, all the way down to the inside 3 copper connections. Also poped out the useless Honeywell Sensors. After all that, the hub motor worked great. Papa motor is a very thick hub motor. Was pumping 3000W during take off and it was fantastically fast. Copper inside never dulled from heat or the juice I was pumping through it.
Was broken Honeywell Sensors. That was the issue.
I had my chain chew my ebike motors wires!!!!!! I took it back to the dealer and they said it can't be fixed! I don't know what to do, they have the bike still....
That voice
tengo el mismo problema 48v 1000w ... :( has conseguido solucionar ? puede ayudar ?
WMC BIKES 2.0 mira puede ser el controlador los resistores mofet o los sensores del motor es el hall sensor . Son 3
i'm so pissed off... I put my bike together and give it one rev and the wheel slipped off the axle and damaged the cable because the axle span :(
micheals1992 how did you get the wires back on
well that was stupid of you
Just do a phase wire upgrade. The wires that came with my hub motor we're horrible quality anyways. Then when you upgrade them, you can pump much higher amps through them with no issues. Honeywell Sensors and wires are pointless, just remove them and Get a SensorLESS controller.
@@TrippMan666 did u notice any difference going sensorless
Are you Batman
Dude stop with the fake voice
