@@Aughtel yes, i have this argument a lot with the older ppl. Since ppl that claim to be “christian” try to use religion as an excuse to be hateful. However, the second you’re out there hating and judging others you shouldn’t be calling yourself christian. Thats why many send hate towards christians, because of those that claim it and send hatred. The bible has been rewritten and retranslated a few times and it is said to have said “man shall not lay with boy” giving me the idea of pedophilia not homosexuality and now says “man shall not lay with man” so until the day i meet with god face to face and is able to tell me what was truly meant i wont listen to what a human is trying to tell me is wrong. Christianity was only wide spread in Europe a thousand years ago, that leaves 5000 years of recorded history from Egypt to India through Europe and the Chinese or Korean dynasties where persecution was minimal and not enforced by the government, so i ask again, what contributions did they have in this time frame? Science, Math, politics, anything not subjective like art. And again like i said before, there were plenty of times throughout history where land was unoccupied in Asia, Europe or the Americas where they could have started their own government, but did not. Korea still has a very long way to go because of religion, just don't push your religion onto other people and you'll be fine. Leave LGBT+ people alone if you're gunna treat them as subhumans

my religion also against homosexuality obviously but my religion ALSO teach not to judge and be mean to people regardless of their race/religion/etc a person/living beings are all god's creation. i get some religious people were trying to "help" them from going to hell or whatever they believe in BUT no true and good religion teaches you to be violent to others just because they have different believes. religious people like this are the one tainting religion name making it looks like religion are oppressive and makes people stray away from it more.

If both the LGTBQ and the Religious communities were more tolerant of each other, it would all be better for democracy and peaceful co-existence. But with the former wanting to force their way in all mediums (entertainment, cinema, music, etc.) at all costs and the latter trying to disregard the former's existence and treating them as some sort of disease, we have a recipe for instability. Democracy is built on honest tolerance for all walks of life, new or old, traditional or progressive. It is not built on forced tolerance set by decree, political correctness and/or social pressure. All points of view, liberal and conservative ought to be respected. All walks of life are valid as long as they do not interfere in other people's lives in a negative way.
