As I’ve stated previously, there is no better ambassadors of badminton than Greg & Jenny.
Tips and seeing it applied in real-world scenarios is just a gamechanger. Plus seeing the change in realtime within the vid. Badminton Insight does it again!
Really fun video seeing pros play against casual players. Learned soo much on how to play against strong, fast, experienced opponents. I would love to see more videos like this in the future ⚡️
Thanks 😀 We’d love to do more!
HI JENNIE AND GREG I JUST WANT TO SAY THAT I AM SO THANKFUL FOR THE VIDEOS THAT YOU MAKE 😊😊😊
We're so thankful for you watching them! 🤗😃
I'm a Malaysian too, and i know that they're gonna brag about having a match with 2 professional badminton players with their families and friends for weeks or months. Trust me :D. Jk, feels good to have these kind of meet-n-greet in the court really wish i could be playing against you two as well... I also got so much insight too as always from this video, thank you so much both of you.
#Ifitdoesnotchallengeyou
#Itwillnotchangeyou
You're right. I did not shut up about it since the day I played them. Really really great experience and a dream come true!
😂😂 Glad you enjoyed it! We’ll hopefully do lots more in the future 😀
As they should. :)
Thank you so much for teaching us so much in such a short span of time. Really eye-opening experience!
Glad you enjoyed it 😀
2:35 True motivation for today
Hope you had a great time playing with them as well as teaching them 😊.
Haha! Yes we did 😀
Hey brother, Im in malaysia too! I played badminton for awhile now and im just 12years old and my school is in puchong, SJKC Yak Chee.
I'm honestly sad. Didn't know that you guys are here in Malaysia. Would have definitely dropped by to watch the games played.

👇
It's wonderful to see you both mingling in local club sessions. Hope you both enjoyed your time and experience here in Malaysia!
I hope you guys come to Myanmar one day
That's amazing to play with your subscribers and give them some advices.
Top content! 🙌
Thanks! Glad you enjoyed it 😀
We went to Malaysia to watch you in this leg..it was. Good experience.
I’m in a quandary about what to comment. Enjoyed it a lot 🏸 wish you were in India. ❤
Haha thanks Umesh! Hopefully soon 😀
Great video Greg and Jenny! Happy to see the tradition of playing with subscribers being carried on 😁 Maybe one day we can have Thai subscribers vs Malaysian subscribers match ! 😅
Thanks guys! Yes that would be awesome 😀😀
It's wonderful to watch your clips.... Possibly drop the corporate-speak, in favour of saying "smashing" ... "That would be smashing"
They tried to cover it up with a nice cut but I defenitly saw the failed fistbump at 7:30 ^^
*If it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you*
Quandary 😂. I was thinking the exact same thing, such a difficult word in everyday speech
Hahahaa!
Not if you're a Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy fan. And who isn't? 🙂
Greg keeps reminding me to keep my racket up, cause it might just turn into an easy point.
Gives you an "insight" to how different the gap between amateurs and people who do it for a living.
This video is making me homesick hahaha, currently in AUS, and will definitely take these advice into practice! Great vid as always!
Aus isn’t a bad place to be!! Haha glad you enjoyed it 😀🏸
As a beginner, I also tend to make these same mistakes. Very nice insights! Thanks and more power to both of you!!!
Amazing video yet again and thanks for sharing your insights. It’s very different when we are pitting yourselves against professional players like both you and Jenny. Would love to play against you one day (maybe next year) when you come by again. 🎉
Thank you for your nice video as always and good advices ! Looking forward to next Sunday ❤
It's really cool to see world class players sharing their love for the game and deep knowledge of badminton skills with their subscribers. I post doubles matches on my channel and I even got a chance to take on world #1 Victor Axelson for two points. Check it out if you have time. Love your content.

Love your videos 🎉
Thank you so much! 😃
Hey guys, I had a question regarding service during a mens doubles game
*I have trouble against taller players with longer wing spans.*
When I approach to serve them, their presence is almost all-encompassing if that makes sense
For reference, I am 5 Foot 10 Inches (176cm)
Unless I service perfectly above the net, forcing them to either play a lift or a net shot, they usually always smash it
Serving it higher doesn't work, as it gets smashed
Serving it to the side boxes doesn't work, as their long wingspans allow them to reach it
What advice would you have for me in this situation?
Thanks, love your videos and keep up the good work
Y'all were in PJ and Kota Damansara ???!!! Thumbs up from me in the US, and welcome to Malaysia.

Are you guys gonna come to Daihatsu Indonesia Masters?
We are here yes 😀
Wow 😮, did you gonna play in this tournament?
Looking forward to session with Indonesian Subscribers one day :)
Incredible! What’s the name of the Bluetooth mic please?
Someone has to keep count of how many people make the Badminton Insight joke when they learn something lol
The city in the background looks like CGI lol
Too much Long services. Good or not? As the opponents are very close to net to attack your serve.
So when do we play clears? Do we only play clears lifts in the last case scenario/last resort?
Can I ask where I can know you are having a session like this in the video is there an announcement somewhr?
🏸 👍
Typical Msian. We lift a lot 😅
Hahahaha ye bang. Tengok video ni baru sedar. Yang pasal 3rd shot tu pun sama gak.
You were here?? Damn, I wish I found your channel earlier!
Jason can fight with ameer zainuddin plsssss
When are you guys coming to new zealand ?😁😁
if you are coming to Singapore Open please let me know :D
i want to join next year too..pleaseeeeee invite me...............🥰🥰🥰🥰🥰
4:42, what are you supposed to do, when there is just no empty space? Feels like even on my intermediate level everywhere i hit the shuttle the opponent can get it so easy. While I’m running over the entire court the whole time.
Your shot quality is the most important thing here. Ideally on the previous shot so that you don’t get into a bad position and then you can also move forwards more on the court to take the shuttle earlier! If you are in a bad position then you would probably be best lifting out but yeah we were talking about how to prevent doing this too much because they were losing points when they did!

Maybe your opponent is just good at anticipating your shots and can be halfway to it before the shuttle has left your racquet! Try not to repeat yourself too much, vary your game and maybe you'll wrong-foot your opponent with a bit of deception.
Perhaps instead of looking at mistakes of others, you guys should focus on mistakes of yourself? Guys if you call yourself professional badminton players, try to be in top 10 and focus on your games. This is also the issue with today's world - people spend way too much on social media and not enough focussed at their own work/profession. Take my advice and improve your game. As you can see, Viktor Axelsen stopped making videos for 1 yr because he wants to improve his game, and he is already #1.
So would you rather we stopped making free videos to try to help everyone improve? 🧐😂
Only if the lighting occured a few seconds earlier while Greg says "smash the subscribe button" at the end of the vid!
That would have been awesome 😂
Thank to this video, i now know what quandry means!
Hey Greg and Jenny I saw you guys at Indonesia Masters!! Wanted to take a photo but didn’t get a chance😢
Ah! We are there watching tomorrow & Saturday if you are still there? 😊
Great video again. What is the most common return of serve in mens singles after a short serve and after a long serve? Keep on going your videos they are awesome!😀😀😀
We’ll hopefully do videos on these at some point 😀 A net shot or lift is most common off the low serve! And we’ve actually done a video on singles return of serves if you want to watch that 😊
Nice video!
Hope I also get a chance to meet you someday
The cut away to the definition of quandary. :D
Love u guys
are you also participating in India , today are finals
I hope you visit India too in the near future.
