I've watched every video you've made for years, so here's a small contribution towards those flights! Thanks for all your help, advice and entertainment :)
Wow thank you so much Jack! 🤗 That is unbelievably generous of you and we hugely appreciate your support 🙏🏼 Thanks for watching all of our videos, and hopefully you continue to find them useful!
Appreciate your efforts for coming to Japan despite the costs and time! Although you didn't get the best results there, we all know you're the GOAT by influencing the badminton world through your videos! Also love the comments you made in the matches! Sending lots of love from Japan!
I watched both of you play during Round 2 last week, here in Tokyo. You were great!! I thought I was the only British person (or non-Asian person actually) in my section of the audience, but I heard someone cheering for Greg and turned around to meet eyes with Ben Lane. During the final I was in the Arena Side. Part of the second floor was reserved for pro players and VIPs to watch. A kind Japanese lady was sat next to me, who lent me her binoculars, which I’m pretty sure I saw the two of you through. As any other completely regular human being would do, I watched you both sitting there perfectly stationary for like 3 straight minutes.
It's insane to see you guys perform at the highest level, create extremely helpful training videos, fun & engaging vlogs and influence the badminton world in such a meaningful way. It's extraordinarily heartwarming to see this vlog right after I hit a plateau in the sport. I can't be more grateful to you two.
Love your passion for badminton, those ticket prices may be expensive as hell, but the experience of playing in the World Championships in Tokyo is an experience I don't think many people will get, it was definitely worth it, what a great vlog this was.
Anyone else got teary watching this? You guys, thank you for sharing your journey with us. You're both incredible and you are doing so much for the sport!
I really loved your honest and open minded evaluation of yourself. That is something I hope to learn myself, just putting emotion on the side and admitting my mistakes. Really loved the vlog, keep em coming!
I feel so lucky living in the same time with you guys connected by the internet. so surprised to see the contents you shared, so true and also surreal.
I've been waiting for this video to see behind the scene of your time in Tokyo. Well done on the commentary and the 2nd set of your game against the Malaysian was very close, too bad you guys didn't make it but I believe it was a great experience for you guys. Greetings from Indonesia!

Absolutely fantastic video, looks like you had so much fun making it. This cheered me up immensely today. Your post match analysis on the game against Huat and Jemie, it's so encouraging to see that you take good pointers from all your games. Keep up the good work folks, looking forward to the next video.
Great vlog as always, and to see a little of what you get up to off the court at a tournament. Congratulations on your commentaries as well ! You can't beat informed comments from players, and you did really well - having spent hours dissecting footage of opponents has stood you in good stead, and I hope that you get the opportunity to repeat this.
@@BadmintonInsight I do notice that you talking about service with her and as far as I can see, her service is unusual because she use a forehand serve but her leg is a backhand serve leg, she put her left leg front, as a lefty she supposed to put her left leg back if she do a backhand serve, do you talk about that with her ?
Hi Greg & Jenny, I was actually painting window frames in my living room that I turned into a homemade workshop for the occasion because I didn't want to miss a second of the world championships when the commentator's voice along Gill's sounded very familiar. What a surprise to realise it was Greg and then Jenny! Lovely. You guys are getting more famous than ever, and you should! Many thanks for your work on the channel, I try to implement all of your advices on the court every week, not easy but definitely helpful and... insightful. Keep going, much much appreciated. You guys played well! I was pleasantly surprised hearing Jenny's voice with Gill. Though I could not recognize Greg in the commentary seat, Jenny's was hard to miss. You sounded like a natural! Definitely a path you could go down in the future. Good luck for future events! ❤️
Great production value on your videos you two. The insight into the sport from professional players is incredibly valuable and on top of that you seem to be very kind and hard working people too. I enjoyed the commentary from you a lot. I believe the best combination is a hype person + a fact person, so you combined really well with the veteran "I don't believe it!"s. @@BadmintonInsight No problem :). In case you are looking for inspiration for a collaboration, you could check out Tobias Wadenka. Maybe you know him already, but I am sure he would like to work with you, should you meet at a tournament (All England/German Open) or elsewhere.
