    I don't understand what I have to contract when exhaling? The lower abdominal muscles or as if I try to hold up urine? You speak of pee-pee, which is urinating, then of a pea, then a black berry... I'm lost as to what to contract to do it right. Please enlighten me!!

    How can i get the benefits from episode 2 if I i cannot bend my legs? Is their another way?
