You could try killing hill giant boss cuz it drops pretty much full rune except scim and plate body, u could also pray flick at greater demons cuz pray restores up there in the runes and u can get that rune full helm, fires and death runes aswell. Also, the hill giant boss is safe spottable and u can train pray to 43 whilst getting keys. Plus u can buy rune plate from Oziach aswell if you did dragon slayer.

Meachop yeah i see the struggle with having to buy them ever 10th teleport, but he would still get magic exp as he would need to tele to varrock, smith the platebodies etc, then use the chronicle to the mining area, then use falador tele to smelt them and then repeat.
You can only do that 10 times per day, and the time it takes to go to LMS to get gp, then home tele to lumb and walk to draynor makes it not really worth it. It also is kind of costly gp-wise. I only ever do it when I get enough gp from a random, since I would otherwise just drop that.

if you need money you could always mine Addy ore to make Addy plates or make rune items. I like the idea of killing hill giants with the boss loot being helpful. they're like 3k prayer/h at 50ish stats. idk the XP at moss giants
Ah, I don't really know much about ultimate iron man. Didn't know they couldn't bank. Can you get an inventory of iron ore then use it on a banker to note it? And just keep noting iron ore until he has all he needs.. Then gather all of the coal ore he needs. Then unnote them each to get steel bars and then note them. Then once he has only noted steel bars just unnote them and smith? Maybe it wouldn't be faster but it seems like it would be better than these painful exp rates and the fact that he loses iron as he smelts them.

My apprenticeship for the program i am taking is 9000 hours over a 5 year period, doesnt seem that long now comparing it to your game time lol
