    Hi , what do u tho k is the best supplement to help with hyperthyroidism and anxiety which leads to insomnia? Asking on behalf of My daughter in college and what mostly is bothering her is the lack of sleep.
    Btw, she tried Mg Threonate, l theanine and melatonin which wakes her up at the middle of the night.
    I think the thyroid needs to be addressed first 😬😂

      Need to go gluten free for the thyroid, and eat a Brazil nut everyday for the selenium.. Also magnesium glycinate is better for sleep.

    Can magnesium cause light coloured stools due to the fact that the mineral is white? I'm taking the glycinate form and am getting light coloured stools and constipation (not diarrhea). Is this normal? 😕
