Dr, you mentioned gallbladder issues. What about if someone has had their gallbladder removed, would you say it’s contraindicated? Or should there be additional supplementation? Thanks
Very good explanation of the drugs influence our bodies and mix procedures feeding, breathing, scheduling and do excercises to boost muscles. Always monitor your symptoms avoid side effects and correct your inputs. CPI (continuous process improvement)
Very interesting video, thanks so much for breaking it all down for us. You said that the thyroid is our master regulator. How does all this apply to someone with no thyroid due to thyroid cancer? (papillary TT in 2019, NED and low risk of recurrence since 2019, I am in the UK). I am also in perimenopause and have gained so much weight, but I was obese already before the cancer (possibly also due to undiagnosed thyroid issues, sluggish metabolism, insulince resitance for years before the cancer). My thyroid numbers are good, so my GP won't engage in a conversation about the obesity beyond 'eat less, exercise more' which is clearly not working as I have been dieting since I was 11. So what are my options? Clearly Semaglutide is not available to me. How do I possibly lose 100+ pounds? Nothing I do in terms of diet and exercise is working atm (Keto has worked before but stopped working and the weight is creeping back up).
Hi -- this is Judy -- I am a nationally board certified Holistic RN in the US -- have you heard of Blood Flow Resistance exercise? It is a way to safely bio-hack your body into thinking it has done a high-intensity workout. Happy to give more info -- not sure if it is OK to provide a website here...
