@@vedranie download my fitness pal(or any similar app) and start logging your calories. That will help you a lot, combine that with intermittent fasting and you'll lose weight easily. Another thing I would recommend is to check your sugar intake when you're logging your daily meals. Cutting sugar can help you lose a lot of fat. Try those 3 things plus some excercise and let me know in a month how much you've lost. It's all a matter of you truly wanting it :)

Since 1/1/18, I have lost 60 lbs using good eating, Adrian's videos and my exercise bike. I looked like a smaller version of myself, because I wasn't lifting weights. For the last three months, I've been slacking and gained 17 lbs back. That's ok, because I'm back at it, I have a new goal of 50 more lbs, and this video is gonna be my starter again.
When you first started this exercise that hes doing in this video did you have bike set on the #1 resistance or did you raise it so the pedals are harder to move?
Wow! You know what? I've watched HUNDREDS of UA-cam channels for workouts. I am truly inspired by your videos and your website. I lost my daughter in November of 2013 to a careless babysitter. After that I gained almost 100lbs in the past 2 1/2 years. January 25th I made the decision to take my life back. I've lost 12lbs and 5 inches in my waist in 2 months. I'm not losing fast enough!!! Especially doing weight training too. So, I can't wait to try your interval training! Thank you!

My first time back on the bike in over a year using this video. I loved the short burst intervals. I loved even more how I got to smile and laugh while panting out of breath. The written instructions were great- we didn't need to watch the videos, but it was good knowing that the option was there if we needed it. After we were able to get it set up, the boys each rode 3 miles and I rode 8 and the bike stayed quiet. The display is easy to reset, and you can put it on whichever setting you are using (time, distance, calories, etc). I will say that my butt is a little sore from the seat, but that could be because I haven't rode in a while. While it is comfortable for me, it was not comfortable with the seat position for my friend (could not move the seat back far enough and he slightly looked like a kid riding a tricycle that he had outgrown). He also said that the seat hurt his manly parts. We are going to look for a different seat that will be compatible with this bike for him.I did purchase the Wahoo Cadence sensor and strapped it to the crank of one of the pedals. This will sync with my Apple Watch, iPhone and will import data in to my Health app. Wahoo does have other sensors available other than cadence. I can also keep either my phone or my iPad on the display and they both feel pretty secure.
First few times I did this workout, I stopped and cried more than a little bit, believe that. But, I always finished. Now, I can do this workout the entire way through without stopping and only drinking water half way through. 3.42 miles in 10 minutes, and I've done even better before. Thanks for this.

Getting ready for a Caribbean Cruise in 6 weeks. Need to lose about 25lbs. This is helping a lot. I have been doing this for a week and I have lost 6lbs.
Twice a day. I do the 30 minute bike exercise on an empty stomach and the 10 minute bike workout with 30 minute treadmill walk in the evening. I eat 1500 calories with 16 hour intermittent fasting. This week will complete 2 weeks and I am down 11lb with one more day to go. Adrian Bryant is the best fitness youtuber, PERIOD!!

I found Adrian he is a killer Tried this work out yesterday (twice), the first time nearly killed me. I had to stop a couple of times because it was too much. The second time I stopped but not as much. Also the time went by a lot faster than the second time. I will be trying the 30 minutes elliptical workout today. My plan is to do the bike one day for 30 minutes and the elliptical the next day for 30 minutes. I plan on doing this for 30 days and see what happens. I find this workout is a lot better than walking.
Just got my Schwinn 130 setup a few days ago and just did this workout, It's awesome and my legs are feeling the burn. I can't thank you enough for these fun videos you make, the way you present it makes me want to keep going.
After 3 days I lost 3 pounds I can’t believe it . First day was very hard and I have hard time to walk but today ( 3rd day ) was very easy I can do it 2 times a day . Thanks big time . This morning, I completed the 13-minute workout on the first try! What a terrific workout! I'm proud of myself for doing so! I want to get rid of my belly fat, so I believe that if I continue to workout like I did this morning, at least once a day, along with my regimen of walking and yoga, I will be where I 'd like to be. Just did this and got halfway and hopped off my bike. Has a little pep talk with myself and finished the last 20. I’ll try this for a week and will update how I did. **5lbs down! I only did once per day along with spinning and walking. This is a nice workout to push through for the last few minutes of any exercise
I tried following one of your workouts a year ago and I lost 8 pounds in a week but I really wasn’t determined. My brother just recently bought me a stationary bike and I’ve been using it for a week now, I’m not weighing myself I just wanna see results but I knew I had to find one of ya videos to help me really get results!! Doing this four days of week for a little over a month now. Have finished each time without stopping in between. Eventually I will move on to Adrian's longer workouts. Now that I have my Echo Show I can properly prop it next to my stationary bike.
Great Workout, back again since a few years ago. Losing baby weight with success once again. Last baby is 2 years. This worked for me after having my 5 year old. Now I have been doing this once a day, six days a week and losing half a kilo per week, top exercise and would recommend to anyone. Just be consistent and you will get the results. Last time I lost a kilo per week because I was drastic with halving my portion size. This time am eating normally. Good luck to everyone.

Amazing workout !!!👍 Been looking for an 'in the saddle only' bike workout for ages as my bike is very basic and not really designed for out-of-the-saddle exercise (it's possible, but VERY uncomfortable especially on the knees!!!). I did the whole workout (I did NOT see that 40 second burst coming up!!) and burnt 94 calories and cycled a distance of 6.6k. The great thing is I peddled this on setting no. 6 (8 being the hardest/most resistance) and so now I know I can do this workout start to finish (just 😓) I can increase the intensity setting on my bike to make it more challenging over the next few weeks. Thanks for the excellent motivation and workout, I've been using my bike for a year now but never sweated so much from one session!!!! Feeling so ready for 2021 😃 🍏🍇🍅🍓🍉🥕🥒🍠🥔🌱🥗💚🥬🍵🍒

I did 2 sets of this 13 min in a row , and after that did 40 min continues and still think I didn't do enough . Sorry if I sound over the top , use to do Wushu Kung fu and that is the hardest type of work out . I don't do it anymore , but I still remember what a good hard work out feels like . This work out is great will probably have to do 3 sets of 13min in a row , to feel satisfied .

Tried this work out yesterday (twice), the first time nearly killed me. I had to stop a couple of times because it was too much.
The second time I stopped but not as much. Also the time went by a lot faster than the second time.
I will be trying the 30 minutes elliptical workout today.
My plan is to do the bike one day for 30 minutes and the elliptical the next day for 30 minutes.
I plan on doing this for 30 days and see what happens.
I find this workout is a lot better than walking.
Just got my Schwinn 130 setup a few days ago and just did this workout, It's awesome and my legs are feeling the burn. I can't thank you enough for these fun videos you make, the way you present it makes me want to keep going.
After 3 days I lost 3 pounds I can’t believe it . First day was very hard and I have hard time to walk but today ( 3rd day ) was very easy I can do it 2 times a day . Thanks big time . I will update again after a month.

This morning, I completed the 13-minute workout on the first try! What a terrific workout! I'm proud of myself for doing so! I want to get rid of my belly fat, so I believe that if I continue to workout like I did this morning, at least once a day, along with my regimen of walking and yoga, I will be where I 'd like to be. Just did this and got halfway and hopped off my bike. Has a little pep talk with myself and finished the last 20. I’ll try this for a week and will update how I did.
**5lbs down! I only did once per day along with spinning and walking. This is a nice workout to push through for the last few minutes of any exercise

I tried following one of your workouts a year ago and I lost 8 pounds in a week but I really wasn’t determined. My brother just recently bought me a stationary bike and I’ve been using it for a week now, I’m not weighing myself I just wanna see results but I knew I had to find one of ya videos to help me really get results!! I’m 290lbs and my goal is to get to 210 by the summer if possible!! Hopefully I’ll be back with awesome results🙏🏽❤️

Doing this four days of week for a little over a month now. Have finished each time without stopping in between. Eventually I will move on to Adrian's longer workouts. Now that I have my Echo Show I can properly prop it next to my stationary bike.

Great Workout, back again since a few years ago. Losing baby weight with success once again. Last baby is 2 years. This worked for me after having my 5 year old. Now I have been doing this once a day, six days a week and losing half a kilo per week, top exercise and would recommend to anyone. Just be consistent and you will get the results. Last time I lost a kilo per week because I was drastic with halving my portion size. This time am eating normally. Good luck to everyone.

Been looking for an 'in the saddle only' bike workout for ages as my bike is very basic and not really designed for out-of-the-saddle exercise (it's possible, but VERY uncomfortable especially on the knees!!!). I did the whole workout (I did NOT see that 40 second burst coming up!!) and burnt 94 calories and cycled a distance of 6.6k.
The great thing is I peddled this on setting no. 6 (8 being the hardest/most resistance) and so now I know I can do this workout start to finish (just 😓) I can increase the intensity setting on my bike to make it more challenging over the next few weeks.
Thanks for the excellent motivation and workout, I've been using my bike for a year now but never sweated so much from one session!!!! Feeling so ready for 2021 😃

I was just looking at the videos because I do have an exercise bike and I had a baby March 12th 2024 and I just need something while I'm sitting down because I have a lot of back pain I have a treadmill too but I'm not going to use that I lose my balance sometimes so I'm so ready to work out with this guy right here watching his videos anyway new subscriber thank you so much

I did 2 sets of this 13 min in a row , and after that did 40 min continues and still think I didn't do enough . Sorry if I sound over the top , use to do Wushu Kung fu and that is the hardest type of work out . I don't do it anymore , but I still remember what a good hard work out feels like . This work out is great will probably have to do 3 sets of 13min in a row , to feel satisfied .
