I went from a size 6 to a 2 in about 10 weeks and I am 50! Never in my life did I think I would see a size 2 on a pair of jeans. This more than just a fitness exercise program...this is life coaching and it's for absolutely everyone. (Honestly, if I can drop pant sizes anyone can) The website is phenomenal! It's so worth the $49 investment in overall we'll being for a lifetime. It's all about learning how to put in the effort to get something in return. I didn't know what it meant to work hard. I didn't have a measure for it. These simple (tough) workouts do so much if you can learn how to work hard so much so that after 20 seconds 30 seconds 40 seconds whatever it is...your legs feel like they are going to fall off and yes you can learn to sweat like crazy in your own home. The effort doesn't stop either it just gradually builds workout after workout. Then the discipline around food goes hand in hand. After working that hard for even 15 20 30 minutes you aren't hungry. When you do get hungry you want to eat clean because your stomach just went through all of that an hour ago. It's just overall no nonsense and it absolutely works. Thank you Adrian...you are amazing for putting this whole thing together. Thank you even more to allowing me to find a new version of myself which I didn't think possible. Advice for newbies: I bought a brand new expensive peleton bike with a monthly subscription for live streamed classes. YET I keep coming to this youtube channel and do his workouts for free! You do NOT need to spend a lot of money to get a good workout. A cheap bike will get the same results. Lesson learned. My weight loss has been purely from the intensity I put into the machine. (He tells you this constantly..so listen to him!) I never count calories..I just make sure I'm working HARD. This guy is my favorite workout partner.
I’ve been doing this exercise back to back twice a day, 5 days a week. (1 hr in the morning, 1 hr in the evening, burning about 2100 cal a day). It’s been 5 weeks and I’ve lost 25 lbs! When I started I could barely do 18 km/hr on the bike. Now I can easily hold steady at 25 km/hr. This is awesome!
I was 182- now 163 within 2 months and in this month I will see myself going under 160 👌🏽💪🏽 . Doing this only 4-6 times a week but the trick is also too put a higher level of resistance on the bike so it’s more hard to pedal and so u burn more and build more strength. When I want to drop weight fast I use this workout. Thanks a lot. What’s funny is that I put your sound on the loud speakers at the gym ahha and when ppl walk into the room it’s just me and your video on my phone lol they like think a cycle class is happening lol and by the way your voice is motivating and never annoying😎

Today I tried this exercise, after being one month with another, which lasted from 40 to 50 minutes. And with this in 30 minutes I have sweated twice as much as with the other exercise. Thank you very much, stay safe with the virus. Blessings.

3days of doing this workout in combination with the broom stretches for the love handles, and lost 1.2kg, ankle and lower back pain gone. Definitely recommend this

I did this workout along with intermittent fasting and keto, loss 30 pounds in one month. Unfortunately I gained 10 pounds back when I stopped and started eating unhealthy foods. 😞😞🙁😑Starting again this week.
wow.. i just got a little bike yesterday and i am definitely gonna start this tomorrow. I already had an airbike but i needed a stationary bike to do this. Keep us up to date.
I am 94 kg. I have to lose 10 kg before December. I have to be 72 kg in next 12 months. I have gained 20kg in last 2 years, as we are consistently in the lockdown.
Do this workout 2-3 times a week and watch your calorie intake. Eat healthy. The fat will fly off and you'll feel 100% better. Now get off that couch !

I did this workout for the first time today. I switched between 1,3 and 5 level after every 30, 40, 30, 40. I also didn't stop the bike for rest I just kept peddling at a slower pace and then when you said GO I picked up the speed. 👍 Your voice is truly motivation. I'm going to do this workout the whole week 7 days....since I go to the gym daily. I just had a baby in 12/2018 so motivated to lose my baby putting on weight for myself and my family. Love this workout. Coupled with eating right and doing yoga, I have lost 10 lbs so far. Not much but for a petite person like me it is super hard to lose the last few lbs. Only 5 lbs more to go!

Love the workouts. 2 week ago I was weighing 145, it's been the heaviest I've been all my life. The moment I started your workouts I also change my eating habits. It's been great. Been doing the exercise consistently with some sit-ups and push-ups. In total I've lost 10 pounds and still going for more. I just wanted to say thank you for being an absolute hero and motivator. Everytime life kicked me down and I fell into depression and gained weight your videos have been very helpful for pulling myself back on track. 3 years ago I was a mess, I lost my fiance to brain cancer , I did the 10 minute bike workouts helping me lose 25 kg's over 5 months. Sadly some of it came back because of the COVID lockdown & recently I also lost my lifetime cat friend of 11 years due to cancer adding more to the heartache .. It's been over 1 month and I've buried myself in THIS 30 minute workout and so far I once again managed to lose a little bit over5 kg's & this time I promised to myself that I won't let myself go down that depression path. Thank you once again for making these videos and being such a inspiration.
in 2017 i went thru a phase in starving myself, i had three apples a day and i vigorously worked out to this vid, i watched this 3 times a day. i lost 40lbs that year, but this time im going to lose weight the right way, this vid really helped me
Vivi_ect good to see you've come out the other side, it messes with your mind when you restrict to that level and then burn it all off with too much working out, you can now enjoy the weight loss instead of obsessing over it and panicking anytime someone asks you to go for a meal.
Finally dusted off my stationary bike and did this, didn't think i could do it but i did, didn't even seem like a half hour. I'm 5'7 300lbs would like to lose 100lbs will do this every day twice a day and also walking till I reach my goal. Thank you very much for all your videos, they really are a great help.

@@SRA0595 I do not remember exactly but I definitely tried to eat under 500 calories per meal, and then riding the bike would cut almost a full meal off so I'd say around 1000 a day at the most

I did this workout for the first time today. I switched between 1,3 and 5 level after every 30, 40, 30, 40. I also didn't stop the bike for rest I just kept peddling at a slower pace and then when you said GO I picked up the speed. 👍

Love this workout. Coupled with eating right and doing yoga, I have lost 10 lbs so far. Not much but for a petite person like me it is super hard to lose the last few lbs. Only 5 lbs more to go!

I just wanted to say thank you for being an absolute hero and motivator. Everytime life kicked me down and I fell into depression and gained weight your videos have been very helpful for pulling myself back on track.
3 years ago I was a mess, I lost my fiance to brain cancer , I did the 10 minute bike workouts helping me lose 25 kg's over 5 months.
Sadly some of it came back because of the COVID lockdown & recently I also lost my lifetime cat friend of 11 years due to cancer adding more to the heartache ..
It's been over 1 month and I've buried myself in THIS 30 minute workout and so far I once again managed to lose a little bit over5 kg's & this time I promised to myself that I won't let myself go down that depression path.

in 2017 i went thru a phase in starving myself, i had three apples a day and i vigorously worked out to this vid, i watched this 3 times a day. i lost 40lbs that year, but this time im going to lose weight the right way, this vid really helped me
Vivi_ect good to see you've come out the other side, it messes with your mind when you restrict to that level and then burn it all off with too much working out, you can now enjoy the weight loss instead of obsessing over it and panicking anytime someone asks you to go for a meal.
Finally dusted off my stationary bike and did this, didn't think i could do it but i did, didn't even seem like a half hour. I'm 5'7 300lbs would like to lose 100lbs will do this every day twice a day and also walking till I reach my goal. Thank you very much for all your videos, they really are a great help.

@@SRA0595 I do not remember exactly but I definitely tried to eat under 500 calories per meal, and then riding the bike would cut almost a full meal off so I'd say around 1000 a day at the most

I just did this workout for the first time and when I say exhausted is an understatement I’m not exaggerating lol. I was dying but I got though it without stopping/ quitting and it’s thanks to you talking and pushing me which I really needed.
