Crack Dip(Low Carb)

- 2 cups of cottage cheese blended smooth
1 packet or ranch dressing&dip dry mix
5 strips of precooked bacon, finely chopped, saving some for topping too
1 tomato, finely chopped
4 green onions, finely chopped, saving some for topping too
1 cup finely shredded cheddar cheese, saving some for topping too
In a medium bowl mix all ingredients well, then spread into a serving dish.
Now top the dish with some of the shredded cheese, green onions, chopped bacon you save for topping the dish.
Cover dish and let it chill in fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
Serve with homemade lavash bread crackers or tortilla chips, frito's chips, other veggies to dip with.
This is how I made my homemade lavash bread crackers.
I took Joseph's Low Net Carb Flax Lavash Bread, and cut into squares using a pizza cutter, put a layer of the bread squares into the airfry, spray with a little olive oil, and sprinkle with sea salt and airfry at 350 degrees for 2 to 3 minutes, till brown toasted and crispy.
You've have to do them in batches.
I used 2 sheets of the Joseph's Low Net Carb Flax Lavash Bread to make all my chips with.
Store leftover chips in a ziploc bag and they will stay nice and crispy.
My brother and I used to watch you all the time, Sara. He’s been gone 18 months now and whenever I watch you I always miss him just a little bit extra.

This looks like a delicious recipe. I love that you use cottage cheese that has been put in the blender. I really like the taste of cottage cheese but I don't like the curds, even the small ones. I'm going to start eating and using blended cottage cheese. Thanks for the great tip and also the delicious recipe.

This looks delicious. I did not realize how healthy cottage cheese was until I looked into it recently. It’s a very healthy source of protein. And I’m excited to learn how to make my own chips. What a great idea for the chips! The flax seed flat bread makes it low carb too. The dip looks great.

How do you make your unsweetened tea? I can never make it taste good when I make it.
I'm diabetic and use sweet n low
I use the Aldi brand of Splenda and put it in using same amount as if I used regular sugar. Hard to tell the difference.

Dipping cucumber , radishes, bell peppers and celery keeps it low carb. You can use pork rinds, too.

I’m a cardiac nurse and was wondering if you may have some untreated chronic heart failure? A lot of my patients will become very short of breath while speaking, and it often sounds like that.
