Chicken&Bacon Tortilla Wrap Hack(Like Tiktok)

- shredded chicken
cooked bacon
shredded cheese or sliced cheese
avocado slices
mayo
flour tortillas
Making Wrap:
Lay the tortilla down on a cutting board. Take a knife and cut a line from the center of the tortilla to the bottom edge.
Starting at the bottom left quarter, add chicken.
To the top left quarter ,add bacon.
On the top right quarter, shredded cheese or slice cheese.
Finally, on the last quarter, spread mayo and add sliced avocado on top.
Folding Wrap:
Starting with the bottom left corner and fold it up over the top left.
Then fold it over to the top right.
Finally, fold it down to the bottom right.
Toasting Wrap:
Grill in a pan over medium heat until the tortilla is crispy and the cheese melts, flipping once, about 3-4 minutes per side. Enjoy!

I just made my own version at 10 o'clock at night with honey hand turkey bacon with a spinach and herb wrap with some fiesta shredded cheese and tossed it in a pan and toasted it up!! Its delicious thank you Sara for the inspiration!!

I made a pizza one. Spread on my pizza sauce then used Italian sausage, pepperoni, banana peppers and mozzarella cheese. Delish!

I make these with an egg white wrap, then mayo, then the mozzarella wrap (It's a tortilla size round piece of mozzarella) then I add bacon and shrimp, avacado, shredded lettuce and some spices. (3) carbs total and so delish. I buy both wrap items at Aldi. This looked delish Sara! I'm 80 pounds down with 20 to go. I'm gonna have a celebratory meal after this last 20 pounds. Also, I LOVE that butter dish on the stove!

I made these tortillas wraps last weekend.
I made 2 kinds!
1st, Taco ---
Refried Black beans
Monterey jack cheese
Fried and seasoned crumbled grd.turkey
Sliced pickled jalapenos and diced tomatoes
Sour cream/taco sauce
2nd one ---chicken sandwich
Chicken strips
Chopped romaine lettuce
Gouda Cheese
Sweet chili sauce/mayo
They were so GOOD!🤤
